I went in to this location to order a regular Big Kahuna and regular cheese steak. I drove all the way home only to find that both were the Big Kahuna. I cannot eat jalapeno peppers. I called the store and all they offered was to remake the sandwich. This is not acceptable considering that I had to drive all the way back to pick up the correct sandwich. It is now an hour later than I was originally planning to eat. I am furious at the fact that I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the extra time and effort that I had to put forth to just get my original order. This Jimmy John's hours fluctuate and they basically close when they want. This was my second attempt to get food from this location. Tonight, I walk in, tall Caucasian male says do you have a pick up order and I stated no, I would like to order a sandwich. Literally, tall white Caucasian male walks away to finish breaking down the station. He begins carrying on a conversation with 2 other employees I guess prolonging my wait, until I got tired enough to leave. It worked. I left. The hours said close at 9 pm and it was 7:46. There was a dark haired female with a hat on and another dark haired male with a mop. There was a family still eating and socializing. It was obvious it is not his establishment to authentically care about BUT to the owner: They are running your business away! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over two years now. We have lunch here at least 2-4 times a month. The customer service is outstanding! The workers are always so happy. I love that they get to know their customers. We order the same thing every time 2 #9s! I am writing this 2-Star review for now and solely on interaction with staff. The lady who greets you and starts your order seemed mad/irritated to take your order. No happiness in this lady, not a single drop. The rest of the girls, I say girls cause they look like 20 year olds, they were smiling and tried to make you smile. I ordered a Pastrami Reuben, I will follow up with an adjust review including the sandwich later. Four hours later after I've eaten the Pastrami Reuben and STILL 2 stars. When I think Pastrami, I am think warm if not Hot (not spicy hot), flavorful and juicy, this sandwich lacked in each of these departments. The meat was not nearly enough the fill the length of the bread, it fell short about 1/2 inch on each end which is fine, I opened the sandwich and did spread it out. The sauerkraut was decent but they said it would have thousand island dressing, there was barely any. Not only was the Pastrami lacking in being juicy but the dressing was not enough. The bread was okay, not stale but not exactly fresh but it didn't bother me much. Lets just say that this experience made me think Subway is a better option because of its price alone, being the food seems almost identical. Jersey Mikes is usually a great spot to pick up some sandwiches but this location in particular really misses the mark. Stopped by a few days ago for a quick lunch and I was less than impressed by the service and food. My aunt who is a veterinarian ordered the grilled veggie wrap and was sorely disappointed. Despite the name there was nothing grilled about it, just cold raw veggies and it tasted as awful as it looked. My chicken parm sandwich was dry and the bread seemed stale, definitely wouldn't recommend it. The employees rushed through our orders despite being the only customers in there. Hopefully this was just an off-day for this location. For about $10 a meal you definitely deserve more. I've been to a few other Jersey Mikes so I know that this experience was unique to this location but I was let down none the less. read more

All I can say is YUMMY! Last night was my first visit to Jersey Mike's and I definitely don't regret it. The sandwich maker was hilarious (I'm a sucker for hilarious staff) and gave me some recommendations. He answered all my questions about what options I had, and even gave me his personal recommendation on sandwhich. I was NOT disappointed! They fresh slice the meat, right in front of you- and it's definitely fresh! They have some TVs playing sports, but they're not huge, so I'm not sure it's a great spot to gather and check out the games. Depends on how big into sports you are! I use Jersey Mike's regularly for catering, and have been spending hundreds of dollars each week with these guys. I always make sure to get my reward points. While the catering is always good and on time, the experience at the resturant was a different story. There was an employee arguing with his mother as we arrived, and it seemed to put him in a bad mood. He was short with my wife and me, and gave me attitude when i used my reward points. It really put a sour taste in my mouth. I will continue to use Jersey Mike's, but i will avoid this location, as the staff at the other locations have always been helpful and friendly. read more

Total Bummer! This restaurant use to have great customer service and now it's so bad. The restaurant always use to be clean including the meat cutter and counters. Everything was dirty, their vegetables looked old and the person who helped me didn't put on clean gloves. Went today to pick up dinner for Father's Day because my dad was in the mood for subs. With their current promotion after 5 PM I was able to get 1 "giant" size regular prize, another just $5 so that was a great deal. Ended up ordering a #8 Mike's way (with added pickles) and a #9 Mike's way as well along with one of their Stubborn Root Beer (mmmm!). The subs were amazing, the root beer was refreshing, and the girls working there were absolutely amazing. Been here quite a few times... Have only had their #56, The Big Kahuna, which is a philly cheesesteak with extra cheese, and jalepenos. This is a great sandwich, rivals the sandwich I used to love from Phillidelis before it closed down. Service is fast and polite. Join the Jersey Shore club to get free sandwiches after so many purchased. They also give 10% discount for KVC card holders. My work would by us lunch from here sometimes but I finally came down here the other day. The selection is small but that doesn't bother me since I only like a few things on my sandwich anyway. I like how they slice the meat right in front of you (man, that meat slicer scares me). The vegetable selection is limited to just lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, pickles, banana peppers but that's pretty much the only vegetables that I would put on my sandwich anyway. Decent subs, hit the spot when I was hungry. I like that they slice the meat as you order it, almost makes up for it not being very flavorful. They give you enough, but not a ton. Jersey mikes is my favorite sub shop by far, but today when I went in I was quite disappointed. I was the only customer in the place and with three workers in sight I did not get greeted once. I went down by the meat fridge where you order and still had to wait to be spoken to even though every employee was right there. I was getting my sandwiches to-go so I asked for the juices on the side, trusting the employee listened, I got home and had no oil and vinegar. The lady standing by the cash register was texting on her phone, not one of the people behind me in line got greeted when entering, and the employees were having side conversations the entire time tending to the customers. The counter was a mess with lettuce everywhere, the guy making my sandwich used the mayonnaise spatula to put my avocado on my sandwich, and he still forgot my juices which practically makes the sandwich! read more

This sandwich shop is very close to where I live, so I have been here frequently. It is a very clean store and the people are friendly. I enjoy the cold sandwiches, and have tried about six varieties. The meats are sliced fresh after you order and the veggies are fresh. I think they have two types of breads, wheat and white. The hot sandwiches are OK, but they wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. The foil holds in the heat, and they tend to steam up. This makes the bread soggy. I would like to see the hot ones offered in a foam box so there would be a chance not to steam up. From now on, I will probably stick to cold sammies. The product here is in my opinion better than Subway. But there are no sandwiches here for $3.50. read more

The two young men working seemed more interested in chit chatting about where the live and other personal things rather than focusing on the customers. So I have frequented this Jersey Mike's quite a few times as it is close to my house and I usually always have great customer service. This time was no exception, but I did hit a snag with my order. I normally keep my sandwich pretty tame, but instead this time I opted for a sandwich that had avocado and bacon. Yum right? So I tell them to make it mikes way and I start to run my card, not paying attention to the sandwich being made. As I get it wrapped up, I walk out and head home. As I sit at home, I notice my sandwich is missing a couple key ingredients.. 1. Bacon, and 2. Avocado. Grr. So I call and speak with the girl who originally helped us named Q. Not only did she remember me, but even though I had just tossed my receipt, she vouched for me and said to go back in and grab another sandwich. I went back in and she was making my sandwich and apologized profusely. The reason I gave such a high review is because Q was awesome and they made it right.
