I have done a lot of travel in the last three months and have needed to have multiple vehicles serviced. My 2006 GMC was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. I serviced my 2006 KIa Soul, and was the first customer in, walked out within 20 minutes. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. I have gotten the oil changed and my vehicle serviced for my 2006 Nissan Rogue multiple times. This place is very convenient for me do to my busy schedule, having yo drive to multiple locations for work, and commuting 120 miles a day minimum. 10/10 for the service, convenience and price. read more

Brought my camero In yesterday for a oil change. I was met with a friendly smile. David was there to help me. Fast friendly and honest. Told him my brakes sounded weird and he checked them out. Told me they looked good and wouldn't recommended. It's hard to find honest people. Most places would say oh yeah you need brakes, new filters, and new wiper blades. Not David. I usually go to a mom and pop shop for an oil change, but I wasn't in the area today so I decided to go to Jiffy Lube. David greeted me with a warm and loving smile. He assisted me with an oil change, transmission oil change, and tire rotation. The process took about 30-40 minutes which is really fast considering it was over 100 degrees outside. Overall, my experience was outstanding because of how amazing and hardworking David is. Despite the heat wave, he was kind and patient. He made me feel safe and comfortable to leave my car in his hands. I will definitely come back!! read more

Ooo, boy, is it rare that I do one star reviews. Reason is, there is usually *something* good about any place and I like to stay positive. I would have potentially found the one good thing about this place if I had stayed, but I didn't. Here's why: I pulled up and a gentleman walked up to my window. "How can we help you?" "I'm here for an oil change." (then, what I heard) "Okay, let me get some information into the computer and then we'll pull your car in." "Okay, thanks!" He walks up to the computer, looks at/enters my license plate and then walks back with a clipboard. "Okay, sign this and we'll get started." I checked the price and it said $112. The charge was for the oil change PLUS labor, which has never happened to me at a quick service oil change before. I thought the price factored in the labor, especially since the sign (you can see the pictures here on Yelp) didn't mention the added cost of labor. I questioned the price and he said, "Well, I just pulled up whatever service you got last because you wouldn't get out of your car and come with me." "Excuse me? I thought you said you needed to use the computer and then we'd talk." "NO, I told you to follow me and you wouldn't get out of your car." I was so shocked that he was so rude to me that I handed him the clipboard and pen back, said, "Well, I didn't hear you, so thank you and have a good night." and drove away. I didn't come right before closing, I didn't say/do anything rude and even excused me for not hearing him. On top of that, charging almost $40 on top of the oil change price? I went five miles down the road to Valvoline, they gave me immediate and polite service, I had two people thank me, they offered me a 20% deal that was better than my coupon and took time to ask me afterwards if everything was good. With the oil change and new air filter upcharge, I still saved $30 going elsewhere. The price of being treated with respect? FREE. I used to be a #JiffyLubeBoi and have been treated wonderfully at other locations, but this was rough. read more
