A rather enjoyable experience w/ a wide selection of tasty morsels and top notch service. The buffet is separated into 3 rooms. You start w/ the seafood/sushi alongside the American breakfast items. You'll then journey into the Asian/Mexican/carving station which also includes a variety of salads and cheese. Lastly, the Italian and desserts can be found in the 3rd room where you'll be seated. The seafood items were fresh, omelettes are made to order and if you're a vegetarian or would like gluten-free food, there's a few selections to accommodate. This is where I come for my cheat meal on Sunday's I order the chicken and waffles and it is worth the wait all week for. They changed the recipe slightly I prefer the spicy one over the peach but they are both excellent. It's only served on Sunday. Space-wise, it was not as big as I imaged, but they do have a FINER selection of items. For example, other than your typical breakfast items such as omelet, they also have Chicken and Waffles, lobster cake, etc. I do want to mention that they are very kids friendly. There's even a kid-size buffet table featuring some kids friendly items. Dessert section is not big, but seafood section is great. I've better for a much lower price. $69 per person is the going rate here. Not to say there wasn't a lot to love here. The salmon crunch rolls with tempura bits on top was amazing. The prime rib carving station over satiated my need for beef. The sea bass in cream sauce tasted amazing. The jumbo shrimp in garlic or spicy sauce was delightful. I loved how the pastries were set on the cooling rack just after baking. There was a donut station where fresh donuts were served hot out of the fryer and you could garnish it however you wanted with chocolate or sprinkles or powdered sugar. They had an omelet bar and standard breakfast fare. The eggs benedict was awesome too. However, Maison Akira in Pasadena serves a better executed Sunday brunch for half the price. Castaway in Burbank serves a more impressive brunch with many more items and a killer view for a lot less. I can now say I've tried Four Seasons but I will probably never go back. read more

The wait staff at the Sunday brunch were nothing but smiles. They cater to your every need diligently and very attentive. I felt like they truly extend themselves to provide you a relaxing Sunday brunch. The ambiance of the Culina is impeccable for a Sunday brunch. Culina is the restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel that provides the Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is of comfort and effortless relaxation while chowing down on their expansive brunch selection. We asked to be seated al fresco on chilly LA morning but never felt cold due to the numerous heaters stationed on its al fresco dining areas. I wouldn't expect no less from Four Seasons. The food is expansive and varied, however, most of its offering fell flat. I remember being full and that the selection is so expansive that you wont be able to have everything in one sitting. Its cheese selection was mediocre. The smoked salmon, however, was very good. And the fresh fruit juices are to die for. I had the fresh green juice and it was very refreshing. It's highly recommended, so drink up! OJ, coffee, and tea is included in its price but anything beyond that such as Mimosas, and Bloody Mary is priced a-la-carte. I'm a happy camper if I remember at least one dish from a restaurant and that to me is the golden standard of how good a restaurant is. It has to make you remember the moments you spent there. And the Four Seasons Sunday brunch made me remember a few things: its impeccable service, delicious smoke salmon, and fresh "green" juice. read more

First off, the service is what gets this place a 4. Everyone is nice, smart, and attentive. I mentioned I was looking for the Sunday edition of the LA Times and one of the greeters brought me one in a couple of minutes. The food is okay. Not amazing, not terrible but decent. 5.5/10 today but on another day could easily be 6.5/10. A lot of the food was lukewarm: eggs Benedict (although you can wait for them to make you a new one), sausages, Asian dumplings, and the prime rib. Obviously it's a buffet and the food just sits there but some of the buffets I've been to do a better job of keeping things a bit hotter. Also, the sushi was pretty sad. Save your calories. On the bright side, my latte was on point (even at $6 a cup) and the kids section had chicken tenders and Mac & cheese which were also delish. There was a chocolate fondue thing which you can't really go wrong with and the salads are pretty decent. If you've ever been to some of the more popular buffets in Vegas or if you've been to the buffets in the Seoul hotels you can probably pass on this place as you'll leave disappointed. read more

