***USP: fast casual halal burger place. ***AMBIANCE and SERVICE: place has around 10 tables for dining in. Clean and well maintained. One can order using the kiosks which offer customizations to the burgers or take the help of an employee at the counter. ***FOOD: They have mini burgers and regular sized ones. Two of the mini burgers are sufficient for a person like me! Lot of vegetarian options as well. We got the chicken and veggie burgers. The veggies used were fresh, chicken had a nice crispy coating while still being soft and well cooked inside.

I ordered their B'igi Malibu chicken which is their grilled chicken sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomato, and avocado. It also comes with their house ini sauce which I subbed for spicy and I liked it, it's got a good heat to it. The meat itself is so good and you can taste that nice grill char, they use qood quality and fresh ingredients and it's obvious in the taste. The fries I got were the ini loaded fries which is their crinkle cut fries topped with their house iniSauce, grilled onions and nacho cheese. I thought these were so good I just wished that the fries were cooked a little more crispy but they are still good enough that I'd order them again. The service was fast and order was packed really well.

Great service - friendly, helpful and very kind. Good food - fresh ingredients and nice presentation Clean establishment We ordered the Western burger with fries and a fried chicken sandwich. Employee who helped us was so kind and considerate asking if we needed anything when he brought us our meal (he cut our sandwiches in half) and asked how the food was when we finished. Thank you for making our dining experience a very enjoyable experience! That's what dining out should feel like every time :-)

Great burgers here. There is something here for everyone including vegetarian and vegan. I am amazed at all the different offerings here, both in regular and mini sizes (to be fair, the 2 M'inni Burgers filled me up more than a regular burger . . .). I must say that from all that we ordered - 2 M'inni Burgers (I chose the falafel and mushroom cheese), the Americano and the B'igi Burger with Cheese - they were all flavorful. The Mediterranean spice in the falafel, which I was not fully expecting, hit me full on with my saliva glands bursting out. I customized the mushroom burger by adding some avocado - simply delicious! Now, I always judge a burger place first on the basics - a simple hamburger. In truth, many hamburger joints just add stuff to "enhance" the burger, but what they are really doing is masking the dryness of the burger, or at best the blandness of the patty. Being Halal, there is a higher standard for the quality of beef, and it shows. Both the Americano and the B'igi Burger were amazing! The beef flavor (a hamburger patty that has flavor???) was evident in these juicy burgers, even without the extras. And in fact, this is one of only a couple of places where the toppings blended seamlessly with the burger, rather than just being add-ons. Great job here! Of course I can't forget to mention the fries - golden and crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. My wife asked if these were air-fried, as they were not greasy. But, no, these were fried in canola oil just perfectly to give that crisp, satisfying crunch, and the soft potato fluffiness on the inside. If there was one minor fault, the onion rings, delicious as they were, were too hard and too crunchy. I scratched the roof of my mouth on my first bite. I had to peel off the hard crust on my final couple of rings to finish. Now, if they can just make a delicately crispy onion ring, that would make my day! (I would mark off only a half star if I could).

Stopped by for a Bigi cheeseburger with fries. I added a fried egg to my burger. The burger was good. The ini sauce was tasty. Fries didn't seem fresh. The tablet ordering screens created a barrier between the customers and workers and made the experience feel impersonal. I wasn't sure how to get cups for the drinks I paid for but finally found a way to ask someone. The burger was good but having a bit more human connection with the restaurant would have been nice.

I love IniBurger as they have halal and gluten free items and have always had a good experience at the Santa Clara location. I was excited to try this one out as it is closer to home and it was our first time visiting this location as it recently opened up last year. We visited over the weekend and picked up items to go which were packed neatly in a bag. I ordered everything through the screen which was convenient but did take sometime. We ordered a few regular burgers and a few with gluten free buns, wings, some shakes and fries. I asked the cash register employee about which items are gluten free and if they fry their fries separately in their own fryer as some places fry their fried chicken, non gluten free items (onion rings, etc in the same fryer. Fortunately here, they do. Wings were great, all of our shakes were runny and felt "watered down" and they forgot our toppings on top ( syrups), and the non customized burgers were great. The gluten free buns were fluffy and delicious (surprisingly). We then wrote in the notes "gluten free allergy"on the items needing extra care due to dietary restrictions (celiac). When we got home, we didn't think to open the gluten free burgers piece by piece, and when a bite was taken there was the onion ring. Good thing we don't have something that is life threatening but our family member did get sick. Food was good but Im hoping that the owners take dietary restrictions seriously.

