Gregory's Coffee was my obsession right before I had stomach surgery. I love to visit the various locations for coffee. I get the scones to freeze and take them out for breakfast as a special treat. Those days are gone now. I'm sharing my photos and feelings about Gregory's with you. I'm highly recommending the atmosphere, free WiFi and delicious pastries, plus delicious COFFEE.

I usually order my drinks. This time I ordered an iced chai. It was so watered down, and it doesn't taste like chai; it only tastes like milk.

How do I say this, they're good when they *want* to be good. It's a bit frustrating to say the least. I loved coming here as their coffee and baked goods are delicious but lately it's been inconsistent. Definitely can't even get my favorite blueberry muffin because they've taken the word blueberry (SINGULAR) in the muffin literally. I'm always baffled at their generosity when I end up with two blueberries in my muffin. Like gee, thanks.

Located on 7th Ave. & W. 50th St. in the Theater District. We were walking our way to the Empire State Building and needed our evening caffeine, so we stopped to try Gregory's Coffee, and it did not disappoint. Coffee tasted so good. Service was friendly and efficient. They also have pastries, tea, holiday drinks, refresher drinks, breakfast sandwiches, Smoothies, and coffee bags. Overall, we had a great experience here, and now I know that this is good quality coffee... I see Gregory's coffee shops throughout NYC and will definitely have it again while in town.

Gregory's Coffee has good coffee & drink options- pretty standard. This location is right by Times Square and right next to the NQR train station.

I like this location near the 49th street N, W train. It's convenient and although adjacent to Times Square it's not chaotic in the area and most trains are located in the vicinity. There's a good deal of customer traffic due to the area and Broadway plays but it's worth stopping by for a treat. There's minimal seating and standing tables as well. It is on the smaller side, but nice and cozy, and the food is good. The portions are great. I like the handwriting touch with our names on the cups with the chalk look. I've been to a few of the locations. Downtown DC is my favorite but one thing that holds true to all is the great service. Nicely lit, great menu and easy to read, plus it's always clean with timely service with the traffic the location gets.

I had the drip coffee is tasteless and terrible. The espresso macchiato coffee here is not bad. The banana muffin has hardly any taste of banana. The deco here is cool but only 4 small tables to sit at. Very small inside.

Wanted to try out different coffee shops while in NYC and today, I got to check out Gregory's coffee located in Times Square. It was conveniently located near the hotel I'm staying and was only about a 15 minute walk. Service was good. Right when I walked in, I saw their cold brew drink menu and ordered the salted caramel cold brew. It is made with oat milk, cold brew and salted caramel. It was definitely on the sweeter end, but still tasty. This coffee shop also has pastries and different types of baked goods on their menu including vegan options.

Love the quality of coffee, the selection of vegan treats, vegan snacks, vegan savory eats, and the efficient service. Not much seating at this location, but they've figured out a way to have little standing tables by the window if you need to stand for a bite of a sandwich. Small shop but good vibes in music and attitudes.

Coffee is terrible. Me and my brother each got an iced latte, there is absolutely no coffee taste at all. Basically sugary milk. The cashiers seem nice, but are not at all attentive. The cafe is clean, but that's about it. Simply a tourist trap in Times Square. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Great for a quick bite with fast, friendly service. Vegan burrito came out nicely toasted and perfectly hot. The vegan bar was very good - chewy and fresh. And the coffees - highlight of the visit! Hall and Oats and The Smashing Pumpkin were all they should be ~ real pumpkin flavor, not the standard pumpkin spice.... Hall and Oats is an every day drinker for me. Nice music playing and if the seats are all taken, there's some standing stations too. Great price for two to share a breakfast and two coffees in NYC.

The strawberry puree added the perfect hint of sweetness to the drink, and they use real strawberries!!! The matcha was sooo creamy, and their matcha quality was really good as well. Even though I wasn't going to try all three, I like having options to choose from. I was debating between Hinata and Hajime, so I asked the staff which one has a strong flavor and she recommended Hinata. I went with that. It's meant to have a nutty creamy taste. I'm satisfied that I can taste the nutty creaminess. Though I wish it can be bolder and have more umami. Perhaps it has to do with concentration. At the same time, $6.50 is a good price given the location, alternative matcha and drink options nearby, flavor. I also asked how much matcha they use in the medium vs large sizes. Medium is 4g for a 12oz cup. Large is 5g for a 16oz cup. Even though large is a better deal by volume, I got medium because it has a higher concentration of matcha. Since I got a hot latte, my cup came with the lid on it already. I didn't look at it immediately, so no photo available lol. I looked later on and the color looks bright green. The seating is weird where they only have a table with two seats against the window. Then there's a random one chair next to the cashier and another one next to the pickup area. The stools are slightly taller than the counters which made me feel like I was towering over the counter. I don't recommend betting on spending time to hang out there. Just buy it to go.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

This is always my favorite spot to go for desserts and hangout. The interior decor is very modern,…read moresophisticated and stylish. We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
