We ate here on 9/04/25. It was steady with customers but the staff handled it well and were very pleasant. Our sandwiches were very good.

I'm a long time loyal customer.. at other locations. This location is just like the reviews. Staff are very unwelcoming. 4 staff glazed over me as I walked in & stood at their order counter waiting. No one said anything to me. Finally a guy asked me "What?" I said regular sub on wheat please. He snapped back "What on Wheat?!" I said #13. Bread was everywhere. Napkins, bags, debris all over. A rag by the bread on the messy counter. I was the only customer at the counter ordering. When I went to sit, all the tables were messy. I had to clean a table for myself. I've been to Jersey Mike handling rushes of sports teams, university customers, & professionals rushing in for subs. This spot needs training. read more

Cashier (manager) didn't change his gloves to make sandwiches after running the register. Had I read other reviews on Yelp for this location I would have seen similar bad hygiene complaints. If they can't use common sense regarding food safety standards then maybe they should find another line of work. I normally won't review a place the first time I visit but I made an exception because I may not get the opportunity to eat here again before we leave. We're here visiting our son who attends NAU. We all wanted a sandwich so we walked over to Jersey Mikes. We almost walked past it though because all of their signage was dark so we thought they were closed. We went in and ordered. There were three people working. Two of them greeted us and they answered all of our questions willingly. All of them were very accommodating with great personalities! The store was clean and grab n go drinks and chips were stocked. Our sandwiches tasted great. The bread and the veggies were fresh. Only negative was I ordered a large drink and there was no iced tea. I don't drink soda or high sugary drinks like lemonade so I was pretty bummed. The Flagstaff location is terrible. The employees hate life. Terrible service and dirty.

1 star for service. 4 for food. Walked in and the dude looked like he hated life. Changed mind on a sandwich, which I know can be annoying, but straight threw the bread and his face was definitely not happy . Kept trying to ask what else we wanted, but there was a shop vac being used so we couldn't hear anything he was saying. Continued to speak in a monotone voice and would get more exasperated with each question. A couple came in, and the chick behind the counter was trying to tell the person how to open the handle cause it sticks, then literally said, "Well she was stupid" Just f***ing rude. Good sub. Order it "Mikes way" for the best taste. If you order one of the specialty sandwiches and it includes mayo, even if you order it "Mike's Way" they will still add the mayo. So you have to specifically tell them "no mayo." read more

Hello, I walked into this store on 7/11 at 10:02AM as they open at 10:00AM. The counter was vacant of employees, but when someone came out of the cooler, she went to a receipt machine and slammed the receipts down on the counter as a I watched her, thinking at BEST I would get a good morning, or even eye contact. No. She continued to ignore me, and I left for FirehouseSubs. Glad to-pay xtra for expedient and pleasant customer service. I rated one star but it should be negative one star. My husband and I went in to eat on Halloween. There was a young lady working that was wearing a jean jacket vest that said "Anti Flag" and had Nazi symbolism on it. I called back the next day and the manager, Hazel, told me the employees were allowed to dress up on Halloween. The manager also seemed to approve of her wearing such a vest. I do not think that is an appropriate Halloween costume to wear while you are working and representing a business. We will not be eating at this location ever again. Although I grew up going down the Jersey Shore, I'd never tried Jersey Mike's until recently and I keep coming back. The subs are great, delivery service has not disappointed, and the staff I've encountered in the Flagstaff store have always been friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I'm a big fan! read more

We were treated to a lunch and the subs were provided so I don't have much to say about service but if their service is half as good as the sub then it's all good! For the best subs in Flagstaff, I think Jersey Mike's is the place to go. The quality of their ingredients far exceeds other chain sub shops. For the most part, every time I've been there, even at the busiest times, they manage to move the line quickly. If I had one complaint, it would be the prices. Even buying just the medium sub with chips and a drink comes to over $12. One more thing. What happened to the TVs? I used to enjoy watching them while I was eating my lunch. read more

I've never had Jersey Mike's before, but it was pretty good! Had the Veggie and really enjoyed the oil/red wine vinegar on it. My boyfriend had the Supreme Club and said it was delicious. Plus they have great tunes playing. Joy Division, Pixies, and Echo and the Bunnymen? Heck yeah. The location is a bit small but things were flowing smoothly for having only been open just over a week or so. I'll definitely be back to try the rosemary bread in a sub. read more

