I actually was pleasantly surprised by this Jiffy Lube! I went in for a routine oil change with our new mustang, but I was pretty unfamiliar was the oil it takes, how much it needed and so forth. I double checked with Ford to make sure I asked for the correct type of oil. The mechanic that helped me was named Angel, he was very nice and helped me right away after making sure to take care of his previous customer. Angel took the time to explain the different types of oil to me and what he recommended based on the type of mustang I had. He directed me to the waiting room with coffee and water available, where I waited no longer than 10-15 minutes. Angel suggested I top off my coolant, being a woman I was very weary of being ripped off, so I said no. However, to my surprise, they topped off my coolant for free! Angel was quick to accept my coupon and to make sure he applied it correctly. The price I paid at Jiffy for the oil change was more expensive that what I was quoted by the Ford Dealership, however Ford's customer service was brash and rushed; it was also super difficult to get an appointment. Jiffy Lube offered me more convenience, as I didn't need an appointment like with Ford and they're open later, and even get things done faster, so I don't entirely mind the price because of the better customer service and convenience! Don't go here to get an oil change. Went in for simple oil change and got a $105 bill. Aside from the sweltering hot waiting area because of no ac dirty bathrooms, foul mouth workers (I have a 9 year old daughter they kept swearing even aften asking nicely) and old bad coffee. In the process of this rather bad experience I was refused a return of my money. When I requested other alternatives I was completely ignored. I feel I was cheated and was provided bad service and environment in the process. You received 1 star on accident cause I could not remove it after accidently pressing it. I believe this is an accurate representation of the service that I received. The fact this review was removed and they have only 2 reviews from themselves and the managers girlfriend should reflect the type of operation is being run here. read more

LOVE THIS JIFFY LUBE, my go to place for oil change!! Candace was the nice staff member who evaluated my car and she was SUPER HELPFUL AND NICE, a pleasure to talk to! They even washed my windows, vacuumed my car, and did all this extra nice stuff. Other Jiffy Lube's don't do this. Also, when I paid, Candace offered me a coupon from their coupon book (I forgot mine at home), and made it $3 less. Great employees, great service, very helpful, was in and out of there in 15 min. Went to this Jiffy Lube today and was told by Albert that unless I opted for the semi-synthetic or high mileage oil change ($62.99), they could not help me. I merely wanted the conventional oil change as I've always gotten. My vehicle is a 2008 Saturn Oulook with 83,500 miles on it. I drove to Valvoline in Rancho Cucamonga and they had no problem helping me with a conventional change. I contacted corporate about this and the lady on the phone said they should not have required me to upgrade to one of those services. I've come to this location once or twice before. Yesterday I came in for an oil change. I was prepared to use my $5 online coupon from their website when the manager says he's already got a special for $10 off. I opted for their signature series oil change which included cleaning my windows and vacuuming the interior. My car definitely needed that. I sat inside and enjoyed a partial episode of Everyone Loves Raymond as well as a cup of decent coffee. One of the servicemen came in with my air filters and told me they were dirty and needed changing. He offered me to change them for a fee. They always do that. I said no thank you, I'll take care of it and he didn't press it any further with the hard sales pitch. They finished up in no time, too quickly for me to finish the Raymond episode. After I paid the bill, $27.40 with the discount, the serviceman told me about their complementary fluid replacement policy. Anytime between the most recent oil change and the next, they would top off my oil and wiper fluid for free. Don't know if I'll take the time to use that but it was a nice offer anyway. The experience was pleasant and effortless throughout. The cost was competitive. The waiting area clean. I should mention that they have a live video feed from the work bay so you can watch them work on your car. I'll definitely got there again. And I hope that whomever comes next gets the same excellent service and treatment. Oh and there's a bowl of complimentary lollipops. It's like the doctor's office except without the misery, perfunctory exam, and crying. Very nice. read more

This was my first visit to this location. I was a regular at their location in Rancho Cucamonga until they raised there prices and had some horrible customer service experiences. I decided to give it a try as I my wife had a dr. Appt down the street and there was no wait. I was surprised when I was not TOLD I needed any extra services, just nicely asked if I was interested in anything else. Candice was great. She told me what the recommended and what should be done. When I declined any extra service she still was very pleasant. My only complaint is they did not properly put my air filter back in the car. Do not come to this Jiffy Lube. I came for a top off of synthetic oil and am still sitting here after over an hour and a half. Each time I have asked the crew what the hold up is I've gotten a different story. First the tech overfilled it. Then they had to drain it and give it a complete oil change because they couldn't simply drain the overfill. Then the tech stripped the cap and the couldn't get the cap out to replace with a new cap. Now I'm wondering if I should be worried about driving it. Three different techs have worked on my car and they seem to be totally incompetent. read more
