So my wife has hit her breaking point with Lennys Burger and refuses to ever go there again. Every time we have gone to Lennys they either mess led up the order or forgot to give us items we have ordered. Tonight was my wife's breaking point. My wife went thru the drive thru and ordered two green chili cheese burgers, two chili cheese fries and a regular fry with her combo. As she was driving off she did a quick check of her order and as usual an item was missing, they forgot the regular fries. My wife had to go inside to get the fries. When she got home we realized one of the orders of chili fries was just fries with cheese. I haven't been to Lennys Burger in quite a long time, probably over a year. We went through the drive up for lunch and it was quite disappointing. I understand that the prices are high due to inflation but WOW! Almost $30! We paid that bill and after about 15 minutes and noticing the car behind up left. I then had to go into to see what was going on with our order. Another 10 mins before it was ready. All they did was give us an extra order of French fries. There were 3 workers and a manager working and it is sad that they could not complete our order in timely manner. I done think I will be visiting Lennys Burger any time soon. read more

Drive thru burger and fries was pretty good. The burger was a good size and the fries were delicious. It's great to support a local business as opposed to going to a huge fast food chain. I'm from AZ and I live in CA now, when I come home I like to eat at childhood favorites. Sadly, I didn't get to eat at Lenny's today. I pulled up to an empty Lenny's parking lot. The lights inside were off inside looking as if Lenny's wasn't open. I check the opening time, it says 10AM. It was 10:30... I pull up to the drive through and a man comes through the intercom speakers and tells me it's going to be one moment. Ten minutes later I'm still sitting in the drive through, haven't ordered and no ones been back to check on me. I speak to a radio silent intercom and I ask, is everyone okay in there? No response. Lenny's burger was delicious! Kiddos and hubby had a hankering for burgers and fries and I remembered Lenny's! Food: *ranch burger no cheese got a thumbs up from my oldest kiddo. She said it was juicy and flavorful. *Cowboy burger was husband approved and definitely worth a try if you like a good burger. The onion rings inside was crispy and husband even commented how his burger actually looked better in person than the picture! That is a win! *Lenny jr cheeseburger got a thumbs up from my middle kiddo who's 12! *chili cheese dogs: my 9 yr old gave it two thumbs up! I'm so ticked! That's it...I'm done coming here. I ordered a patty melt with brown mustard. I get home and what do I have??? a patty melt with no mustard. That same twat that screwed up my order is the one that couldn't get my milkshake right on one of my other visits. She has some very poor listening skills. She cuts off the customer while they are trying to order instead of letting them finish before speaking. Management should teach its staff to read back the customer's order and MAYBE they'd have more accurate orders. And another thing; I know my sandwich takes long, so why don't they at least give you your milkshake and take your payment while you are sitting there waiting? read more

Went through the drive thru waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order (would have left but it's the kind that has you trapped in) then waited another 10 minutes for my food -- Asked for onions on my coney dogs didn't have any, the chili tasted as if were old and one of the hot dog was split open (cooked to long). Lastly the coney fries were way salty and again the chili was old and dark color. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! This was my second time and my first experience wasn't that great but I figured I would give them a 2nd chance well I don't play baseball so there's no 3rd. This is not a total hit on the burger but the burger WITH tip came to just under $10 for a Lenny Burger only. I asked for the mayo sauce on the side and they wanted additional 68 cents. No thanks! I shouldn't be charged extra for a condiment that you put on your burgers for free. The burger was ok for a THIN single patty. It was very similar to a Burger King except Burger King doesn't charge for mayo and their burger patty's aren't usually overcooked. Some of the reviews on here are hilarious, some definitely need to be addressed from management as far as burnt food or not made well food sometimes. First of all it's a small burger joint, this isn't some 5 star burger joint. Two you guys aren't over paying for anything the burgers are priced just fine. Three, if you wanna complain about pricy burgers go to truland where the burger is small as hell and cost 14.99. If your food was bad here okay, complain get new food and move on. The service I usually receive is slow and they take forever to make my food. Today though, the service was extremely horrible because the man working the drive through was extremely rude to me as I was ordering and rushed me through my order( there was no one in front of behind me). He said "what do you want" not even a "hello" or "welcome". He even talked back to me about ordering a cheeseburger because my order "already came with cheese" in a condescending tone. This place was an awful