We received a huge piece of chicken and had plenty to take away. The only negative thing with dinner was the dessert. It was a wet, tasteless eclairs. I had one bite and regretted it. That needs to be replaced. A simple cookie would be better. We were a group of 13 and we all had a wonderful time. It was easy to engage with everyone when the players were also engaged. They have 3 showings and our 8pm seating was packed. This place is very popular and I can see why.

My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Theater, Return) Atmosphere - Upon entering, you'll find a huge concession stand in the middle complete with movie candy and snacks to entice you as you make your way to order popcorn. There's an arcade on the right, and another concession stand for ordering more food along with tons of seating. If you order ahead, you can pick up your concessions here (see below for more details). 1 Star. Service - I'm going to focus on the Cinemark app. Who needs Moviefone when I can use the app for everything? I can select a theater, choose a movie, choose my seat, and even order concessions. Seriously, kudos to the Cinemark team, I show up at movie time, pick up my popcorn and concession that I ordered online, and head to my movie. No stress/wait, just time saved. 1 Star. Theater - Not all screens are the same. Here's a breakdown of what to expect: 1. IMAX - It's IMAX Digital - not a full-blown IMAX experience, but still good. The IMAX screen is dedicated to one side. It has its own concession stand, but it's never open. Finally, these are regular seats - no recliners. 2. XD - This is Cinemark's best experience. Huge floor to wall screen with reclining seats. There are also a few DBox seats which are more immersive (and expensive). There are two XD screens at this location. 3. 2D Digital - This is Cinemark's standard screen. They have multiple screens that vary in size, and they all have reclining seats. If you're not sure what experience your movie is showing on, check the website or app. Most blockbuster movies will be shown in IMAX and XD opening weekend, then will move to the smaller 2D Digital screens. Expect to pay about $50 for 2 people and concessions. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. I really like the convenience of selecting a movie and buying it online along with my concessions. I'm also a Movie Club member (check Cinemark for details as pricing varies by location) and buying/refunding tickets and concessions are super easy. 1 Star.

We recently visited to watch the Odyssey and since it's a three hour film, we figured it be good to go somewhere with food. The ordering process was very different. I heard they changed it after some management updates at Alamo but I do miss the experience of more human interactions with the staff. We ended up just sticking to refillable popcorn and sodas which was fine for a matinee. Oh and the Odyssey? RUNNN to watch it in theaters!! Looking forward to seeing it (again) on 70mm if we can!

The online menu (not the qr code) said they had them. they also switched to mobile ordering. I don't mind the mobile ordering but service has kind of gone down. It's still a good place to watch movies but I do worry this place may be out of business given how let down it's gotten. It's really a good theatre that's close to me.

We arrived a bit early, so we grabbed a couple of drinks while waiting for the rest of our group. I ordered a double Tito's and cranberry--it was made perfectly and definitely hit the spot. Once we headed inside, it looked like seating was first-come, first-served, but we had opted for the VIP tickets. Having those reserved spots gave us a fantastic view of the stage; I highly recommend going the VIP route if you can! The show itself was top-tier. The openers had great sets that really warmed up the room, and then the "Queen" herself, Kelly Kells, took the stage. It has been a long time since I've laughed that hard! I was so grateful we chose this night to head out. In terms of the venue, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was impressive--they were super on top of it and got our food and drink orders out to us quickly despite the crowd. I'd definitely come back for another show!

The guy online can't find our name and has to go in. Of course he finds it. Duh. So we get in and they don't know where to seat us. There's tables all over and they put us in the back against the wall. No server comes Ever!! To our entire section! Fortunately we stop a server from another section and she takes our order and the tables to the left and right. $17 old fashioneds. The comics are good. Two stars

Immediately we were introduced to "Detective Duffy" who began the story before we were instructed by table to go to the buffet. Overall, the food was great, the entertainment...meh and I think the cost should be $40-50 max instead of the $70 paid. Our table was able to solve the murder mystery which did make things somewhat worthwhile.

The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. The smell, the oil/ grime made for a slippery walk, and the toilets themselves most were not clean. Upon exiting the restroom there were three others talking about the same restroom experience. This level of service and expectation should extend beyond the theatre itself.

Took my kids to see Toy Story 5 last night. Got to the seats and had to spend 10 minutes cleaning…read moreup leftover candy from the previous show. Already my kids are upset because they haven't got candy yet and the candy that's available to them I can't let them eat because it's nasty and who knows how long it had actually been sitting there. Then I get the final bill for candy....$75 for candy, 1 drink, and 1 popcorn. I didn't realize they charge $9 for 1 candy. You don't get it from the atrium, you order from your seat, where it's dark and the menu is completely full of all sorts of things. I've got the kids upset and I'm trying to get the order so I finally ask what they have cause I can't find it and ordered. Assuming it would be the same $5-6 cost like at any other theater I've been to. On top of all of this, most of the leather on my seat had been rubbed away so it felt like I was sitting on sandpaper the entire time. This is definitely not a good place to bring your kids. The movie was good and the waiter was friendly, I do want to point that out.
