The problem has nothing to do with the service. All the employees are wonderful. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful, and when I had a complaint to make the kitchen manager came out and talked to me. The problem is the noise. The interior does not have a ceiling. It's one of those open places where all the sound reverberates and you cannot even hear across the table to your eating partner. We asked to be seated outside because it was a lovely day, but the music was so loud overhead that it was almost as an unpleasant as Inside. The chicken wings were OK. They were oversized and therefore a tiny bit underdone. My friend had a sandwich which was OK. I had the buffalo chicken pasta.It was below average. There were small chunks of chicken in it which were a bit dry. The pasta itself was merely OK. I left most of it on the table. It was not good enough to take home in a doggy bag. My friend and I will not be going back there to eat. The noise was a major factor but we might have put up with the noise if the food had been better. read more

Took my 9 yr old grandson and my 7yr old granddaughter on Tuesday afternoon! The place was packed but they sat us down right away! They got our drinks while we looked at the menus. We enjoyed the games on the menus and our food came within 20 minutes!! The food was good and the service was great! We had such a nice time and the food was great (very large burgers) but did have to take some home! The kids wanted to take pictures with all the decor(no touching please) as it was really cute! I came in last night and was met with the quickest and most memorable service by Delaney. The ambiance and the vibe my family got from the store was very friendly. She was an outstanding server, was easy to talk to, and made ordering a great experience. My family and I saw her going from table to table while still being consistent with us. My wife and I were at an appointment in the Waterford Lakes area and as we concluded our business we asked if there was a restaurant nearby that we might go for lunch. We were told of many restaurants nearby but one stood out...Ford's Garage in Oviedo On the Park...at 450 E. Mitchell Hammock Road. You have to see it to appreciate what I am about to describe. It is apparently a relatively new restaurant having opened earlier this year. As we drove into Oviedo On the Park center we were surprised to see this vintage (1920's - 1950's eras) restaurant set among upscale shops. This restaurant oozes nostalgia...from the vintage Ford automobile just outside the restaurant doors, to the gas pump handles on the door entrances and the vintage gas pump sitting inside in one corner, to the Model A Ford hung from the ceiling over the bar. The bar is a showpiece itself...rich colored woods and a hand hammered copper bar top and lots of craft beers and other beverages to choose from. Our waitress, Delaney was dressed in mechanic's shirt, the napkins were blue shop towels. A friendlier environment I could not imagine. The menu was extensive...all cleverly named, ample servings, prepared to perfection. Ford's Signature Burger is really large and comes with Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, bourbon BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onion, and the buns...nothing ordinary here, they were branded with The Ford's Garage logo. Where can you go for some sweet potato tots like Reba McIntyre talks about...right here at this restaurant, and you can have an excellent caramel dipping sauce too...they have other sauces but this was my favorite. My wife had the Chicken Henry...a marinated and grilled chicken breast topped with a Chardonnay lemon butter sauce and goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes. Everything was excellently prepared. Our waitress Delaney was outstanding too. All in all a very good find for lunch. I highly recommend it. read more

Decided to try this place as we are visiting in the area. It was not busy and we visited on a Monday evening. When we got our table it took 20 minutes for our waitress to come to the table. We orders 3 beers and a water for our daughter along with Pretzel and beer cheese and honey mustard. The pretzels cake out first and still took 20 minutes for drinks even our daughters water. She brought the pretzels with beer cheese but the menu said it also came with also honey mustard but that did not come. We were able to get another waiter and he quickly got water for us. We sat down for dinner at 7 and by 8 our daughter was so hungry. Isaiah was great! He brought our daughter some fries and checked our order. Once our food arrived, one order was incorrect. The manager got involved and made it right. The food was great when it arrived. I think this was a off experience and the manager helped make the situation right and we will try it again. Thanks to the help of a waiter and manager to try to salvage the night. Props to them, I had the shrimp, Gorgonzola cheese salad and it was great. Atmosphere was also fun. Great addition to the Oviedo on the Park restaurant scene. We had a great experience. The atmosphere is casual and fun. Our server was excellent in spite of a busy night/huge crowd. The wait was about 40 minutes on a Monday night-longer than I like, however this restaurant is brand new. Both my friend and I enjoyed our meals, salmon and blackened chicken pasta. This place is the new trendy spot i guess. The wait time was 45 minuets at 6pm on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and was able to get full service right away. We had hamburgers and they were very good. Cooked just like we like them. Side salads were very fresh and the dressing choices were good. We had key lime pie for desert that was a creamy pie, a little tart for me but my hubby loved it. My one complaint is that it is so loud that the waiter got my order wrong and was having a hard time with the questions i was asking him. This place was beautiful. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. I ended up waiting for an hour to be seated which I didnt mind. I got a burger and the server got my order wrong so by the time they fixed it was cold and dry. The fries were good tho and my cousin got a buffalo chicken sandwich which she didn't enjoy much either. I gave the server my phone number since I had a motor club account to earn the rewards and its been 2 days since and my account still hasnt earned any points. Overall it wasnt worth waiting an hour but maybe you will have a better experience. read more

I went to the new Fords Garage in Oviedo at the grand opening. Myself, and my boyfriend sat down and we were greeted fairly. We ordered shrimp mac n cheese and I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese. The food took awhile, and people that sat after us got there food way before we did. We brushed it off. Then we finally got our food, I ate the Mac n cheese and it was phenomenal.. then I bite into the sandwich and I couldn't even eat the rest. I sat there hungry, and the server picked up our food and left us. He didn't even come back and we waited for him for an hour with our check. We had to ask another server to help and we then talked to one of the managers what was going on. Long story short, the staff was friendly but didn't give our table any attention. We sat there for 2 hours. I was so ready to go home. It was very disappointing since I was very excited to try it. I've never had fords. I don't recommend the chipotle chicken sandwich. I won't be going back soon, but I'm willing to give it another try one day. One of the managers, Mimi, was very kind as well, and she helped make it right at the end. read more
