This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. I wanted sandwich and stumbled in JM. With a low expectation, I ordered a sandwich. It was really good. The bread toasty, enough meat and you get to let them know what you want on it. All was great, the only thing I would change is having a better ham.

stale bread, I cant post videos but I took a video as well linked on Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TagY3Eo4PbJz3mCKygFWGKFm

I love my Jersey Mikes! I usually order from the one on 7100 Santa Monica Blvd #153, West Hollywood, CA or from the one in Mid-wilshire: 6361 Wilshire Blvd - What. makes this chain so special is that they have the best and fresh ingredients. However, I ordered from the Beverly Hills location for the first time today. I ordered 3 giant subs and I can say that this is the first time I ever had truly stale bread from a Jersey Mikes. This was not isolated, as the bread was similar for all 3 giant subs. What is particularly disappointing is that the manager and employee denied and equitable solution. An apology would have sufficed, some credit for future order would be have been a wonderful gesture....not I did not receive any of that. I'd say the management needs better training in response to servicing customer complaints and that the staff or ownership should look in to the quality assurance of the food, as noted the bread tasted stale and unlike the bread I gave consumed from the many other franchises I have visited. Here is a link to a video (yelp reviews does not enable video uploads) that shows how hard it is... and it was not toasted. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TagY3Eo4PbJz3mCKygFWGKFmLqz_ZzZs/view?usp=sharing

Extremely dissatisfied today after picking up my mobile order driving home and looking forward to having my lunch to only find out I was either given the wrong sandwich or someone completely screwed this up. either way im out off what i expected to be a great lunch. i might be a little hangry but cant help but feel disappointed

Two JMS visits yesterday. The first was all that. The second, this store, was a bit off. Ordered my usual, #8, Turkey/ham Club, the mondo version. The fillings were on topic, and the crispy bacon too was right on. The bread though was the sad part. Not terrible, but it didn't taste young. Waiting till this a.m. for the second half, at least made the dried edges soft from the liquids seeping. All in all, a good sandwich.

Ok, this place is great, and reasonably priced for being directly in the center of Beverly Hills…read more With that said, I don't think the sandwich I got would be in my top 5 this year. It was VERY close! The bread is excellent and the cheese and meat are clearly selected with INCREDIBLE intention. The only problem is that the bread is huge and has a taste unto itself that is really good! Why a problem? Because the cheese was not sharp enough to penetrate the bread flavor and the meat was not deep enough to do the same. This was a (delicious) bread first sandwich. I like my sandwiches to be ingredient forward-facing. This is a me thing. You may absolutely adore this place. My friends got the tuna and I wish I had got that. So fresh and light. With the price, I didn't feel like asking for a "re-do," but I chose wrong haha I will try this place again and get something with less bread dominance. This is still 9.2/10 sandwich....I just happen to eat 30+ sandwiches at restaurants every year. The pasta? Super good! There were 4 of us so I stole some bites. Definitely try if you aren't use to AUTHENTIC European sandwiches. You're in for a treat.

Well, it's…read morealways been a welcoming, well-managed place with good service and even better food -- and my living a little bit of a ways away shouldn't have kept me from enjoying as much as we did. At about 10:45am, it was busy but not crazy crowded, so we were seated immediately by a happy, friendly teen who may have been a family member or just someone they've taken under their wing. Either way, the youthful greeting helps establish that family feeling that's always relaxing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and sliced sturgeon, which is a serious treat here in Los Angeles, where hardly any place carries sturgeon. The portion was ample, the fish was fresh, moist and tasty, and it made for a very satisfying (and filling) breakfast. It should also be stated that this hard-to-find dish is always somewhat pricey, but at $25, Factor's is practically a bargain, and a full $9 CHEAPER than Art's in Studio City. My wife opted for eggs with baked salmon on the side -- again, fresh and generous, and very tasty. And again, $10 cheaper than at Art's. I mention the prices simply because eating a good deli breakfast has become more of a luxury these days, and finding a place that delivers top-notch food and service with less of a slam to the wallet makes a difference. If you haven't been to Factor's, or haven't been in a while, it's time to discover (or rediscover) a great deli serving great food. I'll be back soon for lunch... in fact, I'm checking my watch to see if it's lunchtime yet.

You have seen them in movies, you seen the YouTube, Facebook and TikTok, I came to LA for a wedding and while going shopping for suits I wanted to treat my family to the best Pastrami (in reputation) in LA. 100 years ago when I was in my 20's I brought a date here. Not alot has changed, and that's a good thing. Ok, let's talk food. Amazing , I had the hot Pastrami sandwich, MAN! TASTED LIKE A SMOKED PASTRAMI, The tast was smoke flavor the bread was nice and soft, the potato salad was creamy and the potato chunks were approximately 1 inch in dimensions. My wife had the Pastrami dip, Pastrami on a roll and a small bowl of aju, with fries perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. I tried the aguando it was fabulous My oldest son. Had The Spicy, he said it had the great mix of heat and flavor, the onion rings rings were made with real onions, crunchy and delicious My other son had the Pastrami Burger, I order these when ever I see it on the menu, I asked how does it compare to the rest, he smiled and said class of its own. My youngest is a college boy so im going to see what my college money paid for. This is his review: The Fresser was a pastrami and corned beef sandwich described to be piled high on rye and they were ABSOLUTELY true to their word! A mountain of perfection, a robust and bold flavor, with a perfect finishing taste of the rye. Everything was beautiful and built to perfection and I absolutely recommend this sandwich if you have the appetite to stomach the behemoth of a sandwich the Fressor was! 10/10 would eat again! My college boy, long story short, we paid 134.90 the service was wonderful Maria was our server and did an excellent job. Well worth the trip, also a celebrity was eating next to us, he was with his family and I did not want to disturb his family time. Come it is all they say it is. Your welcome.

As soon as we walked in, we were met with an unpleasant smell of musty carpet and meat. The dining area is huge, with few other diners seated for dinner. You are offered free pickles to start, which are limp. The menu is huge, and the service is indifferent - we needed a little more time to decide and promptly lost our server. The prices are absurdly high for what you get - over $20 for most sandwiches, and the cup of soup for $8.50 is literally around a teacup size. I got a turkey club, which was extraordinarily dry and the "thick-cut bacon" were mostly thin crisps. If you want to have fries on the side for their "Deli Favorites", they charge extra. (In fact, the steak fries were the best part of the meal). Overall, they serve average food at way above-average prices for what it is. Definitely would not return, the meal had me wishing I had gone to a Subway instead.
