I was born and raised in Brazil and it breaks my heart to see how this franchise does not represent my culture well. We came for Mother's Day weekend and left very underwhelmed with our experience. We ordered a "caipirinha" and it was made way too sweet to the point that we had to call a manager twice just to say that we wanted to drink something else. Once we were finally ready to eat, it took a really long time for meats to show up. The sides that we ordered for the table also took 10+ minutes to show up. At one point when they were cutting, a small piece of meat landed on my white shirt and left a stain. The restaurant didn't seem too busy at first and the only redeeming thing that kept this from being a 1 star was the server that took over our table at the end was extremely kind. If I am paying $200+ for a restaurant I expect the food and service to be immaculate, but unfortunately, this restaurant fell way short of that.

I absolutely love this location. It's newer than the original in Addison, and the service is top-notch. We went for my brother's birthday on April 26, and our server (I believe his name was David maybe, not sure) was excellent- calm, attentive, and on top of everything. Even after closing time, he never rushed us, and we didn't even realize it was past 9 PM. He was also very patient when it came to bringing out dessert for my brother's birthday. The lighting, ambiance, and overall decor are beautiful, and the service is both fast and incredibly attentive. It's that attention to detail that really makes the experience stand out. My favorite cut is their house specialty picanha, it's amazing. The fried bananas, mashed potatoes, and salad bar are all phenomenal as well.

Shout out to Nick, Connor, Mo and Ashley. They delivered outstanding service to our table. They took care of us with everything we needed, and recommended really good drinks All of the food was extremely good. All of the meats are hot and fresh. I loved it Mo smells good.

Had an amazing lunch and impeccable service by both Andria & Rarina. Both the food , salad bar, and table service is top notch. Could not be more impressed. Definitely coming back for my birthday lunch.

This place is amazing! The service is 5/5 and very exceptional, shout-out to Ashley Taylor. The inside is very clean and polished. The food is superb and comes in great quantities. 100% would come back!

I have been dropping by the bar here more often again. Not much has changed about service, food quality and atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and attentive when its not busy. When its busy, however, I still get frustrated: at times I waited 15 minutes just to have someone take my drink order. And sometimes it takes just as long to close out my tab. I don't fault the staff for this, they are all hard working, good people. The delays only happen when it gets busy.. and it gets busy more often than most churrascaria bar areas.

Chocolate lava cake. Henry wanted us to have this for my 60th bday.

The food was amazing. The beef ribs are like nothing else I've ever eaten. Service is always top notch. Henry was awesome. I really enjoy the relaxing, calm atmosphere. We've been dining at Fogo for my birthday the last few years...we try a different location each time...we will be back.

Came here for Mothers Day with my mom. Pleasantly surprised that the service was amazing since it was a holiday and packed. The food was perfectly cooked. So much to top from, starting with the salad bar, meat choices, and add ons. A variety of desserts, by far the cheesecake was outstanding. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Valet parking available.

I love a good HAPPY HOUR and Fogo De Chao has an all day happy hour. My cousin brought me here to celebrate my new employment venture. We sat in the bar area and ordered cocktails and some small bites that are shareable. We ordered the Brazilian empanadas, queijo Assado (which is Brazilian cheese bite drizzle some honey on it mmm mmm good!) and steak board medium well with chimichurri sauce. Can I just say this steak was seasoned perfectly and so tender. I'm a girl who likes bourbon so I saw they had a twist on their old fashioned with a caramelized pineapple LET'S JUST SAY I BECAME A FAN OF THOSE The service was amazing our waiter attentive and answered our questions if we had any. I hope to come back and try the buffet. Thank you to staff for a nice evening.

