My mom was referred here from our general dentist for a complicated root canal. Mom does not have dental insurance and Dr. Pham's pricing was very reasonable for our case. My mom was very happy during and after her consult. Here are some standout categories: Covid-19 Sterilization process: -Dr. Pham's office takes CVD-19 sterilization and precautions very seriously here. There are never too many patients in the office and surfaces are constantly being sterilized. I observed the Dr. washing her hands after touching any surface during her consultation with my mom. She is not taking any risks of exposure for the patients. -The office is kept very clean and spotless. Customer Service -Dr. Pham will listen to all of your questions and problems and give you her honest opinion on the best course of action for the patient. The Dr. is not trying to rush you in and out so that she can see the next patient. Every patient is given quality time and care during the consultation and during the treatment. Dr Lu was who I was referred to, and had the most top notch technology right in her office to easily see what was going on. It turned out it was a complex surgery to not only fix the cystic legion but I wanted to save my original tooth as I am a singer and definitely do not want any changes to my voice or waiting a whole year for an implant with a flip tooth. Very nice clean office with a decent size waiting area with a set up for water, tea, or coffee while you wait and even has what appears to be a massage chair. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful in explaining all of the details of your treatment and visit. The dental assistants are very nice and cheerful and honest with you about the procedures they are performing. Dr. Wang was very nice and explained everything to me and listened to exactly what I had to say to keep me ongoing the right way with my teeth. Our whole family now has appointments to see them soon.
