I had gotten my oil changed elsewhere while on a road trip a few days prior and found a puddle of oil on my garage floor. I took it to Jiffy Lube and they inspected the vehicle and checked the oil level for me. It turns out the other place had only hand tightened the drain plug and it was coming out! If it had come out and the oil had all drained my engine would have been ruined. They were awesome here and wouldn't even charge me anything. I stopped into this jiffy lube to have a small crack in my windshield repaired. Unfortunately this has been the second time I needed it done in the last two months. But it's only $30 here so i decided to come back. I'll admit, the first time i came it took a little while and i wasn't very excited to wait since i called ahead to see if there busy and was told it wouldn't take long. However, the second time I had my cracked windshield repaired i was very impressed by the professionalism of Joe. He had me out of there very quickly and kept me updated with what was going on with the car. If I do happen to need another windshield repair, I know where to go! read more

There are tons of options out there to get your oil changed. It's not special and not hard. You pay a premium to get it done here for the convenience and it's supposed to be fast. This was probably the BEST oil change locations I've been too in YEARS. To start, when I called for a price, not only did the guy who answered tell me the basic price, but suggested I look on the Jiffy Lube website because he thought there were coupons on there. No one does that anymore! When I got there and they were inputting my info, I was asked how often I change my oil and I said 5500 miles per the owners manual. In almost every past experience, I've had the technician tell me I really shouldn't be doing that with conventional oil and try to upsell me. This did NOT happen and I was pleasantly surprised. He input the information and gave me no grief! Every single person was friendly and professional. Jai, who changed my oil, was very respectful and courteous when he gave me recommendations and I declined them. It was such a quick and painless experience. Went to Jiffy Lube to get a quick oil change on a company car. Expected to be pressured into additional services, big surprise! The staff at this store was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. I walked down to a nearby fast food place, had lunch and when I returned the car was done. They recapped what they had done and I checked out and was on my way. No upsell, no pressure, no scare tactics. I came into this location to get a much needed oil change. My experience was above expectation. They greeted me with a huge smile and set me up in the waiting room. I was craving a good cup of coffee... Ricardo sadly let me know the machine had just broke. He could tell how much I really wanted a simple cup of coffee... after trying several times to get the machine to work he offered to go to Starbucks and get me my drink of choice! I love this place. First ever one star review...I never had issues in my past visits, but whoever the guy that was helping me needs to stick behind the scenes. No customer service skills, very short and abrupt. After requesting to have my tires rotated, he came in and said that is the last time they will rotate them because the lug nuts are rounded off? Strange since I have been getting my tires rotated there routinely, and nobody else has removed the lug nuts but Jiffy Lube. He said I need to purchase more if I want to do any more rotations. After that good news, he walked me to my car said "There you go" and walked off. After dropping over $100, I wasn't even given a "thank you" or "have a nice day". I just responded with an "Alright" and drove off for the last time. Basic customer service goes a long way. Needless to say, that will be my last time going there. I will take my cars elsewhere where customers feel appreciated. read more

***DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.***I have been taking 2 different cars to this Jiffy Lube for several years. The service was always friendly. They were not too pushy when trying to upsell the other services they offer. I brought one of my vehicles April 9th for a standard oil change. After they showed me the air filter was fine the mechanic then showed me some liquid near the radiator. I was told that the radiator was cracked/leaking. The offered to replace the radiator for $250 for installation and another $300 for the parts. My car had not been overheating or showing any signs of an issue with a radiator. Luckily I passed on having the work done. After taking my car to a mechanic I know and trust I discovered there was nothing wrong with the radiator. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. read more

I have been coming here to this location for roughly 3.5 years to get my Lexus serviced for oil change and tire rotations. The guys here are always quick, friendly, and professional. It's in a nice location, right across from the irvine spectrum next to 24 hr fitness. Got my oil change done here early October because my brother-in-law who normally does that for me couldn't. They were super nice and friendly but I just found out from my brother-in-law as he was changing my oil today that they used an old oil filter on it. Someone had written a date on the filter that was prior to 2015 and written the mileage on it that wasn't mine at all. Wish he had taken a picture of it. I was afraid that I had an oil leak, so the manager quickly brought my car in and looked under it, only to discover the filter was loose. He tightened it and told me that my oil level was good. He sent me on my way without charging me. He reassured me that everything was okay. His knowledge and professionalism is why I will be back for my next oil change. One technician told me he needs four hours to fix my car yesterday. I trust him and paid $460 in advance. He started to fix it on 2:30 PM yesterday. Then, I returned to my home for waiting. On 6:15, my friend gave me a ride to this store. No one was fixing my car when I arrived. I naively think my car is already done. But, the technician told me he only finished half task. I have to come again next day. He promised to finish it at noon on the next day. Today, I called for confirmation on 11:30 AM. However, someone told me my car is not ready. He needs one or two hours more. Then, I feel mad. My friends were laughing at me because I am an idiot. They believe the technician fix other customers' car for a higher priority. And, let me enjoy for stupid waiting. So, I called and complained directly to the technician and manager. They confirmed that they were busy to fix other cars. It is 1:30 PM now. They finally started to do my task. It is so bad to be scoffed because I chose Jiffy Lube. I will never ever choose Jiffy Lube again. read more

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for 3 years now. They always get me right in and out just as fast. Ricardo and his team of mechanics are truly kind. My oil pressure light was low and I went to get it checked out and this gentleman (I wish I remembered his name! Ugh) checked my oil and pumped 3 quarts of full synthetic oil into my engine and didn't charge me a dime! He simply said to return for my routine oil change when my milage reflected what my sticker said and educated me and explained that given the milage on my car, this was a common mishap with Priuses experienced. Nevertheless he ensured me that the car was safe for the road. More recently, I asked for my head lights to be restored and perhaps my expectations weren't realistic so I expressed my concerns and Ricardo (Manager) reimbursed me the entire amount for my headlights despite the hours work he had put into it. Honestly SUPER cool people. Would totally recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. read more

Have a detailed 1977 corvette stingray t-top, probably should be changing oil on it myself but they seem to appreciate my love for the car and concerns about careless spills on the fiberglass, etc. Neighbor warned me, concerned about stuff posted on YouTube about Jiffy Lube quality/product/service substitution scandals.
