Wow worse KFC I've ever been to!! Needs new management desperately! The guy on the drive threw was absolutely terrible at his job! They also informed us that they were out of quiet a few chicken selections, which is not only disappointing but also surprising due to The fact that they are a chicken based place.. we then proceed to get the window and he informs us that they are also outta honey.. absolutely ridiculous, a sauce packet that I know for a fact comes in large boxes. I've been here a couple times, it's a good restaurant but everytime I do go there's always one curly headed young girl running around looking like she is doing all the orders . This is my second review in a year. I only go to this kfc because it's near my house but after my experience tonight I'm absolutely disgusted. I went through the drive thru and was prompted to come in the lobby instead since the drive thru was "down." So I did...and when I walked in one of the cooks or employees looked irritated that I walked in. Like she actually had to do her job...awww poor thing. This location is a piece of shit. Every table is dirty, the floor is dirty and wet in some areas with soda. I can see food on the bench seats, the chairs, greasy finger print smudges on the windows. I'm so glad I dont have to use the restroom. Staff was friendly but too busy having personal conversations at the register to notice all the dirty tables. They rarely take the order correctly so you end up with the wrong food and no easy way to get the order corrected since the lobby is currently closed. Chicken not up to par. But, first experience with gruphub. Took 40 minutes to place an order, then stated store closed. Tried again. Trouble placing order. Could not see if it was accepted or not. Tried another location and accepted order. 20 minutes later we received 2 orders from 2 different locations. Ended up spending 120.00 for 2 orders of chicken. I will never use Gruphub again. After several visits in their drive-thru, with mistakes every time, my family will not be returning to this location. Today, my son ordered lunch for the 3 of us. I requested the 3-piece chicken strip meal with cole slaw and 4 specific sauces. (I LOVE their cole slaw.) He came home with our food. I got fries instead of cole slaw, missing 2 sauces they specifically told my son they'd put in the bag, no butter for the biscuit, and hubby got a double cheeseburger instead of the single cheeseburger ordered. Last visit there, got an extra meal box in the bag that they charged me for! (Double-check your receipt before you drive off!). I was parked and tried to return it but they said just keep it and refunded my money on it. Whatever. On a previous visit, they gave me the potatoes instead of cole slaw. Seriously, this is not a hard job! I worked fast food for 5 years part-time. Just listen well, follow-up on special requests, and care about your f'ing job! If you hate it, then just quit! I went through drive thru about 3 weeks ago and the experience was bad from the beginning. I had to repeat my order 3 times before being able to go up to pay. When at the pay window the gal repeated my order back to me and got it wrong! Figuring that I corrected her made me believe that my order will be correct. But boy was I wrong. I got all the way home and my order was messed up causing me to have to go all the at back. Didn't get an apology at all for them messing up my order. Last night I sent my boyfriend to go get kfc and hoping that the last time was just an off night for them but nope! He got home and found 3 piece chicken in his meal that was suppose to be popcorn chicken!! For some reason they gave us a random piece of corn which is nice if it wasn't soggy and tastes gross. The biscuits were on the almost burnt side and the chicken was too. They gave us extra cookies probably to make up for the awful service but it doesn't make up for it. I want good quality food I am paying for not extra cookies.
