Our server was really nice. He was very informative. I wish I knew his name. It seemed like he was training. The meats had a lot of flavor. They had a good amount of appetizers. They even had sushi pretty decent selection. The price wasn't too bad either. The ice cream selection was good. They had a lot of different flavors. It wasn't too crowded. So service was pretty decent. Would definitely come back and try other items.

First time coming here, and we'll definitely be back! I'm so glad they finally opened a location in Henderson. This place was clean and good vibes. The staff were very welcoming from the moment we walked in. My family and I ordered from the premium menu, and everything we tried was delicious. Our server, Johanna was attentive, friendly, and provided great customer service throughout our visit. Overall..we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

First time trying the grill line. They have a variety of food options from sides to meet. I fell in love with wagyu beef. The price ranges from premium to signature. The place looks minimalist and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful in showing how to cook the meat properly. I think that's a plus.

We drove over here thinking we were going to Doh, our regular kbbq spot. However, we found that's it changed to Grill nine and decided to give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised by their great marinated meats, sushi and drinks. The service was great and the waiters were attentive and super helpful. We are happy that we still have a great spot for kbbq in the area with a friendly ambiance.

I came here during their grand opening and just like other commenters I also experienced the last minute cancellation without any notification. I actually figured out myself when rechecking my reservation time that it was cancelled. I wish there was at least a notification the day before or soemthing instead of silence. However I must say I called in 1 hour before my reservation and the person was nice enough to put me on the waitlist to try to make up for the cancellation. I appreciated that. He said it would be a 2 hour wait. I came 2 hours later and was seated but still had to wait about 20 minute more. I get it tho, it's busy and they were having their BOGO deal. A complaint that I do have is that the ventilation there is not good. Our grill was also smoking like crazy (I think the put the wrong one) but I can tell the servers were trying to do their best to stay on top of that. We got the signature Menu which came with more of the premium items. Their raw scallop was pretty fishy but the cheese scallop was better. Meat wise I think the best was the wagyu brisket. Meat quality was not bad but not sure if it justifies the $50 original price. I feel like this place had a lot of potential and I would give the another shot in the future once they figure out their kinks.

I absolutely loved the Grill Nine near Hmart so I was so excited to hear that they were opening up one closer to me. My friends and I made a reservation and to come during the grand opening just to later find out they were not taking or accommodating reservations. It is a bit ridiculous because their Instagram promoted all over that they accepted reservations and to make reservations. A little bit disappointed with how this was handled. Not sure why they have it on their post that shows Grill Nine Henderson, reserve on yelp.

Went to Grill Nine to try their BOGO deal at Friday around 4pm since really liked their Decatur location. Although we had a reservation, they told us that they were not honoring it which was unfortunate but glad we got there at a time where the wait was only 15 minutes. For $25/person, there was not much to complain about. As the place specializes in KBBQ, sushi was decent. I thought the regular salmon nigiri was pretty plain tasting. I did like the seared salmon as it had more flavor. Besides that, my favorite thing on the menu was their Wagyu brisket. Staff was nice and attentive, overall good time. There was some things they were lacking on but if they worked on it, can be just as good as their original location!

Just tried Grill Nine Korean AYCE BBQ. Dining room is modern and clean. Food quality is excellent. Meat top quality. Side dishes great. Service absolutely amazing. The experience here is more like true upscale Korean BBQ, where you order the meat by portions. Extremely high quality. Better than any other place in Las Vegas... by far. And top level menu here is cheaper than other places mid or starting levels. I highly recommend. Will be going back.

Ok, I was super nervous about trying this because I loved Doh, but it was actually suchhhhhhh a good place! The restaurant is clean and inviting. We were seated immediately. The menu is extensive and had a variety including sushi, soup, appetizers, and sides. Meat was delicious. We had a hard time choosing! The service was TOP TIER. Damn! Every time we touched the menu it was a "what can I get for you?" Waters empty, they immediately grabbed a new one. We had like 5 grill changes. The minute they noticed it burning slightly they asked to change it. Can't speak enough of the service! Definitely coming back!

The moment we walked in we were amazed by the aesthetic. Nice modern look. Spacious seating. Service was really good too. The meats were delicious. Everything we had was sooooo good!!! Def recommend marinated short ribs. The sweet corn was a lil sweet but overall was a good experience.

First of all "top notch" service by Claire! We were immediately greeted as we walked in the door & as she seated us, asked us if we've been here before (first time) so she explained the menu & everything to us - we felt so welcomed and not rushed! I then noticed, she was the "only one" working on the floor (other than a busboy/expediter). She was greeting/seating & serving guests! She is what people/service industry need to model & train the staff!! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality & quantity (especially with it being AYCE) Food was at a premium - very fresh, quality meats/fish/ ingredients. My husband LOVES KBBQ + I love sushi (which i don't get often coz he doesn't do seafood) so it's the best of both worlds! We've been to many places for both KBBQ + sushi and I'm honestly blown away by the quality of their premium meat & OMG see how fresh the sushi is - and not a lot of rice = perfection! Ambiance is clean and not smoky too! All around, we had excellent service & the food was surprisingly sooooo good! My husband hasn't stopped talking (positively) about it (that's not a norm for him) We left with happy full bellies, lots of laughter & the best dining experience in a long time. Wish it was closer, but so worth the drive - so, with all that said, WE'LL BE BACK! Thanks Claire - look forward to seeing you soon!

