Tastes very bland...paid 21$ for a bowl of unseasoned noodles. Not sure why they would sell that but. Healthy I guess

You'll find them on the casino floor and if you go left from Golden Circle Sports Bar, they're at the former spot of Las Vegas Yacht Club seafood restaurant. Inside is a lively atmosphere and very spacious, has elegant Japanese style latern and modern decor. You can dine at the bar or table, and there's ample seating. Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

Another server came by to take our food orders. The venue is clean, modern and tastefully decorated in an Eastern Asian decor, black and red. Plenty of tables. When we first entered you'll see a full bar and a lounge area. To the right is where the hostess will greet you. Service is great. The menu is extensive. Lots of delicious looking options. We had duck fried rice which was my favorite and the seafood with crispy noodles which has a gravy like sauce that will soften the crispy noodles. My friends enjoyed the fried bass lathered with savory and sweet fruits and veggies. The jackfruit is delicious! We also had medium rare steak that were sliced and lathered with sauce. It was tender and juicy. The chef gave us a bonus surprise which were the wok fried lobster tails. Thank you Chef AJ and Ace Dragon Wok team for the delicious food and warm welcome!

The restaurant was busy, but with a reservation we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server quickly came over to take our drink order and was very friendly. The restaurant's vibe was trendy and beautiful. For our appetizer, we ordered the edamame and crispy cauliflower. OMG--the cauliflower was delicious! It had the perfect crisp thanks to its light breading and was tossed in a spicy vegan mayo. Even though it had a generous amount of sauce, each piece still maintained its crispy texture. For our entrées, we ordered the Vegetable King Roll with king oyster mushroom, cucumber, avocado, and spicy miso. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti with the added shrimp option. The spaghetti was perfect. The truffle flavor wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely present and paired wonderfully with the rich mushroom sauce. For dessert, we ordered the vegan pistachio cheesecake with a side of coconut sorbet. It was so decadent and delicious. The portion was more than enough for the two of us to share and was the perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend Catch and hope to go back the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Even though we were staying at the Bellagio my husband and I made a last minute reservation online and came here for a late dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and has great vibes. From the entrance you can tell how pretty it's going to be inside and it did not disappoint. The hostess was not welcoming at all. She checked us in and said wait for our table which is being cleared up. After a few minutes we were seated, not in the mani dining room but the one on the right side which is not as pretty as the main but it's ok I know we made the reservations on that day. So no big deal. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We started with edamame and shishito pepper. Both fresh and delicious. Then we ordered the ceviche and both of us loved it very much. To be honest both my husband and I were in the mood for sushi so we stuck to ordering sushi. Boy was that a disappointment. The Catch roll was not to our taste , it had crab salmon miso honey and the waiter used a torch to cook the salmon on top. It smelled so bad after he did that. Smelled burnt ... I didn't eat that roll after that. Then we ordered a few cut rolls like salmon tuna yellowtail ... all so basic and no taste. So so disappointing to serve this kind of sushi at a fine restaurant . So it turns out we would have been better off ordering non sushi items from the menu. We could have enjoyed our dinner. So after the last roll we called it a night and left. The reviews said they have excellent sushi but I don't think so. Now I wonder how everything else tastes here. Maybe one day I'll have a better experience with food here. Catch is a premiere place to be seen at I guess cause everyone was dressed up (by the way some very inappropriately) and taking so many pictures all over the restaurant.

Best Friend: She's a Vegas 6 and an LA 4... just like me. :)…read moreLet me start by saying this is a five-star review in the context of the Las Vegas Strip. Would I give it five stars back home? Definitely not. But compared to the other dining options on the Strip, this is one of the places I'll happily spend my money. Vibes: A+ I love the fake convenience store entrance that opens into the clubby dining room. It has that over-the-top Vegas maximalist energy and reminded me of Omega Mart. It's playful, immersive, and exactly the kind of experience that works here. Service: A+ Our server was hilarious, genuinely engaging, and steered us toward some excellent choices. The standout recommendation was the aguachile, which ended up being the sleeper hit of the meal. Food: B+ We ordered the kalbi BBQ, the aquachile, the street corn, and the kimchi fried rice. The kimchi fried rice especially deserves a shout out. It topped versions I've had at more traditional Korean restaurants, which I wasn't expecting. Value: C This isn't really the restaurant's fault. It's Vegas. Everything on the Strip comes with a premium. Even so, we ordered all of the above for just over $100, which is honestly difficult to do at many Strip restaurants these days. I'm a fan of Roy Choi and what he's built. Before becoming a nationally recognized chef, he worked his way up through hotel kitchens and later helped spark the gourmet food truck movement with Kogi BBQ. He's also been a longtime advocate for making great food more accessible and has supported community initiatives focused on feeding underserved neighborhoods. At the end of the day, Best Friend is fun, unpretentious (again, for Vegas), and delivers one of the better values you'll find on the Strip. If I'm eating on Las Vegas Boulevard, this is one of the few places I'd happily return to.

