Sunday Brunch, huh? Well at $85.00 per person, you might need to think twice. Food here is mediocre at best. The crab legs looked delicious, and so did the strawberry waffle, their desserts, and finally the Chicken Quesadilla. Everything else is just okay. The crab legs are sawed in half Las Vegas Style. Very flavorful, plenty of meet, and it's probably the most popular. They disappeared as quickly as when it comes out. The waffles, the quesadilla, the chocolate fondu strawberries were good, probably because of easily made and the fondu is self service. So basically what I'm saying is the Four Season's Sunday Brunch food is good only when you see it being prepared. Anything else seen that's self service, I think is not worth it. Sorry, I had to let it out hoping for improvement. The sushi doesn't seem too fresh, the clams... No thanks, not risking it to make my tummy suffer. So basically it was salad, crab legs, prime rib, and quesadillas for me! And that was about it. The service was excellent! Friendly servers, great attitudes, and always around to make sure we were content. Bottom line is this place is not worth the price paid. Food is a bit on the sub par side, and they should at least include the alcohol in our meals as a complimentary. That might have made a difference in our perspectives. Pretty much two stars for the food, and another for the great service. Hope they'll improve soon.

A Total Vibe! If you are looking for a brunch experience that will win you over, look no further. Alex our server was such a delight she was upbeat, sweet abs engaged with us. Everything we had on the menu was phenomenal. The standout items for us were the Korean Tuna Wontons are like a WOW in your mouth. The avocado toast was so refreshing and light. The pizza was to die for literally and the dessert was delicious the tiramisu is breathtaking. We topped everything off with a bottle of Prosecco that was pretty awesome too. Such a beautiful outdoor ambiance. It's an experience worth every dime!

There's also a Mexican, Chinese, gluten free, bread, eggs/omelette, and a carving station I failed to capture.

A rather enjoyable experience w/ a wide selection of tasty morsels and top notch service. The buffet is separated into 3 rooms. You start w/ the seafood/sushi alongside the American breakfast items. You'll then journey into the Asian/Mexican/carving station which also includes a variety of salads and cheese. Lastly, the Italian and desserts can be found in the 3rd room where you'll be seated. The seafood items were fresh, omelettes are made to order and if you're a vegetarian or would like gluten-free food, there's a few selections to accommodate. My favorite item was the fresh made donuts. Light, fluffy, airy bites of deliciousness. I had 3 all to myself. *gasp* Definitely a delightful meal in a relaxing atmosphere. $75/person.

If you like wide range of breakfast items from Japanese, American, Chinese, and Mexican, without feeling overwhelmed, this will be the place for you! Space-wise, it was not as big as I imaged, but they do have a FINER selection of items. For example, other than your typical breakfast items such as omelet, they also have Chicken and Waffles, lobster cake, etc. I do want to mention that they are very kids friendly. There's even a kid-size buffet table featuring some kids friendly items. Dessert section is not big, but seafood section is great. With Four Seasons excellent service, you will definitely feel great starting the week here. Reservation required. $75 per person. Valet parking is $12 with validation.

I've better for a much lower price. $69 per person is the going rate here. Not to say there wasn't a lot to love here. The salmon crunch rolls with tempura bits on top was amazing. The prime rib carving station over satiated my need for beef. The sea bass in cream sauce tasted amazing. The jumbo shrimp in garlic or spicy sauce was delightful. I loved how the pastries were set on the cooling rack just after baking. There was a donut station where fresh donuts were served hot out of the fryer and you could garnish it however you wanted with chocolate or sprinkles or powdered sugar. They had an omelet bar and standard breakfast fare. The eggs benedict was awesome too. However, Maison Akira in Pasadena serves a better executed Sunday brunch for half the price. Castaway in Burbank serves a more impressive brunch with many more items and a killer view for a lot less. I can now say I've tried Four Seasons but I will probably never go back.

Forgettable desserts except for the cinnamon cake and the fresh green juice!

Four stars because of the service. It's service is impeccable. From the moment you step out of your car until the moment you get in your car and drive off after a filling Sunday brunch. The wait staff at the Sunday brunch were nothing but smiles. They cater to your every need diligently and very attentive. I felt like they truly extend themselves to provide you a relaxing Sunday brunch. The ambiance of the Culina is impeccable for a Sunday brunch. Culina is the restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel that provides the Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is of comfort and effortless relaxation while chowing down on their expansive brunch selection. We asked to be seated al fresco on chilly LA morning but never felt cold due to the numerous heaters stationed on its al fresco dining areas. I wouldn't expect no less from Four Seasons. The food is expansive and varied, however, most of its offering fell flat. I remember being full and that the selection is so expansive that you wont be able to have everything in one sitting. Its cheese selection was mediocre. The smoked salmon, however, was very good. And the fresh fruit juices are to die for. I had the fresh green juice and it was very refreshing. It's highly recommended, so drink up! OJ, coffee, and tea is included in its price but anything beyond that such as Mimosas, and Bloody Mary is priced a-la-carte. I'm a happy camper if I remember at least one dish from a restaurant and that to me is the golden standard of how good a restaurant is. It has to make you remember the moments you spent there. And the Four Seasons Sunday brunch made me remember a few things: its impeccable service, delicious smoke salmon, and fresh "green" juice.

But after taking my first sip... I completely understood the hype. The Matcha einspanner is absolutely heavenly. It's rich, creamy, perfectly sweet, and one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had. We also ordered the pistachio bread and the sliders for breakfast, and both were delicious. The pistachio bread was soft and flavorful, and the sliders made for a satisfying breakfast. Yes, you'll probably have to wait, but in my opinion, it's worth experiencing at least once. If you're a matcha lover, this place definitely deserves a spot on your list.

This was then confirmed by email the same day: "Dear Brian, Thank you for reaching out to Urth Caffé with your concerns. We appreciate our loyal guests such as your self. They seated us right away for our reservation. My mom and I love high tea. We try a new place about twice a year. This place is stunning. The food is okay. I appreciated that my mom and I each had our own stand since most places do two of everything and place on one stand. The tea was good. It is a bit pricey - $135 per person for afternoon tea, an additional $65 per person for unlimited champagne. My mom & I both had the afternoon tea, she treated herself with the unlimited champagne and a $24 caviar bite which was so small, I would consider it half a bite. It was still worth a cute picture and my mom said it was delicious. The tip was included in our bill and was a little over $400. The servers are attentive and checked up on us often. I will say there is limited seating and although it is comfortable, it is a bit awkward. I would come back here for the aesthetics and look however as for food and traditional high tea, most likely not.
