$4.25 for this???? Is like a $1 per fry ......jeeeeeezzzz

Prices are not well thought out. I will never go back! The staff is spread thin so the friendly courteous service is not present here

So, I had the mushroom philly and the mozzarella sticks. The philly was really good. I really enjoyed the bread, it was soft. They list the mozz sticks as spicy, but it's not spicy. The restaurant has a nice ambiance; it does a nice tribute to the city of Philadelphia. The service was good as well.

Now let me start by saying how upset I am that Fred's is closed at 8 pm. I'm about to cry because that's how bad I want a Philly from there right now!! THAT'S HOW GOOD IT IS!! This was my first time here and O M G ! The Pepper Philly I had today was phenomenal. Outstanding. Magnificent. I added jalapeños and green bell peppers (the jalapeños were missing but oh well, it was still fire). I danced the ENTIRE time I ate. I was humming and thanking God for this delicious meal. I added the Cajun fries at the end and I'm sooooo glad I did! They were soooo good, my co-workers kept tryna steal my fries. They were perfectly seasoned and fresh out the grease. My type of fry! My photos don't do the food justice at all. I placed my order to go and April was so sweet, on the phone and in person. Her name is very fitting because just like the spring, she made me smile. I would come back from the service alone. This business is BLACK OWNED so for those of you who want to support, please do! They deserve it. The actual restaurant was pretty busy during lunch but there was still plenty of seating. I saw so many happy men grubbing, so I knew I hit the mark. I loved all the Philly decorations and I will be back AGAIN for lunch tomorrow since they're closed now I know I'm going to be dreaming about that Philly tonight!

Decided I wanted a Philly during the weekday and stopped here. It's located off 15th St in Plano and is easily found. They mandate masks upon entering to order. Most of the tables had been put up due to COVID so I'm not sure if dining in was an option. They have a really nice Digital menu that's easy to read. Ordering was easy and the cashier was very courteous. She wore her mask up until another Patron who was an anti masker entered in. I ordered a Broadstreet cheesesteak (6 in) and a side of chips. The wait was quoted 10 mins but I may have waited a good 5. The food was great and my steak was finely chopped. It head the perfect mix of onions and jalapeños. I forgot to add mustard and Mayo but I did when I got home. The restaurant was really cute and had a wall dedicated to Philly and Philly sports, which was a nice touch. They did offer GF dessert choices as well. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the cooks were not wearing masks and when the anti masker came In basically bashing people for wearing masks, the cashier attempted to appease to her and took off her mask. Again, maybe she wasn't wearing it before but when she took my order she did. If you're going to ask patrons to wear masks and not strictly enforce it to the cooks or customers, the sign shouldn't even be up on the door.

Best cheesesteaks outside of Philadelphia, great fries as well. Friendly & courteous staff.

Best philly ever, people who ruin the place are fun, and they always have a movie going. I love this place!

Food was good but the meat could use a little seasoning. I'd definitely go back though

Best cheesesteaks in the Plano area. Often full at lunch due to the small size, but that's a testament to the food. Try the sauces!

None of these other wing joints can compare to Fred's. The wings are so well seasoned, you can skip the sauce; in fact, sauce defiles them.

Awesome food, great staff, friendly atmosphere. And I have to add more characters to post this…read morereview.

First time to try their cheesesteak on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a poblano cheesesteak, onion…read morerings and a small side of cheese. Asked for water, as I don't drink soft drinks or tea and the young man told me "we don't give cups for water, what do you want to drink". I said nothing to drink then and got my bottled water from the car. People should be able to have water with their meal, even if you have to charge for the cup or sell bottled water. Just my opinion. Sandwich was tasty but I didn't taste/see much cheese, supposedly Swiss? O rings were good and crispy, fair portion. Side of cheese sauce was TINY, fyi. Service at the counter was friendly other than the refusing a cup for water. Manager/owner came thru dining room to check on customers, good move. I didn't like the credit card surcharge (without being told or signage advising) as I had cash. 15% tip for counter service with the CC surcharge made my sandwich and o rings $18 and I had to provide my own water. Pricey lunch. Dining room could use a good sweeping, washing and painting. Both restrooms had signs on the door that they were out of order, but employees used them? Food and service 4 stars, minus a star for unannounced surcharge and no water. I would go again but not dine in, so I can get water and use the restroom.