We were here specifically for Restaurant Week and I have to say, good a really good deal considering the prices of some of the items we got. The Wagyu tartare alone was $52 already, and we spent $90 on a 3-course meal for RW. We had crispy rice tuna, Wagyu tartare, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, cinnamon roll, and the smores cake. To drink, I had an old fashioned with a Japanese whisky. It was nice and oaky. The wife had the she so spicy which was excellent (I had a sip). Everything we ate was divine; the only thing we were a little disappointed in was the consistency of the crispy rice. We wished it would have been a bit more sushi rice consistency on the inside, but it was a bit too soggy. Everything else was amazing though, especially the sea bass. The restaurant itself is so pretty, and we happened to get seated in the instagrammable area with the greenery. We are locals, so don't really care much for a strip view, but the restaurant does have a nice one. Would we come back here and pay à la carte next time? Probably not, but only because we try to avoid the strip like the plague.

It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.

I just move to Las Vegas from California so I would like to think I have a well rounded knowledge…read moreon asian cuisine. On social media I've been seen this restaurant "China Mama" been popping up when I browse my Instagram, so today I was set on having lunch at this establishment. When I walked through doors, I was fascinated at the interior design of the place, the walls, tables and lighting because it had an atmosphere of exclusivity in a foodie type of way however at the same time the staff and service was impeccable and very welcoming to newcomers. What I noticed when I sat down is the teapot, the plates and the menu, the reason why I mentioned those things is because in a typical chinese restaurant, you see a white/red plastic plate with a chinese design on the front of the plate with teapots and teacups that have some residue on them. Along with a sticky menu book that sounds like velcro when you pull the pages apart. Rest assured because the dining set at this restaurant is nothing like that and the level of detail the manager or owner put it in must be applauded because it displays that they care for their customers and uphold the highest level of sanitation. The plates and the teapot were immaculate and also the menu was colorful and clear where I didn't know what dish I wanted to pick because I was so astonished with how vibrant the menu was designed. For new restaurants I always conduct my version of a litmus test regarding food. For chinese restaurants I order fried rice and whatever special pork dish they have on hand to gauge the type of quality I can expect. I will say this, I've had homecook fried rice, traditional fried rice and my goodness is this fried rice really spot on when it comes to flavor, seasoning and cook temperature. I order the shrimp egg fried rice and everything was delicious from the star of the dish being the shrimp to the vegetables. The blend was so harmonious that I was silently eating and lost track of time due to it being cooked to perfection. Secondly, I ordered the twice cooked pork with spicy sauce and the tenderness of the pork was so heavenly I indulge in more after more, even when I was full, my body was pushing my hand to eat more because I subconsciously didn't want the sensation of the umami to fade. I have never had a pork dish like that in a chinese restaurant. It's a far drive from where I currently reside so ontop of the lunch I had I decided to order to dish for to go so I can have the experience again for dinner. I order the pan fried pork dumplings along with signature salted egg yolk prawns. As much as I want to encourage people to try the restaurants I share on reviews, I secretly want to keep this restaurant to myself and just keep it hidden so it dosent get packed in the near future where I have to fight over reservations. That being said, whomever is looking for the best pound for pound chinese restaurant in Las Vegas? CHINA MAMA is THE best hidden secret in this city. It was a wonderful experience and it will not be the last time I visit this extraordinary establishment. Update: I took my mom, brother and sister to try this restaurant that I have been endorsing. Let me tell you how the popularity of this restaurant skyrocketed. I got there at 11:30, put my name down for a wait list not even 5 minutes has passed and 4 more people came in to put their name down. After a 20 minute wait there was an additional 12 names that were on the wait list. Service was so fast, and the pan fried pork buns was informed to us that it would take 45 min to a hour to make, of course we ordered appetizer, entrées, to be served to us when it's ready, so in the mean time we can have some food in our belly before the pork buns but that gors to show how popular that food item is and how its taken off. The waiter that waited our table was so excellent that we tipped him 30%, he was amazing. He's chinese with black frame glassess.
