Stay away if you have a newer car . This location does not have the equipment to properly service newer vehicles. I took my wife's 2010audi in for service and asked before they performed the service if they were able to reset the service interval indicator . They said yes , and then after the service they said the did not have the equipment to do so . This is the second time this happened ! I assumed they had purchased the equipment when they told me they could reset indicator the second time . The can is now at NEWPORT BEACH AUDI and they will fix the problem at an additional expense.The dealer also informed me in addition they do not have proper equipment for any Audi service . I brought my car here for service and was helped by Martin - he is great!!! He greeted me as I drove in and proceeded to clearly communicate what would be done and how much it would cost. I wasn't sure if my car might need more than an oil change, however Martin explained that given the amount of miles I'd driven it was unlikely that anything additional would be needed. He escorted me to the waiting room, which was comfortable and clean. Before I knew it, 30 minutes had passed and my car was ready! Martin explained that I could stop by Jiffy Lube after 2-3k miles for a "check-up" as this was included with the service. Great service at a reasonable price! read more

I stopped in here on Thanksgiving eve and I am so glad I did! I have an older car, high mileage and was not sure how an oil change would go. Kenny helped me out. He talked to me about the type of oil I needed, he was patient with me and let me look for a coupon so I could get a discount! He covered every single detail! Did my oil change, topped off my other fluids, checked my tires and added air... he even air sprayed my engine (I'm sure it was super dirty!) 5 Star Service, 5 Star Pricing, 5 Star Convenience. I stumbled across the Jiffy Lube by my house after trying another oil service center down the street. I needed oil desperately because a. I was wayyyy overdue and b. my car was lagging and I was scared to start my drive to LA when it was driving like that. I originally stopped first at a place down the street because it was the first place I saw. I was willing to pay any price because I was in need of more oil. After sitting their the other place told me the oil my car needed was rare and I would have to order it and then bring it to them a few days later and that noone around would have my oil. They handed me a quote but were unable to service so I stumbled upon this Jiffy Lube Location and hoped by a lucky chance they would have the oil I needed. Before I pulled in I was greeted by Danny the Gm and asked if he had the oil I needed. He sure did. His staff and himself immediately started working on the car. They even vaccumed the inside without me even asking (I was embarrassed that my car was so dirty/ sandy) and topped off my washer fluid which I was out of. They have a TV, coffee and water all in waiting room which helps alleviate time. They were done with my car so fast and it drives soooo much better now. The best part was I ended up even paying less than what I was quoted at the other places by 15 dollars. Thank you Danny and team you guys were awesome. read more

I looked for the closest oil change locations near by and this location was at the top of the list. I called and asked about the wait time since I didn't want to be stuck in traffic on my way back to LA. I spoke with the GM Danny (HUA SHENG LIAO) and he told me that he could get my car in and out within 15-20 mins. So I took his word and went in. And WOW! I was very very impressed! I honestly will never return. If I could give 0 starts I would. They broke my A/C and refused to compensate. They asked me to go pay for a mechanic to diagnose (but told me to not get it fixed) and then go back to jiffy lube for them to see what the mechanic is talking about. Then go BACK to my mechanic. Could not get into a mechanic for 2 weeks, and would take 4 to get back in for them to fix it. Oil change was overpriced and the kids had no idea what they were doing. I'm not sure how they have 5 stars, maybe they have fake reviews. All they have to do is pay someone to do it. I know a few friends that had car trouble too from this locations service. But I didn't know until after I went. I wish I would have talked to my friends first. The manager did not have the "customers right" or "I'm sorry here is what we'll do for you" kind of mentality. He made it a hassle, and told me "we did not break your car" when my a/c has NEVER been broken, ever. when idk why they couldn't just try to fix what they broke instead of running me around. Plus, my engine light wasn't on when I received their services and then when I left, it was. My mechanic recommended I don't ever go to a drive through oil change before. He has experienced man A/C's breaking, ect., because they hire kids that don't know what they are doing. read more
