Small, quaint joint..cant wait tontry the food

We went here as first timers. We were waiting to be seated and observing. We were to turned off by the behavior of the server who was the old lady with dark hair. The table close to us had some issues with their order, she put on a fake smile and rolled her eyes as she walked away. The guests then had to go fetch their own pancakes and was clearly irritated. We then witnessed the same sever making snarky remarks to the hostess as she was trying to seat guests. Witnessing such horrible customer service and open behavior was enough for me to walk away, but couple that with the food was taking forever to come out, thus we were waiting and waiting to be seated. We finally gave up and left and went to our regular spot, Uncle Eddie's in South Park.

We have been here a few times and each time it has been great. The staff have always been friendly, there are no kids allowed, and the food is excellent. If you like biscuits and gravy, I highly recommend trying them here. I usually gauge a place by that and it meets the mark for sure. I have also done the shrimp and grits, love it. Overall, you can't really go wrong with the food here. Portions are as you would hope. Oh, and they have great drinks and cocktails, and of course bloody Mary's if you are into that kind of thing.

Hudson, on the corner of S Hudson and E Marginal Way

A great bar / breakfast spot, located near Boeing Field on E Marginal Way ... It's got a friendly dive-bar atmosphere, and a great breakfast. I had a fairly standard breakfast - a Federal Scramble. It was chock-full of veggies (mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach), topped with parmesan, with hash browns and a pot of Earl Grey. Delightful. I'll be going back!

Great brunch here! Super cute local vibe with tasty diner type food. Our waitress was very friendly and food came out fast! She made sure our coffee was always full too.

We showed up right as they opened after we landed at SeaTac. We were the second party there, but the restaurant filled pretty quickly for a Monday morning. The restaurant is on the smaller size so service was pretty quick. We got the chicken fried steak and the brisket omelet to split. My husband wasn't a fan of the spicy hash browns (he's just not a fan of spicy food in general), but I thought they were a tasty addition to what is usually my least favorite part of any breakfast dish. The chicken fried steak was tenderized so well it fell apart in your mouth. The brisket omelet was juicy and very flavorful! Everything was delicious and was the perfect start to our day.

The spot was nice, with a cool horse shaped bar. The customer service was good. I came here with my friend for lunch. I ordered the tuna melt, and my friend got the muffin breakfast sandwich. Her muffin sandwich was ok. The tuna melt and French fries were really really good. The only concern about the place is the street parking situation. I would come back again for their breakfast. The pancakes looked great when it walked by

If you haven't visited Hudson, you're missing out. I just finished stuffing inhaling their version of a turkey club and it's so good. I love how they cook their fries and they make their own tartar sauce. I also love their one of a kind breakfast margarita to top things off. Ridiculously good food and amazing customer service.

I went here in a party of 5 to a full house and a somewhat packed and growing waitlist at 10am on a Sunday. Parking is very rough around the area; you'd be parking on the side of the street on rocks a little far out or using their very tiny and missable parking lot. As for the menu, they have many traditional breakfast foods with some twists. Our server was very attentive to everyone in my party and got more than enough water and coffee for us to enjoy. I got the brisket omelet, which had braised beef rolled up into an egg along with some cheese, and came with a side of toast and hash browns. The beef was definitely a weird part to the dish; I thought it tasted a little sweet when I had it, but that was probably the sour cream and onion. The many tastes worked out though, and I found myself enjoying every part of the dish and finishing everything. Hash browns came apart very easily and were piping hot compared to the rest of the dish. This place is for those 21+ only, so they do check your IDs before you dine in. As their website says, they are definitely worth the wait!

Hudson is located right on a major street heading down to Seattle. We stopped by for brunch today and it was delicious. The 6 of us all ordered something different and we were happy with our orders. Our server was really friendly and nice. She checked up on us frequently. All of our food came out at the same time!! One of my pet peeves is when it comes out at different times. Prices were reasonable, service was great and food was delicious. Would definitely return if I am in the area again!

This place gets big bonus points from me for having awesome salads and being open on Mondays! I do love a good breakfast, but given it's a Monday and I want to start the week off right, I was on the hunt for a cobb salad. The chicken was a little dry for my taste, but I was able to overlook that because I loved how the salad was evenly tossed with ranch dressing. My co-worker loved her steak salad and gave her approval for a return visit. Service was friendly and prompt.

We really enjoyed our meal here!! We arrived on a chilly, chilly Sunday after a 5k race. We came right at opening, and people were outside waiting. Boy, did it fill up fast, so I think it really speaks to the hotness of it all! We started with a round of breakfast Margaritas, which was delicious and went down too quick. I ate on the lighter side, so ordered the Early Bird breakfast sandwich. Hubs ate the usual, chicken fried steak, which was served with shredded hashbrowns, eggs & toast. Our table also tried the Shrimp & Cheesy grits, which was a good portion, and a Huevos Rancheros. Staff was super quick & friendly! I didn't realize it was a 21+ restaurant, but that works for us! We'll definitely be back!

Brisket Omelet

I don't think I've ever had breakfast at a bar (and literally at the bar) until this morning. Cool concept of it being a breakfast and lunch only bar. We sat right at the head of the wrap around bar for the full experience of course. Friendly servers. My friend liked the seasonal cranberry Moscow mule. The presentation of the food was great, the toast even looked flawless. The brisket omelette was good, if you get it make sure you're really in the mood for brisket because there is A LOT under those crispy onions.

It was sweet to see so many regulars, which gave the space a great community feel. The food was very good overall. We started with the whipped feta and bread, along with their famous salads, which lived up to the hype. My only small gripe was the olives; I wish they had been pitted, as it's a bit awkward to be spitting out pits during a romantic anniversary dinner! The standout of the night was the mid-sized dish of pork belly and lentils. It was wonderfully balanced and so delicious I wish I could replicate the recipe at home. For our mains, we had the fish and the lamb. I would happily order the fish again, though the lamb wasn't quite my cup of tea (though still well-prepared). We finished with the poached rhubarb and strawberry chamomile panna cotta, which was a lovely end to the meal. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. We hope to head back again soon, though next time I'd love to try snagging a seat inside!

We dined here on a Friday evening so an à la carte menu, and it was a disappointingly small menu with three entree options. I didn't want the duck or the lamb, so opted for the halibut. While the food came out quickly, I found it very dry and bland. I ate about a quarter of the fish and took the rest home and gave it to the dog. However, the halibut was so bad, even the dog refused to eat it.

Located on the upper floor of Pike's Place, this cute bar has a good amount of seating with both table and bar top options. We went on a Saturday night at around 9 PM and it wasn't too crowded -- we were quickly seated at the bar top for a party of two. When you walk in you'll notice that they have a more rustic, dark ambiance that still provides a more casual feel. We were immediately greeted by our host and were seated right away! We were having a late dinner so we ended up getting the Tater Tots with all the toppings, beef tartare, and a side of their coleslaw. For the two of us, that was more than enough! Their portion sizes were very generous and filling. The tater tots were amazing, with the perfect amount of crisp, sauce, and toppings! The beef tartare was also so delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and the yolk beautifully ran through the meat. For drinks, we ended up getting two cocktails as well as as a whiskey flight. For the cocktails we ordered the Turn the Page and Angel's Wings. Both drinks were absolutely amazing! It was the perfect balance of tasting the spirit with its complementary fruity notes. Our bartender also curated a flight for us based on our budget, preferences, and curiosities because we were interested in learning more about the different whiskeys and it was such an amazing experience! I learned so much about whiskeys and tried new ones that I never would've considered trying otherwise! Overall, this was such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend checking our Radiator Whiskey if you're in the Seattle area!