experience. I felt like I was talking to a wall as I explained my order to the kid behind the register and all I said was, "a number 1, a number 2 and 2 kids meals. It was an even bigger nightmare when they stared at me with their eyes all glossed over as I explained they forgot a meal. The restaurant reeked of cigarettes, like the employees smoke in the restaurant when nobody's here. The food itself was subpar at best and they gave us like 5 fries with the meal. Uh, yeah! Welcome to National Cheeseburger Day . After waiting in line the first time for our order, about 10 to 12 minutes, we got home and realized that the order was wrong and the hamburgers were not cooked or prepared like we asked. So, I got back in the truck and drove back to Lennys Burger's on Alma School and Warner and told them what was wrong with our order. I also told them that we had ordered an order of onion rings which we never received. At any rate, I was explaining to the girl at the order window what was wrong and the burger cook took the phone from her and got on and told me "we cook the burgers the way we cook the burgers". I told him that I had ordered "well done burgers and unseeded buns". Both of the burgers that we received the first time around were blood red in the middle. So, I guess that was the burger cook's clever response. I asked him if it was not their policy to cook the hamburgers the way people had ordered them, and he repeated himself. I figured by this time re-ordering would certainly not render anything worth eating but I waited for them to fix the order, a total of 24 minutes from pulling in (again) waiting for the people in front of me to get their food at the pick up window, a total of a 12 minute wait for the people in front of me, and an additional 12 minutes for my order to be remade. I am attaching photos of the hamburger that was provided to us the second time around. As you can see, they wrapped them in the same foil paper, slapped them together and they are certainly appealing aren't they? I just thought I'd give anyone in this neighborhood the heads up that the staff over there are all in their late teens or early 20s and one is more unprofessional and rude than the next. So, if you are hungry for a cheeseburger today, I would not recommend Lenny's Burgers on the corner of Alma school and Warner in Chandler. Rant over. Update: This morning, the owner of Lennys Burger's at Alma school and Warner called me and we had a very nice discussion about what had occurred last night. He was surprised and disgusted to say the least. He has offered to replace our meal and we are appreciative. It took a bit of effort to track him down because he voicemail at that particular location was full and not receiving any calls. There is not a corporate office for Lenny's Burgers as they are all privately owned. So, there was no resolution to be had unless the owner would have called me and he did! These folks where a mess. We ordered on line for pick up on a staturday afternoon. said would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there for my order I got blank stares and then people looking for my order.I was then told by who I expect was the manager that would be another 20 minutes. When asked why I was told it was a big order ( 2 burrgers a chili dog, ruben and a kids meal) and they had just recived it. More likely no one was checking the order quiue and they missed it. I was the only one inside but drive through seemed steady. No apology or offer for a drink while I had to wait which I think to be good customer service. When I did get my order I got a curt have a good day. When I got home the ruben was a soggy mess and the toast was burnt.Burgers were good the chilly cheese dog was sloppy and best eaten with a knife and fork. I went through the drive thru and got a double burger, with fries and chocolate shake. It was good. Not great, a solid hamburger. Very juicy and messy to eat. I got the double burger because I was thinking a quarter pound beef patty would not be enough. The double burger was actually too much. I would suggest a bigger patty, maybe a third-pound burger. The fries were awesome. The fry dipping sauce, not so much. It reminded me of come-back sauce. A french dressing or ketchup mayo mix. It had a very sweet after taste. First should be free. Not 30-cents each. Next time, ketchup. No dipping sauce. The chocolate shake, also good. Very much like a Sonic shake with whip cream and a cherry on top. Also good, but not great. Lenny's is a solid. I've been visiting their Alma school location since it opened the the burgers are spot on. The customer Service is top notch as well. This is the perfect local Berger join. The food was absolutely horrible. The wait times are so long that your food is cold by time you get home. We literally were missing a fry but waited so long we didn't even want it anymore. Over 70 dollars for four pitiful meals. The BLT was so burnt and black to a crisp I couldn't eat it. The burger was soggy and the bun would not even stay on. My onion rings came with 5 onion rings literally only five. Soggy and tasteless. I have never been so disappointed. I wish there was a way to go back in time to not waste over 70 dollars of my money here. It was just awful. I'm still waiting all while the crew is joking and all messing around with someone in the drive through. I can see them eating behind the counter.
