Horrible service, the waitress that took our order was unprofessional, our food took over an hour to get to our table and that was because we brought it up to her attention. After acknowledging our concern, she then proceeded and realized she did not place our order, and blamed the kitchen workers, by saying "I don't know what they are doing back there, I'm glad I'm not there". After that it still took another 30 minutes on top of the hour we already waited. The worker seem like she was clueless and on top of that, she and another worker were talking loudly using curse words, about either another worker or a client. The worse thing is that the manager help her bring our food and didn't offer a discount for her bad service, she would not go to the table if not called, even worse they charged our bank twice. I love IHOP, but I won't be coming back to this location. Please check your accounts because either they are not well trained or the workers are doing fraud. This scary, IHOP in North Hollywood get it together, what a disappointment this was. I'm not one to leave comments but I'm very upset for this. Adding to my comments, the ladies bathroom didn't have any soap at all, I wonder if the workers even care to wash their hands. My recent experience at your establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would rate the service as zero stars if I could. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a rude and unprofessional staff. The waitstaff seemed completely disinterested in serving me, and it took an unacceptably long time for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. When I finally was given my order, it was wrong, and it took another long wait to get it corrected. To make matters worse, the food was cold, stale, and unappetizing. I could barely force myself to eat it, and it ruined my entire meal. The overall experience was a complete disaster, and I left feeling unsatisfied and angry. It's clear that the management at this IHOP has failed to train their staff properly, resulting in a complete breakdown of service. The lack of professionalism, rudeness, and indifference displayed by the waitstaff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve the quality of service at this IHOP. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning myself. read more

I have gone three times since this location opened. The first two times the service was very slow and everyone seemed to be confused about who was doing what. I chalked it up to them just opening and decided to wait awhile and try again. I went today and there was no improvement. This time, I decided to time things because it was starting out the way the other two visits had started and, frankly, I had nothing else to do. Here are the results: It took 11 minutes before someone came to my table and they only came because I waved him down and asked him if he was my server. He told me no, but he would take my order. I waited another 9 minutes before my drink was delivered. Thirteen minutes later, my breakfast was delivered but I had no napkin or utensils. I also had no syrup. One server came back with a small container of strawberries (?). Then another server came back with napkin, utensils, and syrup. So, after 33 minutes I had my breakfast...but it was totally disappointing. I had asked for crispy bacon but the bacon was limp and cold. I had asked for one egg over medium but the egg white was runny and uncooked. I ate part of one pancake and decided to call it quits. I will not be going back. read more

I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank the IHOP team and the Store Manager, Fritz, for delivering two amazing and complex orders on two separate days. Both times, the experience was flawless. Despite being large orders, they were able to provide an incredibly tasty and fresh breakfast on both occasions. The food included all the classics--eggs, bacon, and potatoes--and they expertly accommodated special requests, including making delicious gluten-free pancakes! Everything, right down to the syrup, butter, and fresh strawberries, was perfect. The best part is that both large orders were made fresh, packed beautifully, and delivered right on time.
