A solid-mid-tier Jersey Mikes. Pros: - Clean - Quick service Cons: - Customer interactions (not warm or friendly) - NO public bathroom - Food quality - Pricing Yelppie Tip: You get 2x loyalty points on Tuesdays here. However, the app rewards system is business friendly rather than customer friendly. It rewards a lot of spending, not loyalty.

Terrible first and hopefully last visit. Family and I are in the neighborhood this weekend for my son's basketball tournament and we decided to stop by Jersey Mike's since we usually enjoy that where we live. But I'll hear in the country. The customer service is terrible. Dislocation for starters was under demand and on top of that I think the two kids they had on shift today would much rather had been at the beach. Food was good which is always able to be count on. So the one star is for that. But hopefully we won't return and if we do, we'll have different employees serving us.

Ordered #13 Original Italian reg size for $11.65 no tax. Piled high with meat, lettuce and tomato. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and had a few tables to sit at inside and outside the shop. I would recommend regular size if you are hungry and Giant size if you are splitting with 2 people or taking 1/2 of it home. Excellent value for a freshly made sub sandwich.

Tried this place for the first time and wasn't impressed. The shop was kind of messy even though I was the only customer there. (Some workers on break, others making sandos) but no one had time to wipe tables, push in chairs, clean up trash from drink station. I mention it because I sat at a table I didn't realize was dirty til I touched it got sticky mystery goo on my hand. Ew! Still I persevered and ordered 2 sandos Mike's way. I saw the lady douse the sando in vinegar - like a whole 3 second pour full force - but figured that's how's it done , til I unwrapped it to eat and had mushy bread soggy from the liquid. Beyond that, flavor wasn't memorable. I got two subs (tuna, and whichever had the prosciutto and provolone) and like it's a sandwhich? Plus service was dulllll. Might try again, though.

Ordered a #8 mikes way with avocado. when it was delivered the sandwich was dry no mikes way or avocado. I really dislike when this happens

I've been here before and service wasn't great. Today after a 12 hour shift I decided to give this place another shot, my family owns a great sandwich shop as well. To my surprise the same disgruntled lady who made it last time prepared my 2 kahunas in the back and came to the front throwing everything on so sloppy. She should learn from the gentleman making other sandwiches he had great customer service and appears to have great work ethic. She put one in a box and when I get home we find a pube and a eyelash hair. Is this some type of joke? Are there cameras where she made the sandwiches??? Also sandwich bread is deteriorating super wet, I don't trust anything made by her. We called and she was gone. Should've gone to Ikes and avoid a mental sandwich maker.

In addition, they offer specials. I think I have tried most of the sandwiches on their menu and all have been great. Today I ordered one if my favorites Turkey (I have many here) and my husband ordered the hot meatball, another one of my favorites. Both sandwiches were excellent. Definitely shareable, but we didn't share and finished our sandwiches! Meatball waa quite messy but so good! I usually don't order my turkey sandwich with oil and vinegar but I do here. It's balsamic vinegar and oil and pairs well with the Havarti cheese! Loaded with fresh roasted turkey too! Service is always friendly and they sandwiches come out quickly. I usually order sandwiches to go after a trip to Wholefoods but today we dined in (really outside!). We decided to grab our sandwiches and sit next door (kiosk) and enjoy with Beers at Beachwood! It was wonderful and so relaxing! Potato Chips has a lot if comfortable seating in a very relaxing center courtyard.

Also, the prices are wildly high for a sandwich (that's not over stuffed). We also love Board n' Brew but the bread here at Potato Chip Deli blows theirs away EVERYtime!

I read plenty of positive reviews on Yelp and was excited to try them out for the first time. I came in around 11 am on a Friday, and it wasn't too busy yet. The decor is homey, and it has a nice local vibe. The deli menu offers many classic Italian sandwiches, pastas, and more! Cold beverages and chips are next to the cashier. I ordered the classic Torpedo. Although there were no size options, it was a huge sandwich loaded with fresh ingredients, savory meats, and a quality baguette. I also grabbed one of the La Dolce Vita drinks, and it made for a perfect, filling lunch. The serving sizes are generous, so sharing is an option. There is a market in the next room with many items from Italy, plenty to take home, and make a great meal. From dry ingredients and sauces to cold fresh pastas, pizza dough, snacks, olive oils, and more! Most you won't find in mainstream grocery stores. At the deli counter, meats and cheeses are offered, and prices per pound are posted just above the counter. First time visiting, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, made my sandwich with care, and kindly brought it to where I was sitting. The dining area is spacious inside, and a couple of tables on the sidewalk just outside the door. Prices overall are decent and a bit pricey, but the food is delicious with generous portions. I'm looking forward to when the craving hits again.

They have a pepperoni pizza for $19.99. I ended up getting the Italian torpedo sub. Sub was ok and service was quick and friendly. I liked that they had a little market attached. Unfortunately I dont plan on going back to this place. Besides the prices being high, a tip is asked for when you pay with card. I tip for table service, not to go orders. Seeing my receipt later, I see an "admin fee" that was added. Upon seeing other reviews.. they try to get you with a dine in fee. I hate stupid surprise fees. I recommend going to Nicks instead on main st if you want a sandwich.

The pineapple added to what's basically a Cuban style sandwich sounds different at first, but it works perfectly. The balance of sweet, savory, crispy, and smoky was spot on. Everything tasted super fresh and the bread held everything together perfectly without getting soggy. My original plan was to eat half and save the rest for later... yeah, that didn't happen. Ended up finishing the whole thing because it was that good. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the whole spot had a really chill local vibe. Definitely a hidden gem if you're in the area. Highly recommend this place and I'll for sure be back to try more off the menu.

Soppressata, mortadella, bacon, extra onions, pickles & tomatoes. A satisfying, filling sub sandwich that made for a pleasurable lunch.