Not a burger person but this was good. Normal hamburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, their sauce and ketchup. The fries were a little thick but not bad. Bbq wings were a thick layer of sweet bbq on meaty wings. Over all solid spot. We ordered pick up. Boyfriend said it was busy but we got our food pretty quickly.

Had a nice lunch here today with my husband. This was our first time here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. You had the option of ordering from their self serve kiosk or from an employee. We ordered from their self kiosk. We ordered the Americano burger and the Hawaiian spice burger with a side of onion rings. What I liked about the kiosk was that everything was customizable. You can add or remove toppings to your burger. They delivered our order to us within 5 minutes. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh. The burgers were very delicious. The burgers were seasoned well and all the vegetables were fresh. The ini sauce was really tasty. The Hawaiian spice burger had pineapple and jalapeños which added a nice quick. The onion rings were piping hot, crispy and seasoned perfectly. It came with a side of ranch. There were plenty of seating options inside and a covered patio area for outdoor seating. The inside was clean and tidy. Overall, the food was excellent and the menu had a lot of options. I'd like to try the chicken sandwich next time.

The food tasted so good. My brothers and i got the three minis to try the different ones they had. I got the barbecue burger and it tasted pretty solid. The juiciness was there, along with the flavor of each layer ( onion rings, bbq sauce) and no overpowering flavors, you can taste the meat which can be hard with such strong flavors. Unfortunately my brothers did not feel like they were in an adventurous mood, so they both got the mushroom burger. They said it was tastier than shake shack so that sounds pretty good. I got to try their loaded fries with chicken and jalapeños. It was really cheesy and ok on the spice. I think I wouldn't get that again but i think everyone should give it a try. Also, don't sleep on the onion rings. Those were so crispy and flavorful without the onions falling apart.

Got the kid's meal to try the slider and fries (comes with a drink). The soda fountain features Pepsi products but also has craft root beer and agave cream soda (which I got)! Great burger (and it's halal!) and such crispy fries that are old school crinkle style! Love it! Will come back for sure.

Traditional barbeque/grill like burger. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the cheeseburger and the style of fries they have. I tried my husbands nashville hot chicken burger and was not a fan at all. It was a dry rub style and the rub was very overpowering of strong chili powder, too dry. Inside there is the option to order at a tablet or with someone behind the counter. The burgers are sold a la carte and fries/drinks are separate. There is plenty of seating inside as well as a covered patio. When we went there was a young guy working behind the counter taking orders, delivering them to tables, and wiping down tables when people left. He was doing it all on his own during a light rush while being super friendly and helpful so shout out to him. This time I only tried a cheeseburger but I will likely be back to try their turkey bacon burger. Overall experience it is a little pricey but that's what you pay for halal ingredients and the burger was very yummy and I loved the fries.

I was curious about iniBurger, because of its already high ratings. I was skeptical, but I have to admit, they really earn the high ratings people have given them. The staff were super warm and welcoming, and they were very attentive to our needs. The space was nice, and there was plenty of seating (indoor and out). And of course, the food was really really good. I can't say I have ever found myself wanting halal burgers, but I'm very happy I tried it. Also, you HAVE TO get the spicy garlic fries. They are spectacular. That said, they do actually have a kick to them. Folks that don't handle spice well might not enjoy them, but they are quite good if you can handle a little heat.

