During my visit, I observed some customers receiving warm greetings and attentive service, while others did not receive the same level of engagement. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone who walks through the door. I actually worked at this location years ago, and one thing I appreciated back then was the genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff treated people with kindness and respect regardless of who they were. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I witnessed during this visit. I also noticed a significant change in the manager's demeanor once I asked for her name. The interaction immediately became friendlier, which left me wondering why that level of professionalism wasn't present from the beginning. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated with dignity when they visit a restaurant.
