    Chicken Caesar wrap with avocado
    Candice L.

The internet wasn't lying when it said that Lenwich makes the best chicken Caesar salad wrap in NYC. This was hands down the best wrap I've ever had in my entire life. I subbed in chicken cutlet and added avocado, which made the it more flavorful and creamy. There was a good proportion of chicken to salad to croutons. Despite how full it was, the wrap held up nicely. I'll definitely be back.

My go to work day lunch anytime I'm in NYC!! Hands down the best chicken Caesar wrap in the city. I've tried finding something similar in Houston since I've moved away from the city and it just hasn't worked yet. I dream about this wrap!! Service is always incredibly fast & when I've picked up the wrap inside is always clean with friendly staff.

Overall rating: 4.6 I have been coming here for years and get the same thing: a lenwich. The sandwich has changed a bit over the years, but it's still good and fits the need. I will say previously in the early 2000s, they gave full pickles that were really good. However post Covid, they now give pickles in containers and they are NOT good. Do not recommend. I go to this location for lunch and it's a bit disorganized. They should consider having screens so you can see when your order is ready vs relying on being able to hear from the staff in a crowded, loud place. If you're craving a deli sandwich, it's good.

I got a kale chicken Caesar salad and it was ok. It was not very tasty in comparison to Just Salad and other salad places. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the end that the chicken was undercooked. I will not be buying here again as a precaution.

I came here solely for the spicy chicken Caesar wrap and it did NOT disappoint. So good would have again, maybe as a salad next time. Came during lunch on a workday and it was busy, but always moving. Plenty of tables available too.

Solid cheaper Italian sandwich here. Never been before, but came here for the first time not too long ago with coworkers and got the Jimmy T. They do offer a dozen or more options. Came around 1:30 in the afternoon and the line/wait wasn't too bad, but had a steady stream of customers still and plenty of seating for those who wish to eat there. Definitely would go back now that I know how decent their sandwich is.

    Tuna Pesto

"I had never tried tuna pesto before, and I must say, my first experience didn't disappoint! The pesto flavor was just right--not too strong--and it paired wonderfully with the tuna. The avocado was fresh and added a great touch. My only wish is that the sandwich had been a bit larger, especially considering the $13.99 price tag."

These sandwiches are really great. The first time I got it was through ritual and during the dollar dash deal, so I expected it to be really small considering I only paid $1 but it was the juiciest most filling sandwich I've ever had. It was the the Havana sandwich and came with a really great garlic aioli. Amazing. This time I got the Lenwich sandwich on focaccia bread and it was delicious. I try not to finish them because they're so big and filling but they honestly just taste that good. It's nice to have a sandwich that's not frugal with its meat/filling

High-end lunch spot. I appreciated the vegetarian options but the caprese sandwich had too many ingredients. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing!!

Open Wide. It's a pretty big deal. *shown compared to a metrocard.

This was my first time seeing one with roasted duck though. Just a heads up that the street felt a bit sketchy even though it's near the edge of Chinatown. We were unfortunately harassed by someone outside of the store and ended up giving him a few dollar bills... *Chinese Sausage Mala Wrap $10 ** The lap cheong was spread so evenly throughout that I got some in almost every bite. The mala aioli was quite spicy, but not overpowering or lingering. The crispy shallots added such a nice crunch too which I loved! *Duck Tsangwich $16 I was quite surprised that the roast duck skin stayed crispy! The crackly cookie topping could've been thicker since it was pretty flat. They give you chili oil on the side, but it was already super flavorful with the hoisin sauce. Only thing I wished for was more cucumber and scallion to help balance out the richness.

It seemed mayo-based, and the flavor came across more like a sweet honey mayo than a bold Sichuan mala. 4/10. Ordering was quick through the walk-up window, and there are benches outside for seating. It took about 20 minutes for the wrap to come out. The wait for the Duck Tsangwich was around an hour, so we skipped it this time, but we'll definitely be back to try it.

The fact it was in a common neighborhood made it even more enjoyable of a visit! Now to the sandwich..This sandwich itself DEFINITELY lives up to the hype! It really is the REAL DEAL!! Maybe they should change the name to "Da Bomb", because it's that's good! ((4.5 stars)) Sunny…read moreand Annie's is very much a 24/7 neighborhood gem of a corner store and deli. it's packed with packaged foods--candy, chips, cookies, ice cream, soft drinks, beer, and a lot more plus the deli counter serves ups an endless list of creative sandwiches. i am not going to say this place is cramped but it kinda is. for example, if people stand in the wrong areas of the store, it will cause a complete standstill of a traffic jam in the store. my advice: order from the deli (and stand somewhere people aren't trying to get to) or grab whatever you need, pay, and leave. this place is not a place to linger. keep it moving. anyway, the obvious draw of Sunny & Annie's is the endless list of sandwiches that are handwritten cards that are stuck outside glass of the deli counter. there is literally something for the pickiest eaters--from hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, wraps, and more. some sandwiches are named celebrities, politicians, etc. i have ordered a bunch of different sandwiches and have not made it through much of the menu. you can also create your own Frankenstein monster of a sandwich. while the sandwiches are a big part of the draw, the insane amount of snack foods crammed into the store is quite remarkable from the large stand of Doritos, Takis, Cheetos and other popular branded snack foods in the front to the separate stand of Wise snacks to an entire back corner of the store filled with all kinds of chips, popcorn, etc. imo, Sunny's has the freshest-tasting Smartfood Cheddar Popcorn. i know an insane take consider it's a packaged popcorn snack from a megacorp (PepsiCo), but i'll die on this hill. maybe it's cause Sunny's sells a lot of Smartfood popcorn so it gets refreshed often, maybe they have a secret in/pipelinbe from the factory, or it's just magic/alchemy. i don't know, but the Smartfood Cheddar Popcorn never tastes stale-ish like it does at grocery stores, the bags never feel deflated because they have been on shelf long, and the popcorn never has that soft mouthy feel but still has the crunch to it. maybe it's just me, but Sunny's serves a great list of sandwiches...AND the freshest Smartfood Cheddar Popcorn. beyond the snacks, the service from the deli to cashier is upbeat and friendly. in all seriousness, Sunny and Annie's is an Avenue B institution at this point and remains a charming family-owned store--and is NOT a sterile modern clone of a neighborhood business.
