Place was clean , but it isn't IHOP we are use too.. They didn't have the variety of Pancake Syrup. They didn't have the Coffee Container on the table. My family and I had a terrible experience today. We were waiting for more than 40 minutes just to grab a table. & a family from a larger group came after us. & AGNE the cashier/server gave them the table first. AGNE began to discuss with us. I brought my wife and 2 children for lunch. The waitress sat us down and threw the menus on the table without saying a word. We waited for 30 minutes without being offered any drinks. We heard the waitress shouting to other customers and never came to take our order. We were either forgotten or just ignored so we made the decision to get up and take our business elsewhere. The food is good and the place is clean but if you go early (between 7am - 8am) on weekends, which you think they'll they be more attentive cause its when more ppl come to get brrakfast; service is not the best. You ask for coffee refill, make sure you ask before your cup is half empty, same if you ask for creamer, sugar, or napkins. Seems like the waiters (mostly guys) are either tired or in a bad mood, I had to ask the guy that cleans the table for some napkins. Bad service from a dirty blond waiter. Rude as fuck, we ordered coffee and our breakfast. Saw him taking the order of other customers who got there after us, saw him bringing their drinks and 30 minutes go by and we are waiting for our coffee which I saw him refill other peoples cups of coffee. I asked him "where's our coffee?" He said "I will bring it" goes and just stand by the register for 5 minutes and so my family and I did what anyone would do, we stood up and walked away. read more

Horrible experience. Seems like these guys don't care about their customers or keeping business. Restaurant was basically empty. I asked for a booth. She said they seat customers in order and I have to sit at a regular table. I said I'll wait but I'll leave it you're gonna only allow me to sit at a regular table and not a booth and she said OK that's fine, She put the menus down and started to walk away. We can here on a Monday night with my family of 11. We were greeted by Roxanne. She was the only one working the register and as a server. The place was BUSY! But she handled it very well. She was very apologetic, she was extremely friendly, and so professional. I felt so bad for her because she was truly working so hard. A bit later a young lady by the name of Ariana came in to help her out. These two girls Absoloutely KILLED IT. Shout out to these two girls, mostly Roxanne. Well... Took me about 5 minutes to find someone to add my name on the wait list. I believe the 3rd person finally added my name but asked me to give her a minute. She opened the door and came right back in crossing out of the list who ever jose is. Lol. (I didnt hear her call any name btw) . I was told a 20 minute wait cool... we waited... 20 minutes later I go in to see if im almost going to be seated just to find jose arguing with the girl bc he was standing right in front but since she didn't say his name he didn't know she was looking for him. God bless her heart she was super nice. she took my order and my country fried steak came curled with hardly and sauce. This thing was so overcooked it had curled LOL I FLIPPED IT OVER AND IT BROKE IN 2 AND WAS BURNT AT THE BOTTOM. Pancakes were harder than burnt waffles and my over easy eggs were raw. If u can give this place 0 stars I would place is nice and clean how ever after your seated they will take about an hour to ask you what you want to drink. I asked the waitress what was going on they all ignored us they also switched us seats so someone else can notice us still nothing. After I had to tell the manager and they were still taking long. Long wait to even be acknowledged, then only brought part of order and then never came back to check for about 10 mins, so half got cold, then brought the missing part of order which was cold and had to wait again for order. Also found a bone in the chicken omelette and a slab of beef. No one seemed to care either. Just waited to pay the full bill for about 1/3 of the food that we could actually eat. read more

The worst experience ever. I always loved IHOP and hadn't been there for quite long time and decided to take my family a couple of weeks ago for breakfast, thinking that it's a newly opened place and the food mast be as great as always, but I was dead wrong. I ordered the simplest breakfast 2 over easy eggs 2 sausages and hash brown potatoes, the food came out stone called it looked like that plate was sitting on the counter top somewhere in the kitchen for a day or so, the egg yolks were so hard like they'd been boiled separately. And overall the food of rest of my family members tasted like they had been cooked couple of days ago. I'm not even talking about the check that I was handed afterwards, nowadays it's expensive everywhere. Anyhow, but the place was new nice and clean, that much I can say. read more

