Joella's Deli is the BEST chicken I have probably EVER tasted! It is very moist and crunchy also the aïoli sauce is very delicious with the fries and the chicken. The service is quick and fast although sometimes there can be a long line. It is not a restaurant is a food truck but they do have a couple tables outside. The staff is very nice and kind. I love Joella's and every time I am in Napa I make sure to stop by! read more

When I paid for my chicken sandwich, I was initially shocked by the price because I'm used to paying $11 max for a sandwich, But when I took the first bite, the internal shock melted away. The fantastic qualities of the food here were worth every penny. This place is a perfect projection of the saying "you get what you paid for". The owner knows what his food is worth. If you come here, you're going to pay a little extra, and in exchange, you're going to experience qualities in food that you never felt before, and you're going to feel like a king while eating it. My coworkers at the Hotel I work at in Yountville doordash this spot all the time and rave about it. I finally did yesterday and happened to doordash it to my mom's house and it was on their happy hour promo. I'm so glad I did. From the chicken, slaw, pickles, ranch, bread. All just so good. I just finished some of my chicken a day later and it was still juicy and delicious. You've hooked me and apparently you're open by my house. This place is a gem! I'll rip the bandaid right off and tell you upfront, yes, it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!! We couldn't decide between all the tasty selections, so the owner suggested we modify the Caesar salad: done!!! He was very nice and attentive while we were there. Business was a little slow for him at that moment (he receives a lot of his business through mobile food order/delivery service) so we were able to chat. He shared that he named the business for his grandmother. When I asked if she had the recipes, his response was adorable, "no, no, no, she couldn't cook. Just a really great person!!" We both have big appetites, but these items were more than enough for us both. In fact, they're pictured in boxes because we had to get most of it to go! The sandwich was phenomenal, and that slaw they use is pretty epic even on its own! The seating is very limited outdoors since it's basically just a food truck, but he definitely does a nice job to give it a welcoming feeling. Overall, we loved everything. Only complaint (if you can even call it that) is wish there were more spice options. The "spicy" choices weren't sufficient for my friend Haha! Can't wait to return again and again!! read more

My boss treated me to lunch as an appreciation and I'll say I had their meatball sub and it was really good. Had a delicious Italian bolognese taste that was complimented with a delicious marinara along with spinach and a toasted bread roll. My boss was so kind to treat me and my husband to some of the menu items from Joella's Deli. Let me tell you...it is FANTASTIC. My hubby had the meatball sub and he devoured it. Delicious! My mom thoroughly enjoyed the orzo pasta salad and the corn soup and she ate it up quick!! I had the honor of eating the chicken sandwich and oh boy, it was OUTSTANDING.