I was excited to try ini but was overall disappointed Drove across town to try -the interior looks cheap and well worn for being new -the western BBQ. The onion ring inside was underdone and the onion slipped right out of the batter. The turkey bacon was cold and floppy. (Clearly cooked ahead ) -mushroom burger. Sort of tasteless. The mushrooms had been pre cooked and weee also cold. They were also undercooked and too firm. -sweet potato fries and wings were both undercooked and floppy. Onion rings didn't taste like anything Execution needs works. We want hot food and crispy fries and rings. Need to step up the game if you want to compete with the zillion other choices in the area. read more

I came here with a group of friends. there wasn't anyone inside eating. but it did appear they had a lot of online orders. I ordered the western burger, fries with bacon and cheese and a strawberry milkshake. All the items were very good! The western burger had a really thick patty, probably too thick. My wife's burger (americano) had a thinner patty. not sure what happened there. but she liked her burger too. We enjoyed the meal and are looking forward to coming back again. read more

My boyfriend and I had a very disappointing experience with this place. We ordered takeout and didn't realize until we got home -- about 20 minutes away -- that we were given the completely wrong order. It wasn't even close to what we ordered, and by the time we noticed, the restaurant was already closed, so we had no choice but to throw it away. We went back the next day to explain the situation. The cashier called the owner right in front of us and relayed everything. We were asked what happened to the food and explained that we threw it away. When asked what we were hoping for, we said either a refund or for the order to be remade. What made this experience worse was how it was handled. We were told nothing could be done because we didn't bring the food back -- despite the fact that the restaurant was already closed when we discovered the mistake. The response felt rude and dismissive, with no effort to take responsibility for the error or offer any reasonable solution. Both of us have worked in the customer service industry, and we would never speak to or treat a customer this way, especially when the mistake was clearly on the restaurant's end. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. We won't be returning. read more

One of the dryest burgers I ever ate. I got the jalapeno burger and it was pretty dry and spicy. I thought the flavor wasnt strong enough and I'm unsure if this is how halal burgers are. With so many burger spots in the South Bay, I would recommend anything else than iniburger read more

I love coming here every time I am warmly greeted by Fatima, she is always attentive to all customer needs. Fatima is absolutely the sweetest person ever and cares very much for her customers. The restaurant is always clean and they provide the best burgers I've had in the Bay Area. I always come back due to the consistency and high quality along with exceptional customer service!! My favorite item is the Hawaiian style burger and for some reason it is even better as the mini version which is my go to. Their sauce is unique and they use fresh ingredients which shows in the quality of the food. I come at least once a week and it's a guilt free place as they use halal meat. I don't eat burgers anywhere else. I don't feel safe consuming meat in many restaurants but ini is one place you can trust for delicious guilt free burgers. read more

The price for Nashville burger + fries + drink ~$20b The food itself was good it gets the job done. The burger was indeed spicy , flavorful hard to say. I would give it a 7/10 only because I don't think I would spend $16 on a burger ( again this was just for the burger) With an additional fee for fries and a drink. Personally I am not a fan of overpriced burgers. Overall it was an easy experience to order. And fresh. read more

First time here with 4 high energy kids. Got mini burgers and Bigi burger, fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, chicken tenders. Ini sauce is really good. Amr helped us and was so patient with all our specific requests and all the asks of our kids. He made their milkshakes (freshly made) with whatever toppings they wanted. I absolutely loveee this restaurant!!!! The fact that it's halal makes it 100x better. This location is my favorite out of all the ones in the Bay Area! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by some of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet! Fatima and her family are the soul reason I keep wanting to go back! They have such an undeniably beautiful energy that is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I have been there a total of four times (three days back to back this week) and I'll be going back tomorrow for their grand opening. The food is soooo flavorful and the best I've had! I love getting the Buffalo Ranch Crispy Chicken Fries and an order of wings (the buffalo lemon pepper is my favorite so far and I look forward to trying out the other flavors). If I'm really hungry, I'll get the B'igi Double Decker which hits every single time. When I'm done eating, I don't feel gross or disgusted because they use only the freshest ingredients. You are doing yourself an injustice by not going there. I am so happy for their current success and look forward to all the good things the future holds for them! We ordered takeout for a get together, and had a great experience. Their online ordering is amazing, you can customize every topping, switch and add patties, and when ordering for 5 kids that was amazing to have that be so easy. The food was on the counter when we got there, right when they said it would be with my name in the bags. Everything was great, and every order correct most importantly. The standout was tue western burger swapped with grilled chicken: great bbq sauce and the turkey bacon was delicious. Next time we want burgers we know where to go. read more