Anyway my wife and I had a drink and two appetizers and coffee and a tea . I had amazing brunch here. I've been all buffet in Las Vegas but this place is the best buffet in my life. It's a bit pricy but it's worth it for fancy morning time in Beverly Hills. I had reservation Culina restaurant which this buffet is at through opentable. At 10am when we got there not so many people but the time we were about to leave around 1, there were line waiting for opening table so recommend to come early or reserve. My husband and I had brunch here last weekend, and we loved it! I love brunch, especially buffet brunches where you can have all of your favorite foods in one meal! :) The food (quality and variety), service, and ambiance were all excellent. The food at buffet brunches can be really bad sometimes, but everything was delicious! They have a wide variety of items - from standard breakfast items, sushi and seafood, Asian, dim sum, Italian, carving station, dessert station and more! I loved the variety of creative salads, and the tasty power shots and fresh juices. We had a few desserts to share and everything was so good, and the perfect way to end our meal. (Especially the raspberry panna cotta!) Yes, $85 per person is a bit pricey, and it's like $15+ for a glass of champagne, but it's worth it! We had such a beautiful Sunday morning together. First time here. The four seasons hosts a brunch inside of the Culina restaurant every Sunday. Highlights were the salads, the egg station, the crab legs, carving station and desserts. Lows were the sushi and pastas. From what I was told, a lot of the food changes weekly, especially the pastas and salads. Price point is high, and for the price - I'd expect them to include soda and specialty coffees at the least. Service and atmosphere are amazing, as you'd expect. If the weather is good, the patio is where you want to be. It's also a real hotspot for celebrity sightings if you are into it. read more

The food was good-- not great lots of variety but nothing stood out as phenomenal. Our hostess was a little weird, when I asked if mimosas were included she simply said "I don't know". A place on that level you would expect a higher level of service and energy from a hostess. Also I thought it was a big minus that mimosas weren't a part of the 70 dollar package as that's something you could find just about anywhere. After the hostess gave us a mediocre overview of what was available she sat us at a less than undesirable table near the door. When I asked to be moved she went into this explanation of how they are very busy and she would have to check even though I did request a nicer outdoor table in my reservation since it was a birthday celebration. And it was just a lot more explanation that was required when she could have simply checked before putting me on a guilt trip about asking her to check. We soon got moved to a much nicer table and spent a leisurely time going back and forth to the buffet without being rushed at all by our waiter who was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere outside was of course very nice and if you want to hang out and enjoy a variety of decent food at your own pace it's the perfect place. However the lack of included drink options including no fresh orange juice left a feeling of being nickled and dimed when it would have been a pretty low hanging fruit way for four seasons to offer a more inclusive brunch experience. Overall. Buffet service. 3 stars for having to find someone to create their custom juices. Just make glasses or juice blends available if the station will be unmanned. Waiter. 5 stars. I only ate here once and have not cared to return. The buffet is pretty typical LA brunch fare and food preparation lackluster. I would give the dining room staff 4-stars. They were all very polite. The food was room temperature and lacking in flavor and texture. It seemed that everything had the same consistency and nothing was appropriately seasoned. There was a bacon-esque dish that honestly tasted like something McDonalds would sell. Very fake hickory flavor and enough salt to make your ankles swell. Would I ever pay for a buffet? No. It is guaranteed that I will absolutely not get my money's worth. But if someone else is paying for the buffet, and that person is willing to put down Four Seasons money...well, I am not going to stop them. There was fruit, there were a few nice grain salads, and there was vegetable goyza. I was able to eat my fill and didn't leave hungry, but I would never in a million years pay to come here. Gluten-free people got a whole table of pastries to choose from, but the vegans kind of just have to guess what is in what and do the best they can. There was no one around for me to ask questions, and even if there was someone, I'd imagine it'd be difficult for them to know what is in everything. There are just too many things! I enjoyed my mimosa, I enjoyed the company, and I ate a lot of dumplings. It'd be great if they could label the dishes so it'd be easier to see what has dairy and what has eggs, but I'm not holding my breath. read more

It had been probably 20 years since we visited a high end brunch like this, so we were excited. While the fee was $89 per person, Culina Restaurant in the Four Seasons did not disappoint. I started with a plate if strictly seafood: crab, sushi, shrimp, clams, mussels and fish. It was great but oysters were missed. My friends and me were celebrating a birthday and had read all the great reviews about the Four Seasons Sunday Brunch so, we decided to check it out. This bunch is pricey but absolutely wonderful. We sat on the beautifully decorated sun drenched patio. The seating is so comfortable and, the service is top notch. The food was delicious. Prime rib, roasted lamb, wonderful fresh sushi , a tasty array of breakfast meats, omelets, waffles, pizza, pasta, baked goods, everything simply delicious. The atmosphere is upscale but very welcoming. Keep one thing in mind, this is not a champagne brunch and, mimosas are not included in the $85 price. Lastly, the atmosphere is very relaxed and, we never felt rushed. Don't miss brunch at the Four Season, it is a real treat! read more
