I am filing this review because of repeated negative experiences with this business. The customer…read moreservice has been consistently poor, and the situation was made worse by the manager's unprofessional attitude. During a service visit, I noticed that $5 was missing from my vehicle. At first, I thought it might have been a mistake or that I had misplaced it. However, during a later visit, I intentionally left money in the vehicle to test whether it would happen again. After the service was completed, the money was missing once more. In addition to the missing money, the staff repeatedly unplugged my dash camera during service appointments. This occurred multiple times, making it impossible to review what happened while my vehicle was in their possession. I find this highly concerning and unacceptable. When I attempted to address my concerns, I received poor customer service and no satisfactory resolution. The manager was especially unhelpful and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I believe customers should be able to trust a business with their vehicles and personal property. Based on my experiences, I no longer have confidence in this company. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that the business provide an explanation for the repeated issues involving missing money and the treatment I received from both staff and management.

AutoNation Honda O'Hare is a highly disappointing dealership. Having purchased new vehicles from…read moresix different Honda dealerships in the greater Chicago area, this is the only one that has caused enough of a headache to compel me to write a negative review. Severe Registration Issues: To obtain my permanent plates, I was eventually forced to file a report with the Illinois Secretary of State Police. This drastic step was only taken after three separate temporary plates were issued. I visited both the Lake Zurich and Waukegan SOS offices, and both locations independently advised me that I should request the dealership to fix their errors. Despite numerous calls that went unanswered and two in-person visits where I was treated with total disrespect, the issue remained unresolved. After the third temporary plate expired, I had to involve law enforcement. Broken Promises on Service: At the time of purchase, I was promised that my first two services would be complimentary. However, after driving 45 minutes for my second service, the staff refused to honor the agreement. I felt insulted and cheated, as if the staff looked down on me for expecting them to uphold their salesperson's original promise. I chose not to proceed with the service in this dealership, despite the experience wasted half a day and 1.5 hours of round-trip driving. Final Verdict: Between the administrative incompetence regarding registration and the lack of integrity in this dealership, I strongly recommend looking at any other Honda dealership in the Chicagoland area instead of this one.

The Castle Honda service is about as useless as anyplace I have ever been to. First of all as a dealer they charge so much more for any type of maintenance then other mechanics. I went here today to try and find information on the code for the navigation system in my car. I called and they said to look in the manual for the code so I poured through the Navigation manual & the owner manual trying to find the 4 digit code unable to find it I made a trip to the service dept hoping that they could show me where the information was in the manual. When I walked in the guy sitting at the desk was doing nothing. I asked him if he knew where the information was. While he was flipping pages he asked me if I bought the car there. When I told him NO I didn't he seemed to lose any interest or desire to even assist me. The only other time I used Castle Honda they did a half assed job on a repair for my car that needed work to fix it about a 1 1/2 weeks later. I was in Hyde Park at the time when my car alternator & battery died. I had to have my car towed into the Honda Dealer Downtown on 1111 N Clark Street leave the car & take an Uber home. The only reason I came here is because it's the closest Honda Dealer to my house. NEVER AGAIN

I had not purchased a used car in a few years and this dealership was new to me as it was out of my home state. He was very patient with me and while the car itself was very nice, it was Shahid's customer service that truly made me comfortable making the purchase. Shahid proved to be an outstanding member of the McGrath Sales Team. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would very highly recommend you ask to work with Shahid. You will not be disappointed.

Good people are leaving the dealership . This place should get minus 10 , rude unprofessional people !! Left a message to general manager Ron , never returned the call. He shouldn't not be a general manager, should be fired !!! Send him pictures as well. Cars should be photographed as soon it's dropped off for service. This dealers doesn't do that.