Great place with amazing food. I tried their Malibu grilled chicken burger, wings with bbq sauce, and strawberry shake. Burger was really tasty, wings were perfectly cooked with a great flavor, and the shake was exactly what I needed. Plus the owners were super nice and welcoming. Overall, solid spot with great food. Let me preface with I hate Buffalo wild wings and wingstop. This will be our second go to spot. The wings are amazing and reasonable. The fact that they serve more than wings will probably make it our no 1 spot. They have burgers, chicken sando's, and an array of sides. Everything we have had so far is so good. Really enjoyed the burger and level of spice was perfect. Not sure if this makes sense, but this was probably the softest burger that I've tried. My coworker also enjoyed her burger as well. Everything was fresh and the fries were perfect and crispy. The restaurant is clean, available seating inside and out. I'd also like to give compliments to the staff who were really kind and helpful. Ordered mini trio with Western, Swiss and an Hawaiian with onion rings on the side. The western had a Texas style bbq sauce with a very slight kick and a very well fried onion ring (more on this later). The cheddar cheese was really cheesy and you can taste the sharpness that you don't get with American cheese. The swiss had really good swiss cheese and tender mushrooms and the sauce perfectly complements them. Excellent swiss burger. The hawaiian had a nice kick and the pineapple was juicy. One knock: this patty was a bit overdone. Not an issue with the other burgers. Had the onion rings as a side. They use really sweet onions and have the lightest breading. Best onion rings outside of Maui that I've had. I would go back just for these! I've had better burgers but have paid more than 4x (pre pandemic) than what I paid. A solid burger and some of the best at this price point. Next time I'll get their double and compare. read more

My wife is on a continuing quest for the best burger and so we were anxiously awaiting the opening of the new Iniburger on Campbell Avenue. We tried it out last night and were very impressed. She had the mushroom/swiss burger and I had the western burger. The meat/bun ratio was great and the beef was flavorful and both included nice fixings. The fries (sweet potato and crinkle cut) were tasty and hot. There's both indoor and outdoor seating and the place is clean. And a shout out to the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. I've been excited for this opening ever since the sign went up and it delivered! I'd highly recommend the Mushroom Burger, with Onion Rings, with plenty of Spicy Ini Sauce - was just a tremendous meal. I think I had enough with this place. The first time my mushroom burger was very good and the onion rings also good and I thought I don't need to drive far away to grab a burger. I had to wait for half an hour and I mentioned that the last time I got burned onions, (all my orders were to go). The guy said you have to chose the option "light" on the board and I did. When I got home I realized that the onion rings were burned again plus the patty meat was also burned and the crinkle fries uncooked inside and tasteless. They may get five star reviews from teenagers, but the truth is that most of the time the place is empty and the environment is so cold and tasteless that you can make a favor to yourself to take the food(?) home and then you may get disappointed like me, that the quality is zero. First time here at the Campbell location. Stopped by as I was in the area. The one in Santa Clara which is nearer to me has had some pretty mediocre reviews so I was a little hesitant to try but I am glad I did. Had the fried chicken sandwich and it was very good, I particularly like the breading on the bird, not greasy or fatty. Very flavorful! Also tried the regular fries and they were really good as well. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Will be back to try some other items (Fried Chicken, Hamburgers, Onion Rings, etc). Stopped by for an after school snack. Ordered the Grilled Chicken BBQ Fries (with avocado!), kids meal (macaroni bites!), and a milkshake (yum!). The place is clean and spacious with a good amount of outdoor patio seating too. We liked the snacks so much, we decided to takeout dinner too. What's really neat is that u can order almost all their gourmet burgers as a mini burger, too. The little ones with us were delighted by all the gourmet mini burger options (they picked Americano and Mushroom Swiss) and they both ate the whole thing (even the picky eater) and said it was really tasty. Yummy food, reasonable prices, plus good service. The owner is really nice and helpful also. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. read more

