My mom asked me to take her car for an oil change, and when I asked where she wanted me to take it she said to just take it to a jiffy lube since it's an older car and it didn't really need to go to the dealership. I looked up jiffy lubes on my trusty yelp app and this one had the highest reviews out of all of the jiffy lubes in the area. I pulled in the car and someone came and greeted me right away. They helped me set up the car for an oil change and told me I could wait in the waiting area. I was only in the waiting area for like a max of ten minutes; it felt super fast. Before I knew it, they told me my car was ready. David was really nice and and friendly. He even asked me about my keychains on my keys and whether I've ever used the pepper spray that I have. LOL i haven't so far... He gave me a discount on my oil change, but I see that they give a lot of people discounts so maybe it's not really a discount... Anyways, it was still nice. This is probably one of the best jiffy lube locations around here with AMAZING and QUICK service!! However, I probably wouldn't take my own car to a jiffy lube. But if you have an older car that doesn't need the best care I suppose it's fine to take it here if you just want someplace convenient for a quick oil change. read more

I've actually been here a few times and I'm not one to base my opinions on one experience alone so after a few visits.. this is my opinion. The first time I came in with my vehicle that has 150k+ miles on it I had no problem going with a high mileage type of oil. They checked and topped off my fluids, vacuumed my vehicle, cleaned the windows and sent me on my way. The second time I went in as scheduled on a non busy day and barely had time to sit in the lobby when they name and told me that my vehicle was ready. Granted mine was the only vehicle there but for the price I paid and the service promised, it hardly seemed enough time to accomplish what needed to be done. When I mentioned this on my third visit I was there for much longer. On this particular visit I was getting ready to take a long trip to Tuscon, AZ and wanted to make sure that I had a good oil change, topped off fluids, and my "transmission serviced". This was something as I was informed by the employee assisting me was a "manufacturers recommendation". My transmission hasn't been acting properly ever since. I took my vehicle back twice within a week to see if they could work out my transmission issues. They were glad to look at it and check the fluids at no cost to me (damn right), but they couldn't find the problem. It turns out that my $68.00 transmission service is just a fluid change. I've tried this business in good faith three times now and I am left thinking that my business would be better served elsewhere. read more

Took white lightning to get the oil changed. Monday morning at about 9. No other cars there so I didn't have to wait long at all. I think from start to finish I was there maybe 20 minutes. I checked in and got $15.00 off but the manager bumped to $20.00 off. So I paid $45.00 for a synthetic blend. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Seriously right before I switched to this Jiffy Lube I went to a Mendez to get my oil changed and they took like an hour and a half and had 2 guys working! BUT this place was amazing for me and finished in 15 minutes :) The workers are very friendly. They also do free top offs which helps me a lot considering my VW Passat burns gas horribly. I've been coming to this location for almosg 2 yrs now. I've always been pleased with my service except for today. Today a "manager" named George was just full of excuses. It took an hour to get my oil changed and he said they were short staffed today and the district manager chose to train a new employee at their location. I don't care about your internal issues. I just want my oil changed in a timely manner. That's why i go there. Also, it's evident he is not a good manager because he had NO idea how to handle my complaint and he was yelling to his workers that he was "busy doing 3 things at once." George- learn to multitask and how to be an efficient manager. If you don't have customers, you won't have a job for long. Just remember that. And also just for the record, I didn't believe one word you said to me. If i asked for your district manager, you should've gotten him for me if you had nothing to hide. I'm so not impressed!!!! They emptied my oil to do the change they just never refilled it so my engine oil was completely empty. Luckily nothing worse happened to my car and I caught it early. The service was great. I just got my oil changed for the first time since going to this jiffy lube. They were horrified to see I had no cabin air filter. When I looked at my receipt from service on 12/30/13 it said the cabin air filter was not serviceable. Ridiculous fees. I just came in for a basic oil change and felt like I got talked into a lot more, such as changing my transmission fluid. They charged me $96 in labor and fees! When I complained they took off $15. By the time I left I spent $150 of which $58 was in labor to drain oil and add new oil. NEVER going here ever again! This is a 'flim-flam' business with a reputation for up-selling. After I got ass-raped by these guys they didn't even bother to do the standard service such as vacuuming the interior, but they did leave plenty grease all over the interior. I couldn't see it because my interior is black, but after I left I had grease on my hands. When I wiped it down I found even more. I would give this place MINUS STARS if I could. Avoid this place!!!!! read more

Excellent customer service! Had a low tire that needed air, also requested a free top off since I thought it was still available from the last time I went in for an oil change at JL. Discovered I was way over the allotted time limit/mileage for it to be covered, which was my fault. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and acknowledged exactly what I needed done. David was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I drove away with everything I came in for and expected. I've always liked Jiffy Lube for their service. It's pretty hands off and this location didn't disappoint. When I pulled up my car, they just told me to leave it running there and they would take care of it. They asked me what I wanted, showed me the waiting area and got it taken care of in about 15-20 minutes. The people working there were super friendly and it was very hands off. I wasn't bombarded with upsells or pestered with things I didn't want to buy. They changed my oil, checked my tire pressure and I was on my way.