I usually don't go to AYCE Korean BBQ places very often, but this place was really good. The meat tasted fresh and high quality, and everything we ordered was delicious. The galbi was especially flavorful, and even the jjapagetti and ramen were really tasty and good quality. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and overall we had a great experience. So, this use to be "Doh" and I loved that place. It is now Grill Nine. I walked into a sleek new restaurant with a high end look. The servers and staff were amazing, helpful and super speedy. The menu has 2 options and both are full of tasty choices. The signature option was worth the extra money on the waygu and sushi alone! I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu and enjoy the fresh new atmosphere. I highly recommend you check it out! read more

The food and the atmosphere is great. The meats here are top tier and always come out fresh. Most servers are pretty on it about grill changes and orders, but not everyone was. One of our servers forgot our order on multiple occasions and wasn't very knowledgeable about their menu at all. Other than that, real good here. read more

I used to always go to the Grill 9 Charleston location, but since we had a group of 10 and there was a wait, we decided to check out the new location instead--and I'm so glad we did! This new spot is actually much better for large groups. The meat quality is just as excellent as the original, the service was friendly, and the food came out super fast. Everything was delicious! If you're looking for an AYCE spot, this is definitely the place to go. My absolute favorite combo is the marinated galbi paired with cold naengmyeon- it's a must-try! Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the sushi quality; the rolls were fresh and tasty too. I'll definitely be coming back here! read more

Went here to try it out for my mother's birthday and hands down the best Korean barbecue we've had in the LV/Hendy area!!! Staffs were very courteous and the service was on point! Their signature house sauce was delish and the meats were absolutely amazing! Lucky for us because the location is very close to my house. Made a reservation and drove from LA to try this restaurant out with a few of my Vegas local friends. Reservation is on April 26th but got an email notified me that it is cancelled less than a few hours before the reservation on April 25th at 11:51pm. We confirmed the reservation prior to my flight to Vegas from LA. Although there are other restaurants I could try or even try walking in and wait if I am desperate for this restaurant, the way the restaurant handled the reservation is not acceptable. Be aware of this situation and hope the restaurant could do a better job communicating. read more

Terrible management having a reservation system on yelp then once you get to the restaurant they said they're not honoring the reservation because yelp turned on the reservations without them knowing? How does that even make sense. They wouldnt even accommodate it in any way and instead making us wait. They could have called us or let us know instead of telling us when we got to the restaurant. read more

Amazing experience from the quality of the meat to the atmosphere The premium beef had beautiful marbling and was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. Love the experience here. The new ownership completely remodeled the venue and the menu. Very nice ambience, loved the lighting and feature walls. Great service, very attentive. Proactively offering to switch out the grill when other places you have to hunt down someone before they do so. The meats, the marinade and flavors taste so amazing. The dipping sauces were all unique and complementary. The Bonchon is fresh and flavorful. We ordered all of the options available for sushi rolls and my God so fresh, tasty and perfectly sized portions. Really enjoyed all of the food and our server was so sweet. read more

I've always loved Grill Nine's original location, but it was just too far to visit often, so I was very excited when their second spot opened near my place! The meat quality is top-tier. The variety of the menu is insane. And the fact that it's all-you-can-eat with no limits makes it even better. What really surprised me though, cold noodles are included, which is rare for AYCE spots in Vegas. Honestly, this might be the best Korean BBQ menu lineup I've seen in Vegas so far. this place was actually SO good they serve both kbbq and sushi which is already a win, but the quality?? insane. the meat for kbbq was REALLY good and flavorful. the sushi was soooo good too. the fish literally melts in your mouth, you can tell it's fresh and high quality. service was great too, everyone was really nice and attentive, and we had no issues at all with reservations or getting seated. everything just went super smooth. def coming back!! read more

As a huge fan of Grillnine's original location, visiting their brand new second location in Henderson was an absolute must for me. I had high expectations walking in, and I'm happy to report they did not disappoint. The menu is identical to the first location, which is exactly what loyal fans want -- no surprises, just the same quality and selection that made the original so beloved. And the food? Just as incredible as ever. The naengmyeon (cold noodles) is my personal favorite, and it continues to be unmatched -- the broth is perfectly balanced, the noodles have just the right texture, and every bite reminds me why I keep coming back. The meat quality is equally impressive, and I'd confidently say Grillnine serves some of the best Korean BBQ in all of Las Vegas. The new Henderson spot carries the same warm atmosphere and attentive service that made the first location a staple in the community. It's clear that the team put real care into making sure the experience translates seamlessly to the new space. To top it all off, I heard they're running a big promotion this coming weekend -- which honestly just gave me another reason to return sooner than expected. If you've never been to Grillnine, this is your sign. And if you're already a fan like me, the Henderson location is absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommended. 10/10 -- no hesitation. read more

I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. Service did take a bit longer at times, and it took a while for someone to check back on us, but that's understandable given the crowd. The place isn't very big, so there was a bit of a wait. Food-wise, it was great for the price, especially with the BOGO since we were able to try the highest tier. They offer a wide variety of beef cuts, though nothing really stood out as "special" flavor-wise. Not sure if I'd pay full price next time, but definitely worth it during promos.
