We come here often for dinner time because we love the kids eat free deal after 4pm. We want to give 2 thumbs up to Abraham. He is always friendly and polite. Whenever we walk in he greets us and always has a positive attitude. He provides great service and is quick. The majority of the hostesses and servers are good too and thats why we keep coming back. Abraham and Jason gave us the most outstanding service ever! The food was great but the service was outstanding. They made sure our drinks were filled and that we were satisfied with our food. Whoever is cooking here needs to be fired. First of all, it took ~10min after I was seated to see the face of my waitress. Okay whatever, I was hungry and really craving some delicious breakfast food. I ordered a breakfast crepe combo with omlete style eggs. I asked the waiter if they had GREEN ONIONS and she said they will put them in. Great! Five minutes later I'm greeted with an omlete that is smothered in GREEN BELL PEPPERS (which I despise btw). When the waitress was confronted about it she proceeded to tell me that they ran out of green onions the chef just threw them in there. What the actual f***?????????? "Oh they're green too so they won't notice". Give me a break! If you love burnt old hash browns and very renegade chefs then you'll fall in love with this wonderful trash Ihop! Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I had purchased three meals online for my family and I, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Once I arrived home, we discovered that half of our food we had purchased was missing. In addition to this, the food we DID receive was cold. Disappointed, I decided to call and see if I could get the food that they had forgotten. The general manager on duty, Carlos, was EXTREMELY rude. He told me I was wrong and that all of my food was there, even though I was clearly looking at all of the missing food. He was very dismissive and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. Horrible service, and it's sad that they won't even try to make things right for their customers. Never coming back, highly DONT recommend. read more

I come to this location with my family on a regular basis. The crowd speaks to the good service and quality of food. The breakfast is above average relative to other similarly priced chains of this sort; and they have great specials that change frequently. The friendly service and being recognized by some of the staff is what sets this place above the rest. They are always very welcoming and kind to my young daughter. The staff is exceptionally friendly even during the busiest of hours. For the reasons above, I will continue to frequent this establishment. read more

The restaurant does have nice food but I had gone in and had asked for 2 plastic forks from an elder lady didn't see the name tag but had glasses , grey, white and blonde hair had told me that she couldn't give me any? and was questioned if I ordered there profusely, just for 2 plastic forks. Awful service! Put my name down to be seated and the lady would come out calling names, not very loud at all...I checked numourous times to see if my name was called and nope hadn't been. I was seated in my car with the AC on since it was hot and then after some time of not noticing anyone coming out, I went in to find out if I was called and apparently I was. I asked the front lady and they stated I was called and that there is nothing they could do but put me at the end of the waiting list. I explained how it's hard to hear someone when they call a name once or twice and they proceeded to say thats all we could do, put you at the end of the list. I spoke with the manager Ann, she accused us of leaving and coming back which is very rude to assume. She was not able to do anything but put us at the end of the list. At this point, I won't eat here, I don't want my food spit in and this an awful system. They should take the phone number and text like plenty of other restaurants do. Awful! read more

Ok I ordered this food today around noon, my friend ordered a sierra mist and we got this delivered thru postmates. This drink is disgusting! It was 2 colors, and as the ice melted this white stuff started to show on the drink. I called for the manager who wasn't available at the time, and the person I talked to said it could have been the driver. I can't believe they would blame someone else for their dirty soda cups and drinks. So unprofessional and unbelievably disgusting!! Never ordering from them again! read more

What a WONDERFUL way to start a weekend!!!! My parents & I have been coming to this establishment for over 20 years but this past visit was the most special :) My Dad had a heartattack in January & this was the FIRST time he's been back. Mari was her usual AMAZING self & greeted us with , "Where have you been...we've missed you!!!" That in & of itself put a smile on my Dad's face & made my Mom feel right at home. We celebrated our IHOP homecoming BIG!!!! Steak & eggs, country scrambled & of course BLUEBERRY pancakes... OUR FAVE!!!! The chefs prepare them with the blueberries in the batter & a blueberry jam on top... TO DIE FOR!!! My Dad was on a bland diet for 6 months. These were the first IHOP pancakes he had in 9 months. I really enjoy IHOP. The dish I always love to order is the split decision breakfast because it gives you little bit of everything. Instead of the french toast and pancakes I replace them both with crepes. I hope has such delicious crepes; I enjoy the German and strawberry banana crepes. The prices are moderate not too expensive. I go here quite often with friends and family and i have to say, even on the busiest of days we are seated very quickly. The service is fantastic, and i've never had anything to complain about out of the times i've visited. I've had this one server a few times, who's name i can't remember at this moment, but has longer dreadlock style hair that always greets us with a smile and a very joyful attitude. I must say that if you have been to at least one IHOP 75 percent of the time if you get the same quality at all of them, so let's talk about the food, I have not ventured to far from eating breakfast, I love there blueberry pancakes and french toast, if you have a sweet tooth I would recommend the donut pancakes or the stuffed french toast. (Sugar overload). And for the health nuts out there they do have a nice selection of healthy foods under 600 calories.
