I love this place!! My son and his mother introduced me a while back and I always stop here when I go to the mall which is not often. Bourbon chicken and glazed chicken along with some white rice YUM!! Brought my cousin and she was surprised herself. Food is so flavory

Combination late of sweet sour chicken and rice and noddles veggies. Selection of place sections are available in food court.

Tasteful selection of on the go food in mall food court . I come here sometimes with my children to eat and dine in when we are walking around.

I came here dragging my feet. Since my past visits/eats here were pretty disastrously salty, I really didn't want to waste my time here. My guy insisted and here I am... completely blown away!! I purchased a bourbon chicken combo w/ steamed veggies and cajun potatoes on a bed of white rice. First and foremost, THAT BOURBON CHICKEN SAUCE IS FIIIIIIIIRE!! I'm not sure why my last visit compared to this one was polar opposites but I won't complain. You could drizzle that on just about anything and make it delicious!!!! The chunks of chicken were thoroughly cooked, some being charred & burnt but that was minimal. The potatoes had a little bit of spice, the perfect amount of thickness, and was cooked throughout. Nothing was horrendously salty. 4 stars. I'm pretty skeptical due to all of the inconsistencies but if Cajun Grill can come through like this each time, Oakridge's location has converted me over from Great Mall.

Yum We were doing some quick shopping and we got hungry so why not try out "Kelly's" Cajun Grill as a Kelly, haha! The employee who was working, an older gentlemen gave us samples and that helped us decide what we wanted. He was super sweet and the portions were great! For $10 after tax, this is not bad! Definitely a place to go to. Try stuff before you get it!

It's supposed to be mushroom chicken. orange chicken and supposed to be teriyaki chicken not vegetables with very salty fried rice

My 10 year old son went to the Milpitas location he was very unhappy with what he ordered the employee gave him two orders he didn't want vegetables and orange chicken plus the fried rice had to much salt in it he couldn't eat it I normally go to the one at Oakridge mall in san jose but the l Iocation one doesn't know how to cook or keep their food long enough in the fryer never going there again and I'm going to tell my friends and family to avoid that place waste of my money

Blackened Fish 10/10 delicious and moist

Love Kelly's Cajun! Everything is high quality and made very well. All the items are fresh and tasty. Bourbon chicken and blackened fish are my favorite's - both super flavorful, juicy, and just the right amount of spice. It always boggles my mind to see so few people in line here. It's truly delicious and fresh. Next time, give Kelly's Cajun a try. You won't be disappointed. 10/10 recommend!

I have somewhat of a conflicting view on this spot, but I honestly feel like overall I had a pleasant experience, and the food was good. after trying some leftovers from this place from my father, my husband and I decided to come here as a date lunch sort of experience. It's located in the food court of the Oakridge shopping mall so it was really Close and easy to find. We went inside and located it fairly quickly, there was just the one employee working there but she was very nice and offered to give us samples to try some of the food out first. We tried the black pepper chicken and the mango habanero chicken, and we liked both, so we decided to each get a plate here. It's essentially the same process as panda express, you pick a side and then you pick your two entrées. My husband opted for the rice with the mango habanero chicken as well as the bourbon chicken. I opted for the noodles with the black pepper chicken and the honey glazed chicken. They did also have a fish option and some shrimp but I was really in the mood for chicken, so that's what I stuck to. As far as getting what you pay for, I feel like you get more denser food for what you pay for if you're comparing to panda. I believe the price was roughly the same though, so in terms of if you're trying to save money, I think it's up to personal preference on what you like. In regards to the taste of everything, I honestly believe that the chickens had the best flavor, and the black pepper chicken I have to say, probably could have done with more of a kick. I think I'm used to spicier black pepper chicken, or just more pepper in it I'm not sure. They did have little slices of jalapeño in it, so that was nice, but it wasn't as much of a kick as I thought I was going to get upon ordering it. The honey glaze chicken was absolutely delicious, it reminded me somewhat of the orange chicken from panda express, but much sweeter, and without a ton of breading around it. The only issue with my food that I had was the noodles and I say that hesitantly because I really did enjoy them. However, I don't believe that they had much flavor to them. When I tried them, I thought maybe the bite I had was just not dipped or mixed in whatever sauce was on them, but I looked throughout the portion I was served, and it looked almost like the sauce they use is a butter or oil based sauce, I'm not too sure. Either way I think if the black pepper chicken on my plate had more of a kick, it would've been more enjoyable to eat the noodles because they would've been a nice contrast to the spiciness that would have built in my mouth. My husband liked all of his food, he especially like the bourbon chicken and had no complaints whatsoever. We each got a drink, I got a lemonade and he got a tea and I think total for the two meals and two drinks we paid $33 or something around there. Overall, I really did enjoy the food, some improvements could have been made for sure, but the employee was nice, we enjoyed our time out, and I would still come back here again!

