We ordered some extras to bring home for the fam! Compared to American fast food joints, Jollibee might seem like the weird middle child. Spaghetti with a sweet sauce and hot dog slices is definitely not what you'd typically see, but it still packs tons of flavor and feels like home. It must have been the sauce, but the french fries were right on, that one is hard to mess up. I ordered my normal C2 chicken meal with double rice, ube pearl cooler, and peach mango pie... to eat in. You would think at the least that if you were eating in, you would get hot food. I shared a spaghetti and chicken dippers combo with my daughter. I actually didn't try the spaghetti, but the chicken was ok. Nothing special. I live in Northern Virginia so I was really excited to come to Jollibee since it jas been years since I've last been to one. My sister wanted me to bring her Chickenjoy, spaghetti and peach mango pie. We went through the drive-thru around 5pm and they were unfortunately ran out of the peach mango pie. I understand Jollibee has put in measures to protect its employees and customers (i.e. mandatory masks, encouraging social distancing, limiting how many people can enter the building at a time for capacity). These are great. Keep it up. Granted I'm sure Sunday afternoon is an already-busy time for the restaurant, I am writing this review so hopefully the person in-charge sees this. I doubt telling them now would help anyone since it's so busy. I saw two employees walking through the lobby with no mask on. Maybe they were going on break but they were still in the lobby walking past customers mask-less. This is unacceptable. Secondly, may I suggest Jollibee issues a guideline for ordering? There is no need for entire families with children walking around and taking up space in the lobby to place the order. There's also no need for couples to be in here together to place one order. There are some in other states , but most of the franchise is in the Philippines. This place is Kid friendly. There's a jollibee mascot. Customer service is great.
