For our entrées, we ordered the Vegetable King Roll with king oyster mushroom, cucumber, avocado, and spicy miso. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti with the added shrimp option. The spaghetti was perfect. The truffle flavor wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely present and paired wonderfully with the rich mushroom sauce. For dessert, we ordered the vegan pistachio cheesecake with a side of coconut sorbet. It was so decadent and delicious. The Catch roll was not to our taste , it had crab salmon miso honey and the waiter used a torch to cook the salmon on top. It smelled so bad after he did that. Smelled burnt ... I didn't eat that roll after that. Then we ordered a few cut rolls like salmon tuna yellowtail ... all so basic and no taste. So so disappointing to serve this kind of sushi at a fine restaurant . So it turns out we would have been better off ordering non sushi items from the menu. We could have enjoyed our dinner. So after the last roll we called it a night and left.