Seafood and chicken combo platter - love the pepper chicken and the blackened fish. Fried rice is also terrific and noodles are solid

Not sure why it only got three stars. This is definitely a four-star fast food place. Sure, this is not a sit down restaurant where you can expect amazing service and fabulous food. But if you want good, salad, tasty food at reasonable prices in the mall, this is a great place to go. I don't normally review chain restaurant, but there are so few of these I don't know if it qualifies as a chain. In my life, I've only found two and they were on opposite coasts.Could be that I just don't eat at malls that much, but I love this place. If you want tasty Cajun like food, this is the place to go. FOOD: I have had authentic Cajun food, and this is more like Cajun adjacent. It's like panda express meets the south. But I really love the flavors! Bourbon chicken is good, pepper chicken is great, blackened fish is tasty, blackened chicken is also good. They serve their food with your choice of noodles or fried rice (or half-and-half) which of course is not exactly Cajun, but it sure taste good. Overall, just glad to have Kelley's Cajun grill back of my life! Also, try the honey chicken. SERVICE: solid. Not the most super friendly people in the world, but they do their job really well and pack your to go box with a ton of food. Really, how can you ask for anything more from a fast food place? They are nice and serve you quickly. COST: The cost is incredibly reasonable considering the amount of food you get. Always go for the combo platter and maximize your food takeaway. You will definitely have enough for two meals.

    Bourbon Chicken is AMAZZZZING

I go to visit my friend at work at least twice a week. And we always get the Bourbon Chicken. It is AMAZING!! Her daughter absolutely loves the Honey Glazed Chicken! And it's really the only place we go to eat here at the food court in Oakridge Mall. I get the bowl and it's only $6.99 and you get tons of food. If I am hungry or sharing, I'll get the plate which is only $8.99. I also really like the mango habanero or pepper chicken. Definitely the best spot here!

2 item combo: bourbon chicken, mango habanero chicken, and fried rice

I come here for one item and one item only: the bourbon chicken. It's delicious. The other items are ok, but it's just average mall court Chinese fast food. The "chow mein" here is made with spaghetti though, so I always get rice instead. (It's better to pick up the sauce from bourbon chicken anyway.)

Today is 08/21 with 90 degree temperatures. I occasionally walk my dog thru Oakridge Westfield shopping center. Today we stopped by Kelly's Cajun Grill and asked for some water. The blonde Mexican lady refused me service unprovoked. I asked again (tactfully) for a plastic 8 oz cup I saw at the register and a little bit of tap water for my dog. Again the rude blonde Mexican lady with heavy makeup refused. I acknowledged her resistance and was able to get water for my dog at their neighbors food booth. Completely unprovoked and rude behavior by the staff here. Judging by other people's experience, go eat somewhere else. Word of advice from a +40 year San Jose native. If you want your business to succeed, make sure you take care of all prospective customers. Side Note: There's a reason why they're the only food booth w/o a line on a busy Sunday afternoon (12:30pm)

230pm. Food court in Oakridge. Staff was friendly. Offered samples of meats. Tried spicy chicken with steamed vegetables and chow mien. It was eatable. Won't be back.

Not everything is on the menu. They would ask you for a second item, which costs more of course. The price of 2 item is just not there. Yhey seriously need to redesign that menu. Bourbon chicken is a bit sweet, but kids should love it. It's just a little bit different than teriyaki

It is a tiny restaurant nestled in between CVS and another business, I forget what. But there is a tree blocking their signage and the additional small stand-up sign barely draws enough attention to the location. Restaurant is small, but the service is prompt and friendly. You order through a QR code on the table and all mobile devices ordering from the same table will have their orders consolidated. Beef Udon stir fry is tasty, but as many have said, on the sweeter side. Loooooove the texture and chew of the udon noodles. Very springy, almost like korean rice cakes or gnocchi. Sake chirashi bowl was delicious too. Would be nice if the wasabi was on the side. My daughter loves sashimi but can't handle when the wasabi touches the fish. Too spicy for her. Freshness of the fish is good. It's not the luxury cut of salmon, but the quality is still very worthwhile. Can't go wrong with Cali Roll, sweet potato fries, and spring rolls (fried egg rolls). Kids gobbled them right up. My bestie also ordered a sizzling plate which she finished just as quickly. Definitely RECOMMEND this spot for small get togethers, party of 5 or less. They may not have much in sushi variety, but what they dish up, they serve with pride with modest prices. Cheers to the sweet woman who gave our kids lollipops after their meal. Very family friendly.