The couple immediately threw attitude and the attendant quickly changed course and agreed to provide them sit down service. What the?! You just told us that it wasn't an option and we ordered before the rude couple. As we waited for our order, staff brought the other couple chips and salsa, it felt like we were getting it rubbed in our face. Also, staff never offered us anything. Nada. You see, by then, they'd removed the free water so we couldn't even serve ourselves agua. Anyway, we got home and unpackaged our meal and the guac was missing. Not cool. That really ticked us off. But it gets worse. About two months later and after we'd sorta moved passed the ordeal, we decided to stop by for a meal. I told the person at the counter that I'd ordered guac months back but it never came in our order. I carried the receipt in my wallet and was hoping I wouldn't have to pull it out. Anyway, one person had to talk to another and another and after "running it up the chain", the manager came over and said "even though it's been a few months, I'm gonna go ahead and give it to you". What?! I immediately told him we'd had a bad experience and that the guacamole was just me getting what was already mine. I pulled out the receipt and showed him. No apology. Just whatever. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Wait wait wait, you ain't given me nothing, it's mine. I paid for it. In hindsight, I should've asked for a refund. All someone had to do is say was "Sorry about the mistake", or, maybe offered something small or a little extra, to make up for the bad experience. Most customers don't expect perfection, we expect you to acknowledge the mistake, take accountability and do the right thing and make it up to the customer. Do better El Halal!!

What you see in the photo online is not what you get. The photo actually looks like a salad. Since it was called a salad, I expected there to be more lettuce, than the few pieces on the plate. I mainly was cutting up the cucumber & tomato pieces to go with the falafels. I don't even recall any dressing. There were also some pita slices with what I assumed was hummus. Whatever the dip was, it did not taste good to me at all. So I left all of the pita bread, as well, since it was dry without anything on it. Maybe what I assumed was hummus was a dressing. Hard to know, but it was not tasty. For the $27 I paid at a walk up counter, I would have expected much better food! I have bought frozen falafels at Lunardis (around $7) and made a salad for them at home, and enjoyed it very much, which is why I ordered it. I have purchased Spanakopita at the store many times, (about $5 for around 12 of them at the store) and made them at home, which is why I didn't order that. The falafel salad was not an enjoyable meal for me at Yiassoo's. I'd also seen some reviews from a few years back that said they paid around $10 or $11 for their meal. My friend took one bite, and said she mainly tasted the honey, and would take it home for her husband. It may be very good baklava, but it was not to our tastes. My friend ordered the Gyro salad. It had a large pile of shaved meat, and she seemed to enjoy it. She ordered it To-Go, as she knew she'd be taking some of it home. She seemed to have more lettuce under her pile of meat than my meal got. Maybe because it was in a To-Go box, which might be larger than the plate? Or maybe the person making my salad just wasn't paying attention to how to make a decent meal. I was hoping I was trying a restaurant that I could go back to for something different. Based upon my experience, I would not go back, if I had a choice. I gave it 3 stars, because maybe other dishes, or people looking to just eat meat or falafel balls and not much else would enjoy it. I only have the 1 meal to review, but it does not encourage me to try it again. Overpriced & not a fulfilling meal.