I was just refused service for not having a mask by Gianna. I explained that I'm unable to restrict my breathing and I have a medical exemption. I was just told I had to leave and they would not serve me and I would have to order online. This sucks for people like me that cannot breathe. I can't do this with every aspect of my life and have only recently started paying for internet because of these new policies and regulations that make zero sense. So I literally just gave these guys a 5 based on b the last couple visits but this time the place was very dirty, especially behind the counter and in the bathroom, which smelled like wet dog. I also watched a full size loaf fall to the floor and 3 employees just left it on the ground for more than 15mim while I was there; which made me wonder if they planned to grab it and put it up on the bread rack again. Then, when I ate my hot sandwich it had been loaded full of mayo which I had not been asked if I wanted. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. Sucks because Jersey Mike's is my fav sandwich shop. This store doesn't use the same soft white rolls as I'm used to in Phoenix locations. Maybe it was because it's Sunday and their out and got the low quality, stale rolls outta the freezer? Been to this location twice now, this store seems to be on the level of subway. Bread is hard and the crust flakes. The sub I had today had an odd taste like some other ingredients got mixed in with the lettuce and they just kept on using it. For the prices they charge you shouldn't get subway quality. Love Jersey Mike's as the food quality is great considering it's sandwiches, but have had a terrible experience with the Manager. The short blonde one with braided hair. She was immensely rude to myself and 3 friends about using coupons. She aggressively wanted us to tell her where we got them and when we felt uncomfortable doing so she kept pushing the issue in a hostile manner. D I S G U S T I N G..... When I arrived, there were at least ten to twelve people in line. It was barely moving. I noticed the kid that was cooking meat for hot sandwiches was moving incredibly slowly. He was sipping his drink as he was working....if you could call his ridiculously slow pace working. He left the preparation area, with multiple order tickets waiting to be processed (and took his drink with him). When he re-emerged (drink in hand), he put on gloves so slowly that it was absolutely insane. He then chatted with one of the girls that worked there and, no less than five minutes later, he started to cook again. He unwrapped some meat, throwing the wrappers, one at a time, like he was playing basketball at the trash can, missing it once. A man who was in line in front of me left. I decided to do the same. The non-moving line was now probably at least fifteen people long (no exaggeration). I stopped to take the attached photo of the food preparation area - look at the lettuce all over the floor, the bread that had fallen on it also....oh, and the wrapper I mentioned above can be seen there. I left and went to Jimmy John's, where I was greeted and served quickly in a clean environment. I have eaten at Jersey Mike's in other places and they have all been fine. I don't consider this review a bash on the quality of Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but when I experience poor service, I truly believe it should be addressed. I'd like to consider myself a frequent Jersey Mike's customer, seeing that I couldn't get enough when I lived in Southern CA. I was beyond thrilled when this store popped up in the tiny town of Flagstaff, but boy am I disappointed. It was clear from the grand opening that the college kids running this shop were clueless. I decided to brush it off and keep coming here, but I have to say that my experience today was nothing short of upsetting. The lead, or "manager" that was working immediately struck me as ill-mannered after I asked for a kids sub and the response I got was "well, which one!?" I could hardly understand him as he mumbled, and he seemed to get irritated when I asked him to repeat himself. We were then interrupted by a young man asking for a job application. The gentleman preparing my sandwich steps away to rummage through a drawer with his gloves on to get the application and doesn't think to change them before he carried on with my sandwich. As he's finishing up, what I can assume is a newer employee, walks in for his shift. The man helping me then makes it obvious to check the time on his phone to, (with the same gloves on, ugh!) and scold this new employee on his appearance and punctuality in front of his customers. Cool guy, must need to reassure himself that he's in charge. Anyway, as I move to the checkout process, I can't help but notice his discourteous demeanor with the next customer in line, and then tells this employee that just walked in "did you hear that!?" (referring to the order the customer asked for when he was walking in, then grabs the lettuce out of his hand because he was clearly not dressing the sandwich up to his standards. I've always dealt with such pleasant people at Jersey Mike's subs shops throughout the state, and it's such a bummer to have such awful customer service in the town we now live in. It's such a shame that the brunette girl with the glasses that took our order has such a miserable and unwelcoming attitude. Jersey mikes has amazing food but she has been rude to us every time we've come in. We came in an hour before the closing time on the door and she said "well i guess were not closed yet" to us when we walked in and continued to heavily breath in frustration, use rude language, and roll her eyes the entire time.
