Please read every version of the dealer's offer they put in front of you. I had no idea the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty they added would cost $4355.00 and NEVER would have agreed to it. They also added some Recovr service for $1239 and I don't even know what it is. I had equally smooth sailing with John T who spent about 5 hours, along with Garnett, patiently going over the details and even driving my old car back to my house. There was no pressure at all and I was actually the one who called back John to make the final appointment to buy the car.
