There was several things people should think about when purchasing here. 1. The customer service here is disgusting. 2. Check your signed agreements because I put $4000 down with an aditional 1500 over a 3 month period totaling 5500, when I checked my agreement after I paid the car off, thats not what was listed for my down payment. That money wasnt reflecting the agreement at all. 3. If you do not have full coverage they wont accept your payments, they will repo the car and hold it for a small amount of time, if you cant get full coverage they will take the car. They wont even let you pay the balance down so it doesnt get to high. Then they will report it as late even though your trying to pay it. read more

My daughter thought she bought a car from here when she left the lot but of course they couldn't finance her. This place is a scam because Sam told her if she paid down payment that day and add her insurance she can pick up car next day. The next day the finance company kept calling her, being very rude and asking for several other things we had already turned in. She told them the car was also having issues the next day and wanted a refund but of course they took 750 of her down payment. I tried to speak to same about him saying she could get a refund but he lied and denied everything to take her money........ run run run run this place is a scam and they will take your money and the next day say they can't finance you once you leave with car to take that 750. I recently needed to buy a car, but it was becoming difficult due to problems with my credit score. Two different dealerships told me to come on down and they would get me approved. Suffice to say, they both wasted my time. My experience with Mohamed, Sean and Jimmy the General Manager at Hawthorne Auto Square was much different. When I arrived Hawthorne, I was out the door in a quality Van, with a payment that I could afford in less than 1 hour. I should have looked at the reviews before bringing my daughter to this place. So my daughter got a car I had to co-sign for her. She's young, so mom was helping her out. The car did have issues. It was making a humming noise, 2 days after purchasing the car wouldn't start up. The battery was bad. But that's not all. I've never in my life heard of a fiance company refusing to take your car note if you don't have full auto insurance coverage. I say that to say this, my daughter had points on her license, and for her to get insurance, it was really expensive. The insurance company called the dealership, letting them know that after 60 days, she'd be eligible for the full coverage. They wanted to make sure her driving habits were better. She would have had full coverage on the car on February 29th of this year. She kept trying to pay her car note. They still wouldn't accept the money. I came home from work one morning, and the car was in the driveway way. So I parked on the street. My husband came home asking if our daughter was home. I said yes. He said her car isn't out there. Come to find out, they snuck in the yard and took her car. Then she couldn't really speak to anyone we were given the run around. You have to call the day you want to pick up the items that were in your car. Then they wanted her to pay the payment she'd been trying to pay, plus the next month and the month after. So a total of 3 months they wanted. Including towing and fees. And she said until the end of February to get the car our or they would either auction it off or put it back on the lot for re-sale. That's what they do. Get these wedding people coming and going. I hope this helps someone out there. read more

I went to this "dealer" if you want to call it that and it was a horrible experience needless to say! I was not out looking for a vehicle, my nephew and his fiancé were conned into purchasing a lemon car. I say this because, their car broke down while they were on the 5 South near Palmdale after ONLY 12 DAYS OF PURCHASE!!! The location of the car completely stopping, especially around this area is extremely crucial! They could have been killed. According to my nephew's story, the car started feeling a little weird. The whole car began to shake and to drastically decrease its speed until it came to a halter stop! They live in LA and the towing was another issue. The cost was ranging from $2000 to $1000. He ended up paying $1000 after asking for discounts and such. He was in dire need because the location of their vehicle was dark, on a hill and very congested, especially by semi-trucks. Car was towed. Today, my nephew, his fiancé, my sister and I went to the dealer to advocate for them and to represent them. When I spoke to Sean and mentioned the Lemon Car Law, he went ballistic. I demanded that they get their money back and that they were refunded for their towing money. This man's eyes were bulging out and his hands trembled of how loud and rude he was being. I stood my ground and demanded. After some time he got out of his seat, said, " I'm not dealing with this shit!" And literally walked out of his office. In the end, they got their money, no refund or apology after many hours of wait ans of being evaded and ignored!!!! Moral of the story, there are people who are pathological liars (con artists) and that seem to have no heart when it pertains to taking advantage of those who seem vulnerable. Demonstrating no remorse of taking ownership of their wrongdoing. I would NEVER go to this dealer. I could NEVER EVER recommend it to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! read more

Do not buy from these guys! Whenever I buy a car always get inspected by the actual dealership. The following day I took it to Infiniti dealership at Rancho Cucamonga pay $250 and they share me all of the concerns in terms of what was wrong with the car and the total amount was about $16,000 the most important thing was did TwinTurbo jets on the car and they said that they didn't work and they were malfunctioning and they needed service immediately. My car was smoking a little bit day one throughout the day throughout the whole time I was driving it when I took it back to them on the second day they claimed they fixed everything but never did. I tried to return the car but they did not allow me to return the car within the seven day. I brought it back they kept it for three more days the only thing they changed was the water pump on my car. I put $5000 down and my car note was $600 a month they never reported my monthly payments to any of my credit bureaus in a year and a half later as of yesterday I'm stuck without a car. My engine is done and my car does not work and in order to get everything repair, can you tell me will be around $10,000. read more

This place is a SCAM. The customer services was terrible, the salesman was not welcoming and didn't make me feel comfortable being there. They have signs posted all over the place with "5 star yelp reviews" come to find out they have 2 stars on this app. False advertising. The commercials say anyone gets approved yes that's is true he said it's set up so everyone gets approved, I drove 2 hours because I got approved. When I got there he said if you want to be on the "6 months to build your downpayment you have to pay $1,500 that day" THATS A DOWNPAYMENT ON A CAR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Left the dealership and couldn't even pump gas in my car cuz I couldn't open the gas tank cover and had to pry it open so I wouldn't be stranded with the quarter of gas they gave me. Sam and Marcel sold me the car and when I bought it the tire pressure light was on and they said they fixed the problem but the light is back on again and they still haven't fixed it. They're liars and scammers. The time I spent here already 2 other people came in complaining about the check engine light being on and they've only had the car for a week or 2. I keep being told my car is almost done and I've been here since 8 am and now I'm being told it won't be done till 4 pm.
