This was more than enough for the both of us, and I like to eat. There was limited seating inside but they had some extra seating outside which was in the shade and less "busy" than inside. The service was extremely friendly and was great at recognizing where you were at after ordering to let you know how much longer before your order would be out when it is busy. Koa pancake house is our go to location for breakfast. This was our first time at the location. Parking was easier then our usual Wahiawa location. Seating was less cramped than our usual Wahiawa location. Ordering was just as easy as our usual Wahiawa location. Food was less appealing than our usual Wahiawa location. Even though the menu is the same the cooks could use some training from the cooks in Wahiawa. My scrambled eggs were runny and I had to ask for them to be cooked more. My husband Vihna Dos was not as flavorful and my daughter's chocolate chip pancakes could use more chocolate chips. The Koa Moko, a bed of white rice (options for fried rice available) topped with a large hamburger patty, corned beef hash, brown gravy and two eggs ( "easy over" is our preference but you can get it any way you want.). I was told that it was very good and the hash was very good but the hash with the gravy was a bit too salty. I did give it 4 stars because everything was tasty and reasonably priced. 5 breakfasts $45. This is not a full service restaurant. You order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Everything comes on paper plates and disposable utensils. You also clean your table. I did tip because they do bring your food to you. In Hawaii?