We started out with complimentary glasses of Prosecco and sparkling cider while we waited to be seated. There was a little delay in getting our table, but it wasn't really a problem because we were chatting and enjoying the drinks. Before we entered, they had a floral photo wall where we took a photo together to memorialize the experience. And when we sat at the table, they had placed a lovely Mother's Day card on the table signed by the staff. The decor at Be.Steak.A is modern and feels very upscale. I think the bathrooms say a lot about a restaurant's attention to detail, and the bathrooms at Be.Steak.A were elevated - essential oil infused salt scrub to wash your hands, bidets, etc. The brunch buffet is just as described - hot items and pastries in the kitchen (so cool), a caviar bar outside, a separate station for cold seafood, another station for fruit and charcuterie, and then assorted desserts on the bar. The food was excellent. We started with the caviar -- the options and accouterments were plentiful and delicious. The caviar bar was so fun and felt luxurious. This was one of the highlights of the whole experience for me. For the other seafood, we enjoyed oysters, shrimp, crab legs, and other little seafood dishes, which unfortunately weren't labeled, so we didn't always know what we were eating. My friend had some dietary restrictions she was concerned about, so that was a little frustrating for her. But my favorite bite of the entire day was one of those unmarked seafood dishes- I wish I could tell you what it was -I think it was possibly squid. But it was so fresh and flavorful. Yum! The hot food in the kitchen was a neat experience. They had skewers and prime rib and many other dishes to choose from. I kept coming back to the seafood skewers. We were a little bummed that the beef Wellington was just gone when we entered the kitchen. There was still about another hour and a half of brunch service left so that was a disappointment for us. They also had numerous pasties and this amazing bread pudding that I drizzled a Nutella sauce over and added some strawberries to. This was probably my third favorite bite of the day (after the little seafood dish and the caviar experience). I'd be remiss if I didn't give the truffled deviled eggs from the charcuterie area a shout out. These were so good we kept going back for more. The desserts were good but a number of them were a little dry, I have to say. Surprisingly, my favorite was a little passionfruit tart that had just the right amount of sweetness. I'm usually a chocolate kinda gal but there weren't that many chocolate options, I have to say. A few other things- our server was lovely and gave us a lay of the land to start. She made sure we had any drinks we wanted and plenty of extra silverware. While there just aren't as many touch points with a server at a buffet, the interactions we did have were very positive. And even though I was disappointed that they ran out of the Beef Wellington, I was so impressed with how they kept replenishing and refilling the other dishes right up to the end of the buffet. While we were waiting I asked for a wine list... 5 minutes later I asked again different server finally got the list. No revisit. The food came. Still looking to order wine about 8-10 mins in a different bartender came in and asked, we ended up getting a bottle wine. The food: the hot stone trio, for $230, mediocre cuts of supposedly A5 Japanese wagyu. They were out of the Sanuki and said we'll substitute with an Oregon beef. Just not worth the money. The lobster was ok, the risotto was already cooled off, seemed like it was sitting. So for 2 of us with a $700 plus meal the service was not on par with other similar establishments. Combine that with food that was definitely not worth the $$$$, it is not a return for me. Including hosting business here. The restaurant has interesting decor and is not like most establishments of this nature as it is informal and is not in " the fine linen and white tablecloth " type of vein. No, the restaurant itself ( in a casual, rustic sort of way ) is very cozy and warm. inviting in a semi-formal way where you can relax to enjoy a fine meal and that is exactly what my family had. Our waiter was an affable fellow named Armando who is one of those servers that, as any good waiter does, is truly attentive to your whims and instinctively anticipates what you may want and he was perfect at his job. He served us water and a very food delicious basket of freshly baked bread ( which inadvertently set the tone for the meal to come because it was beyond excellent ) and named off the house specials, which were all mouth-watering at hearing them but it was the rib eye steak that caught my attention and that is what I ordered and also a ginger beer as well ( Fever Tree no doubt about it ). My family also ordered their food and then we waited for what what it seemed was an eternity for our meal to come. After about 40 minutes our meals came and they did not disappoint, from presentation to the flavor, taste and consistency of it all. I honestly don't remember eating my meal because it was done in 5 minutes... yes. it was that good and beyond delicious! I remember the steak was tender, juicy, grilled perfectly, the gravy was hearty and robust. the vegetables were cooked right ( fresh and tangy ) and the mashed potatoes were oh so fluffy and creamy. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal to the fullest and I left no food on my plate. This was a meal that was pretty epic for what it was and I was throughly satisfied. I ordered a tiramisu for dessert to take home and I'm sure it will be as good as the meal I had at the restaurant. Trattoria 360 is a fine establishment that has earned its flowers and you should give them a try if you're looking for delicious Italian food that is a cut above!

(Our container emptied one time, and without asking, we were immediately brought another one.) You scan a barcode at your table on your phone to get the menu & order. For drinks, my daughter had fresh squeezed orange juice, and I had the iced Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was smooth, perfectly sweetened with condensed milk, and not burnt. I would definitely order it again. The holiday decorations were a nice touch, with Mr. and Mrs. Santa, a festive window display, and a photo booth in the waiting area. Shout out to John Huynh of One Snap Photo Booths for the fun setup. We were seated quickly, given an extra chair without any fuss, and they even took our to go order early. "I'm extremely disappointed and appalled by the service I received at this restaurant. Not only did they fail to serve the food with a tray, but it was also clear that they were discriminatory towards certain customers based on their race. As a [person of color], I was treated with disdain and disrespect by the staff, while white customers were given preferential treatment. I recently revisited this place, and I have to say--it's a world of amazing gourmet burgers.
