Needed a place close to work to get a quick oil change and saw this was down the street. I was worried about a wait so I drove down right before lunch. Got here at about 11:50 and was checked in right away. Awesome! Out by 12:13!!! Got the synthetic blend signature oil service with coupon for $55.32. Taking a star off because I do not like the upsell. I get it. It has to be done for a lot of businesses but I'd rather prefer building up trust and reputation with a customer first. This is my first visit here. I'm not a sales guy but as a female who gets the upsell quite frequently especially with auto services... huge flag that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I discovered not all Jiffy Lubes are the same! Some offer fewer services than others, and some also say they're able to do something, and then when you call back, they deny they ever said they could do it. So glad that I found this particular Jiffy Lube! It's a full service station (again, not all of them are), and David, the service manager, really goes out of his way to do what he says he is going to do. The price was reasonable IMO, too. Took my vehicle for oil change in January of this year. In Feb my low oil light came on. Took vehicle to Pep Boys who checked car out and found three things 1. There was no oil in vehicle 2. This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube and I am SO pleased. I got here around 7am when they opened and I was helped immediately. Scott helped me out and he was so diligent in asking me the questions and letting me know more about the overall health of my vehicle afterwards even though I just came for a brake fluid flush. I was out in under an hour and the price for this service was so reasonable. My dealership was going to charge me $250 for this same service whereas jiffy is only $110. I would have given a 0. I had a synthetic oil change on my BMW. The engine started shaking after 1000 miles, I then noticed only 60% engine oil was left. Took the car to a nearby BMW dealer and was told the oil was black and not synthetic.. don't bring your car here. you will end up with a much larger repair bill !! read more

Service was quick but felt rushed. The wait room was damaged and unpleasant to sit in and I had to wait outside. The guy (with tattoos on his arms) who checked me in wasn't that friendly. I mentioned I had a coupon but he kinda brushed me off and told me to wait in the waiting room. I presented a coupon for $15 off when the job was done but he acted like he didn't like it. When I ask him if he could show me how to reset the alert on the car for the oil change since it the light comes on every 3000 or 5000 miles and the synthetic blend I got should last 7500 miles. He brushed me off again and didn't show it to me. He seemed like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. I'm not a returning customer. read more

Within half an hour it was ready and they even washed the windows. The team was fast and friendly. The service was $48 and some change with the basic oil.