I guess I'm just writing this out of frustration. The previous bad reviews, especially about the terrible service say it all. Plus, it's obvious that neither the management of this location nor the corporation itself read or care what anyone says as no one responds and it's apparent that the service hasn't improved despite all the published complaints. I'm guessing they make enough money no matter how flawed they are that they don't have to concern themselves with being a decent restaurant. My experience: I placed an online order that had me inform them when I was leaving, on my way and when I got there. Apparently they only ask for this information because they're nosey. All it does is call attention to their bad service. I indicated I was on my way. The app said "ready at 8:52 a.m". I get there (just before 9:00 am) and tap the "I'm here" option. The response- "your order is coming out to you." I go inside to a cluster of people picking up, go to counter to give my name, but manager doesn't take it, just says, they're all on their way out. So someone comes out of the kitchen about 10 minutes later with 4 take out bags which did not include mine. About half the cluster of other people waiting when I got there are still waiting. So I go up and said my order was supposed to be ready about 20 minutes ago, so he takes my name, comes out and says it's coming. A few minutes later, one bag comes out that isn't mine. At around 9:25 am, over an hour after I ordered, over 30 minutes after they said it would be ready, and 25 minutes after the app said the food is coming out, my order came out, cold (except the spoonful of sour cream for which they charged me an extra $1.69 - that was unpleasantly warm and partially dissolved into a cloudy puddle) with a cluster of other orders. It was almost accurate. I ordered a side of crispy hash browns and got instead cold soggy hash browns that were clearly never crispy. I couldn't imagine how much time it would take them to fix it, and they already made me late for work, so I left with what I got. read more

Took 10 minutes for your drinks and 50 minutes for our food. Talked to manager. He was useless. Then when we finally got our food the waitress kept coming back bothering us while we were eating! I always liked IHOP but this location was the wait times were very long and the pancakes and eggs were over cooked

took them almost 30 mins for our breakfast order. we also ordered 2 "take outs" of "grilled tilapia" with side orders. because we trusted them, we didn't check them out. when we got into our respective houses, they gave us pancakes, corn, a piece of bread, white eggs and bits of pork. we didn't bother to return them coz of the mileage, gas and waste of time. hope IHOP does better next time read more

Came here for a breakfast with my kids. Had the worst experience. Waited for 1 hour to get our food, then kids asked to use the bathroom, so I asked my waitress where the bathroom is and she gave us the code to enter, very pleasant girl. After 8 min in the bathroom with kids came back and our food (with full plates) was taken away, only my coffee and finished cups of lemonades were on the table left for us. When asked where the food was , waitress replied it was taken away by mistake and if you want we can make the order again. We simply didn't have another hour to wait for an order again and have left this place half full and paid full price without any discounts or an apology. *** PLease Read*** IMPORTANT ***************. If I can give less than 1 star I definitely will. It took us long time to be seated when there was not even alot of customers. Two workers chatting. Most important, WILL NOT ever in my life go there again. While waiting for the food, I took my 4 year old daughter to the restroom, as soon as we walked back to our table, floors were deep wet, as if they found the perfect time to clean the restaurant while customers seating eating. My kid slipped and fell on her head. She was crying and scared and kept saying my head hurts. Not one person, not one worker, supervisor or manager, not one person approached and asked how she was. 20 min later, waiter approached and said she didn't know the kid fell. Then she brought ice cream for my daughter to make her feel better. Let me remind you, she didn't even mention the ice cream was from other customers sitting in the corner. She made sure I knew it was from the store. As we were about to walk out, customer approached to me and said ice cream was from her for my little girl and that she felt bad and was upset how no one approached. Very DISAPPOINTED. Thumbs down for IHOP well what to expect from them , it's just to plain now & expensive for what ?? Plus this weekend I went with my family and it took forever for our server to get our order but rushed in a way and aswell to receive our order (food) so I don't get the rush to order cut off , we felt neglected not even a refill for coffee which I ordered regular & my guest ordered decaf so which one is which when i approached him to find out he was rude about it but ok put a paper under mat for decaf like it should be ?? We got our order from another server & I had to tell her we need etc etc & refills she looked kind of bothered yes it wasn't her responsibility so i told her the server has been mia. So I guess she mentioned it to him and all of a sudden after that checking up on us is everything ok constantly ? I'm like ya after what how many minutes since we got here & all of a sudden asking us if we are ok we need something ? I was now bothered plus him sweating his head , forhead I'm like yuck ya no but my child was hungry & my other guest & it was taking several minutes while the server was up & down doing what not ,, I understand busy in the weekends & frustrating it could get but I guess it's not a job for him .. the guest next to us you could tell they were bothered too their food came out late too & dissatisfaction food it was aswell cold & no flavor.