Reaffirming this review after another visit. The staff at this location need to go visit the addison or Dallas location and learn how they operate. It takes forever for meats to come around. And I went for lunch this time, which wasn't so busy. I had to get up from my table to flag someone for help. Asked for refills on sides multiple times. Not sure what's going on here but my previous review led to someone from Fogo reaching out for details and I emailed them at their request, only to be ignored. I'm not going back to this location again. Food and the location itself is great so no complaints in terms of fogo consistency of the meats. But that should be a given. It's the service (which is how you get the yummy food in the first place) that lacks here and that's been a consistent, unsatisfactory experience. Hey Fogo don't bother responding to this, you never responded back after I emailed at your request so it's pointless and appears others on here experienced the same. Ignoring your customers during dining and after you requested shows us how much you care. Doesn't matter. It's Fogo so the bbq is the bbq. Good thing Dallas is full of other awesome Brazilian churrascaria. Best one is right across DNT at the other Legacy imo.

It was missing the potatoes which were on the gluten-free menu, but I forgot to ask about it afterwards. They also have gluten-free desserts. All of their desserts are served in sort of shot glasses. Instead of a menu, they bring out food models or all of the desserts. There are 3 that are gluten free: the key lime pie, raspberry chocolate chips cannoli, and turtle cheesecake. The key lime pie has actual gluten free crust-like layers, and the turtle cheesecake has something similar. For the raspberry chocolate chip cannoli, to be gluten-free, they remove the actual cannoli shell that's on top, but you get all the filling. That was my favorite one (I tried all 3 GF options). The server was also really sweet, kind, and attentive. It's nice inside. Pretty loud in the main area, but there is another area sort of tucked away that is quieter if you need that. They also have a great wine list and some cocktails. Would definitely go back!

We had a reservation, which is recommended because the restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night in May. We opted to sit on the patio because the weather was gorgeous. I am not sure if the patio is climate controlled in the summer or not. But on that night we were there, the weather was mild so it was very pleasant. They have happy hour on Saturdays so I started with an IPA on tap and the wife had a Prosecco, also for happy hour prices. This is a tapas restaurant so I will try to remember all that we had. Manchego cheese board: excellent. The crisps and jam were perfect with the cheese. Potato torilla: excellent. The flavors melded very well and it was very tasty. It's filling so keep that in mind. Ceviche de jalapeno: excellent. Not too spicy, the shrimp and seafood was fresh with no fishy smell. The plantains were cooked perfectly, not greasy. Brisket on crostini: excellent. Forget the name but they are a winner. Brisket is good quality and the flavors come together nicely. Chicken skewer: excellent. They smartly use chicken thighs so the meat is juicy and tender. Tuna tartare: good. It actually was my least favorite. The quality was very good but it did not have much flavor. I needed some heat, some acid, something to give it a kick. We were absolutely stuffed and did not try dessert. Our server Marcellus was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant throughout. He never disappeared for too long. Overall, we had a great meal and will undoubtedly return here again.

My husband ordered a poke bowl which he said tasted ok but there wasn't much in the way of fish, and my filet on my salad wasn't medium as requested; however the biggest issue was that my daughter was served a raw ground beef patty for loco moco, not medium or rare, but raw. You could smell raw ground beef. We struggled getting waitstaff's attention for quite awhile and both my husband and I made eye contact with the manager in the blue shirt wearing a headset. He looked our way, sent some one else in a tan shirt and walked away from the main dining room inside. We explained that the patty was raw. His response was dismissive with an explanation that it was always cooked medium, carried the plate away, even though I explained that it wasn't "medium". We waited a long time for a replacement. The replacement was delivered by someone from the kitchen and it was done, but was served with fresh white rice rather than fried rice and was missing the avocado requested. We had to wave someone once again to request avocado. Our waitress eventually returned, apologized, and gave us an appetizer comp card. Our bill showed the loco moco removed for "flavor" and then re-added to the bill. There are other better restaurant choices in the area, so I'd recommend skipping this one.

But Cioppino was not how it's usually prepared the broth seemed very light , seasoning was not up to the mark & the mussels were ok ... had better mussels in other places... it's a seafood place so we were expecting nice juicy mussels but the meat in clams & mussels were extremely small.... That was a let down... we did take the leftover broth to have it later but it didn't tasted good ( turned very sour) so threw it away... Maybe it was one of the off day but we felt disappointed... will try something else if we visit again.
