Thank you Le Regency Deli! Very hard to find breakfast downtown at 6:30am on a Friday. Made to order eggs. Reliable and straightforward.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. I stopped in early for some breakfast (everything bagel with cream cheese) and a sandwich to go for later (avocado and sprout veggie sandwich on wheat bread). I ordered and quickly got my food. The everything bagel had lots of cream cheese and the everything bagel tasted great. The veggie sandwich had fresh, crisp veggies and was very tasty. Le Regency Deli is just what I think of when I picture a deli. Quick service great food and friendly employees. I recommend a visit.

Bacon and Eggs. A nice simple breakfast to enjoy dining in!

I'm in the Di-Fi and was looking for a quiet place to have a Zoom call. This store was empty and relatively peaceful. Bacon and Eggs with Coffee set me back $14. The potatoes and bacon got nuked and the eggs pan fried with butter. All good! Thin crispy bacon, well seasoned cubed potatoes, and perfectly over-easy eggs. The coffee was a fresh drip and robust. There's no other customers at the time of this writing. Just relaxing to take a call soon.

Was short on time for lunch yesterday so I popped into Le Regency since it's across the street from my office. They were out of egg salad so I went with a pastrami reuben instead. While nothing mid blowing, it was a totally acceptable reuben and I was in and out the door in no time flat. Nice people working here as well. Not a destination, but you could do worse for a quick lunch in the area.

Funny how you can pass by a place for years and never stop in. Anticipating a late lunch one workday, I decided to fill up on a hefty breakfast and didn't want to go far. I liked my croissant sandwich so much that day, I came back another time to try other items. Croissant Egg Bacon Cheese: Reminded me of a Croissan'wich from Dunkin' Donuts, but way better. The croissant itself was fluffy and flaky. The bacon was super crispy, though seemed like it was cooked up a little while earlier. They placed cheese on the top and bottom sides, making it extra cheesy. The fried egg was fine, though I would have liked it to be a tad runny. Bagel & Lox: Sadly, this was quite disappointing. For starters, the capers and fresh dill were missing, leaving a big herbal briny gap in the complete flavor profile. It was served like a bagel sandwich instead of open faced. Seemed be too heavy on the cream cheese and tomatoes, though the lox and onions were in the right portion. It really didn't work. The Bagel & Lox from Wise Sons is so much better.

Good sandwich, I had the Reuben. A bit pricey for just the sandwich, but so goes SF. Prices on Yelp are very outdated.

Chicken salad on Dutch crunch $7.25

Came in here looking dumb HAHAHA. Walking in, I had no idea there was a giant menu on the right. I stood there for 3 minutes looking at a small breakfast menu on the left. Anyways, when you have decided on your sandwich, tell one of the guys behind the deli and they will ask you what your preference is. Mustard/mayo, what cheese, bread, etc. Sandwich is pretty giant. The chicken is a little dry though. I got dutch crunch bread and to my disappointment, it wasn't crunchy!!! Not a very good experience... Maybe will give something else a try but IDK...

    1. Review of lunch from Le Regency Deli. 2. It was busy. 3. The order and prep process was organized. 4. The sandwich maker was efficient and friendly. 5. From arrival to paying for food was well below 15 minutes. 6. Lots of options for sandwiches (meats, breads, cheeses, condiments, etc..) 7. Spicy Chicken Sandwich - real chicken breast, tender, fresh ingredients, good roll. I loved the mustard they used. It had a nice zip. It was very filling. It was a very good sandwich. http://tinyurl.com/434rb9j 8. Decent prices - Just over $11 for sandwich, drink, two bags of chips. 9. Overall, it was a nice experience. If there were not other great sandwich places in the neighborhood, it would garner a higher rating. I would definitely return or recommend.

I had the best egg sandwich on a croissant with ham and cheese. The coffee was really good too! Definitely would come back again!

Very good deli sandwich shop. Great service. Line can be long but moves fast. Go to place for breakfast and lunch in the financial district.

Have been here twice and will be back to eat everything else they have haha. Very punk shop. Tiny little space with a cute parklet in front. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Want to come here for more food, grab a bottle of wine next door, and enjoy the night with a friend. I won't say much about the food, just that there is a reason I want to come back for more. Fresh, delicious ingredients. Carefully thought out and brought together for great combinations. Truly curated experience is how I would put it. I really like this shop.

Came here right at 11:30 AM on a Sunday to get their Brunch Focaccia. The shop is filled with…read moreshelves of unique produce and dry goods, giving a sense of wonder and cozy intrigue. I loved seeing all the other goods they had for sale; though they were pricey, the curation seemed very special and done with love and care. There's some seating outside on benches or the patio deck, and the employees were very friendly and easygoing. The day I went, the brunch focaccia was an artichokes, salsa verde, sundried tomatoes, red onion, arugula, and pepper jack focaccia that day, and it was delicious! they grill it fresh in front of you (takes about 5 minutes), and I'd recommend eating it as soon as possible for the best experience. The focaccia is so light and airy with the crispy crust, and their ingredients are so high quality with a symphony of flavors. Would definitely come back again for this, maybe to also try their paninis!
