The soft serve ice cream comes from grass fed cows raised at Iwase farms in Sunagawa, Hokkaido. They have delicious toppings such as mochi, brown sugar, roasted soy bean powder combo. It's more subtle in flavor than other soft serve I've previously had. My wife and I shared the matcha swirl, she liked the plain, I liked the matcha. Because it's not overly sweet, the flavor of the Hokkaido milk comes through, and it's a good flavor. My older son had the yaki-imo (sweet potato) brulee, we both liked it, but we noted you should like seeet potato (we do), whereas my wife and my younger son are indifferent to yaki-imo. If you would like to try a swirl, there is an additional charge. Is it the same across all three sizes though? That's unclear.