However, once you step inside, you're greeted with an amazing dining experience that far surpasses initial impressions. Ambiance and Decor: The interior is modern and tastefully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A standout feature is the glass wine cellar situated at the center of the restaurant, adding a touch of elegance. Even the restrooms are impeccably clean--a detail that reflects the establishment's commitment to excellence. Cuisine and Menu: While the menu isn't vast, it offers a wide range of options catering to every taste and dietary requirement. The appetizers are generously portioned, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We started with the Vegetarian Spring Rolls, which included two rolls cut in half--each half the size of a full spring roll at other restaurants. Served with a well-crafted hoisin peanut sauce, the portion was so ample that we took half of it home. The Quails Appetizer was a delightful surprise, arriving as a substantial serving that resembled a main dish. The quail was expertly prepared with a mild teriyaki glaze and accompanied by a fresh side salad. Both appetizers set a high standard for the rest of the meal. For the main course, we ordered the Combination Vermicelli with Prawns and Egg Roll, requesting prawns only. The dish came in a large bowl with a side sauce and was abundant with prawns--enough to satisfy two diners. The highlight was the Salmon Wellington. Presented beautifully, the salmon was wrapped in spinach and encased in crispy puff pastry, resting on a bed of delicious lemon beurre sauce and asparagus. Words can't do justice to how amazing this dish was; we found ourselves using the fresh bread to savor every last bit of the sauce. Again, the portion was generous enough for two. Wine List: The wine list is very good and the prices are very reasonable. Service and Experience: From our seating area, we could view the kitchen through a large window, watching the owner chef work his magic. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. We personally thanked the chef for the incredible experience. Conclusion: The combination of superb service, excellent presentation, inviting ambiance, and reasonable prices made for an unforgettable dining experience. I only wish we had discovered Elements Restaurant sooner. It's perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion, yet the pricing makes it suitable for any day of the week. Great place for bringing friends and family. I strongly recommend that you visit this amazing gem--don't wait! Note: They also offer an extensive take-away menu, which is even larger than their dine-in selection.

While the restaurant was quite busy by the time we left, it wasn't completely full. Decor was modern and comfortable; nothing fancy, but they did have a cool wine storage area surrounded by glasses in the middle. Since they mentioned on their online menu that there's a longer prep time for the Salmon Wellington, we placed an order of it as soon as we sat down while deciding what else to order. For starter, we split the Five Spice Rotisserie Quails. They're quite flavorful, just a bit on the dry side. The Salmon Wellington and Tea-Smoke Duck arrived shortly after we finished the quails and washed our hands. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic. While the puff pastry could be cooked a bit more and the salmon could use more seasonings, the salmon was well cooked, the sauce was quite delicious and the dish was just so beautiful. The duck dish had a very nice smoky aroma, the taro and cranberry reduction was delicious. While the fresh apple slices provided a nice crunch, I would prefer some kind of apple compote. We ended our meal with a mango panna cotta. While the panna cotta was quite thick and not as soft and wobbly as what we're used to, it's still very enjoyable together with the mango sauce, and the plating was top-notch. Service was friendly. Our water was refilled promptly. Complimentary bread was nice and warm. Despite its unassuming store front, and in the middle of nowhere location, Elements offers real bang for the buck delicious fusion dishes with interesting combinations and flavors. Can't wait to come back and try other items on their menu.

The chocolate dessert (can't remember the name) was very rich. Have with coffee. The banana dessert (can't remember the name either) was very good. Too easy to eat, very light and not too sweet. I will definitely be returning!

After a long waiting, we had to call a random waiter to order. Then we waited a long time to get our check. And nobody came to check in while we were eating. - Atmosphere feels cheap. It's those places where you can feel whoever designed the space tried to give luxurious vibe but failed. Feels all over the place and I don't like it. Robot burger adds to this feeling. - Overall including the atmosphere, the place feels gimmicky. Name of each menu could be more straight forward, plating of the dishes can be lighter, that robot burger machine can go away. - While the food wasn't bad due to everything else, I don't think I will be coming back.

Wowww, very very yummyyy. Someone back there in that kitchen is making the food with LOVE. My man…read moreand I, and his family have been there a total of 6 times already. Each and every time, we left frickin happy as a clam. The menu is simple- there isn't a grand number of 100 dishes, but that just means they have the means to focus on each individual dish as a whole and make it with care- and boy do they. Every dish is so delish, and the pho isn't made with MSG. I don't think anything there is. Sorry to you MSG lovers but I promise this place won't disappoint (if it does I owe all of ya'll a free bowl of Pho). Jokes aside, this little bistro is nestled in The Plant shopping center, one of my favorite plazas to go and probably would be satisfactory if I was a non-local coming for travel. Parking's a little crazy, but that's because everyone goes there. The way it's decorated inside is SO adorable and well-intentioned. You'll love all the cute little trinkets, wallpaper, and lights. Very chic and expressive, yet comforting and sophisticated. The service is professional, attentive, and friendly. They also have a variety of cool drinks and caffeinated drinks to pick from as well. Safe to say this is officially one of our go-to spots.

I came here years ago when they first opened and even had the chance to meet the owner, so I was…read morereally excited to come back and see how the place was doing. Unfortunately, this visit left me a bit disappointed. When we walked in on a weekend afternoon, several tables were still dirty from previous customers, which didn't create the best first impression. It also seemed like the staff waited until more people left before cleaning multiple tables all at once, rather than keeping up with them throughout service. The food itself was decent and overall tasted good, but the iced Thai tea was extremely sweet. My mom and I barely drank any of it. I was hoping for a better experience this time around, especially since I had such positive memories of this place.
