My husband and I bought our Land Rover from this dealer in the spring of '23. First of all, they never called my bank to get the payoff on our trade, we went to contract, our loan was funded, and I still had to pay my CU almost $1k-they sold my trade in almost immediately so I imagine they wanted to protect margin by screwing me out of $$. Absolute Trash. When I spoke to our salesperson about this, I was told that this happens sometimes and I shouldn't pay it. Obviously, I didn't take that advice because I would have destroyed my credit. Then, we brought our vehicle in for service-at some point when our truck was in their custody, it got some lot damage-which they acknowleged fault and promised to fix. We brought it back twice so they could fix it. Never fixed. Lastly, we never received the front licence plate plinth for our car. They promised they would supply one as without it we noncompliant in California (and they are noncompliant by selling it without one). Our front plate lives in our glove box because over a year after buying our truck we have no place to mount it. One day my husband will get over his absolute disgust with this whole situation and go buy one. We have had Mercedes, BMWs, VWs, Range Rovers, and our beloved Volvos over the years; part of owning luxury vehicles is the belief that there is a standard in sales and service: while we love our truck I don't believe we will return for another purchase. Plenty of dealers around that won't screw you out of money, will provide all parts for the car you purchased and if they damage your car, and admit fault, they will fix it. read more

Been trying to get help from LandRover Cerritos since around July last year. I talked to different people but nothing was done so I decided to mainly speak with Kasaa the manager but still nothing. I returned my leased Range Rover Evoque 5/8/24. I didnt plan on getting a Velar so I didnt bring all my car keys. I got a Velar, returned the Evoque, I returned only one key and I went back in 2days to return the 2nd key to the same agent who helped me but after 2months I got the final balance of $328 because they claimed I was missing the 2nd key. I told them I returned it and to ask Oscar, the agent, who helped me that day but Oscar wasnt working there anymore. I handed it directly to him and even got the sunglasses I left in the Evoque. I didnt stress much about it because I know it will be fixed because there's so much cameras in the dealership, especially being a LUXURY CAR DEALERSHIP. Months passed, Kasaa said they couldnt view the cameras, it didnt show on the cameras which I dont believe. Chase kept calling me and sending me letters that it will be sent to debt collections which would affect my credit score. I told Kasaa manager about that hoping there would be a sense of urgency atleast since it would affect me greatly if it goes to collections. More months passed, I just decided to pay for it cause again, I was confident I would get refunded cause they would find the key. It's May 2025 now, I kept calling the dealership NO ANSWER. Last times I called, they would tell me Kasaa would call me back, AGAIN NOTHING. They're just attentive when they need to make sales but after that, once you need help, they're useless. It is not my fault that their agent is not responsible or reliable enough to make note of the returned key. I should not have to pay for that. Also, on the lease contract they put 17 miles on the odometer but it was already 78miles when I took the car out of the dealership. read more

I received a Call right away in the morning and my service advisor Amish did everything possible to keep me in the loop and help. Bad experience with the new owners in the service department. The regular service for a oil change ..40 k service is now $1,966.00 for my Jaguar. The labor was $1,400, however the car finished in less than 3 hours. Labor is now $249 per hour. Beware of additional repairs were not broken but the price was another $1,966.00 exactly. Another incident at Land Rover Cerritos. June 2023. I recently took my vehicle to be serviced at a Cerritos location. The person that was assisting me was extremely mean and unhelpful. I paid money to tow my vehicle there and paid money to tow my vehicle home. Upon picking up my vehicle they wrote on the windshield Move to service shit pile. I've never been disrespected at any LandRover. Every time I come to Cerritos, they treat me differently. I cried yesterday, and felt extremely overwhelmed. They were trying to bully me into purchasing a battery that I had replaced the previous year. They were telling everyone in their facility that I was picking up my car because I didn't want to pay. Not true, I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with a Land Rover. they changed my contact information and email. I spoke with the service manager Art who didn't offer any solution. Continue to side with his staff. "The person in charge of my vehicle was Steve Lambert"Told me my car was out of DEF fluid when I paid the previous Mechanic to fill it up. They didn't check my car at all .They refused to run diagnostic or move for work, even though they have the equipment to charge the battery. He was upset because of a previous complaint. We purchased our RR at this Cerritos dealership right at the start of covid. The experience was great... until Envision took over. Service never returns calls, their scheduling is months out for any type of service let alone warranty work. It took almost 6 weeks to get our car repaired under warranty. Then of course its not fixed correctly so its back at the dealer for its FOURTH TIME FOR THE SAME REPAIR. Also they stepped down their loaner vehicles from RR's to whatever bottom of the barrel enterprise rental units... we got a piece of garbage dodge caravan that clearly someone has smoked in. I brought my car in to repair a prior service repair they had completed in August 31 2023 given that my coolant had been leaking and 9 months later, my coolant was leaking again. First of all, I called in advance and they told me there had been a change of ownership, however asked me to bring it in to run a diagnostic. I arrived 30 minutes later (1230pm) and the service advisor (Nima) was beyond rude and was unable to help me.. He told me to go in the following week when they open and wait until they had time to run a diagnostic. I let him know that I couldn't wait around all day as I have work. I asked for the manager's business card. The following week, I took my car in, which they had committed to providing me with a loaner vehicle, which they did not follow through on. They called me a Lyft to take me home and told me to come back the next date for a loaner. I came back the next day in a Lyft to get the loaner vehicle given that they told me the work done in August was different and would not be covered under warranty , even though the coolant was leaking in both instances. They told me they would order the part, which would take a few days to arrive and that my car would be ready on friday. Friday came around and I did not receive a call nor a text, therefore I texted them hut received no response. On Monday I called at 2pm as I had yet to receive s call/text; the service advisor stated they would call me back in 15 minutes, however an hour passed without a call, therefore I texted again. He responded to the text stating he was getting the car washed, therefore I drove to pick up my car. When I arrived the service advisor was not there and my car had not been washed, even though I let them know that I would be there in an hour. This place really needs the new owner to coach their employees. I have bought three brand new Range Rover Sports, however would never come back to this dealership/service department! read more

Penske Cerritos Land Rover has changed hands. Called Friday to schedule a early appointment for the following day to have my 2016 Range Rover's annual serviced. However, and four hours into the service without one txt msg or phone call from the service adviser to informed me of status I decided I'd call. But, I couldn't get in touch with anybody there. Calls when unanswered and keep going to voice mail. Thinking this is odd I called my salesperson's private number. He informed me he was no longer working at the dealership. The dealership had moved into hands of new ownership. When I told him things were starting to make sense now. He asked what I meant. I told him, "I couldn't find one person there, this morning, I knew and It was painful obviously the personal there english wasn't there first language. At the start a young lady trying to help had to asked me multiple times the same question because she couldn't understanding my responses. He said he was sorry to hear that but informed me none of the previous personal were keep on. I told him "...it shows too. Anyway, and at this point and not able to reach anyone by phone I decided to return to the dealership and with a more heightened intrust I started by wondering about the dealership... Lets say "things" began to explain the downwards customer service trend I was experiencing and it really focused during billing payment. The early morning original estimate had grown by 25%, $800+ to $1,000+ for a "yearly service." review of the billing indicated I had paid $200+ each for the services to replace two windshield wipers What!? I'm done. Cerritos is only eight minutes from my residence in Orange County. After this experience I'll be glad to drive 25 minutes to Newport Beach.
