YESSSS KOREAN TOAST! Finally got to try this famous Korean toast spot and I'm glad I did. Came here on a Saturday around lunch time and waited about 45 minutes. Got to try Egg toast and Bulgogi toast, egg toast was good, the sauce was yummy but for the price i paid, i'd say it was ok- nothing exceptional. Their Bulgogi toast was so good, good amount of meat, and juicy! I'd def stop by and get more toast if I'm around this area.

Great concept and really wanted to like it but not quite for my taste! The toast itself is soft and fluffy and great for a milk bread and the bacon egg was loaded on and very aesthetically pleasing. As pictured, the bulgogi was a bit lacking quantity wise and the flavors were a bit overwhelming. Heavy on the oil and salt in the bacon egg sauce, lots of butter on the toast, and extra sweet and salty bulgogi. It is a lot to stomach for lighter palates, although I'm sure it would appeal to others.

Having met them at a random food truck festival late last year, I immediately followed them on social media. Imagine my excitement to see they opened a restaurant in Uptown Market! The restaurant has all of the vibes, friendly people, and cleanliness that makes this place so magical. The food though, my gosh the food. These sandwiches are to die for! A perfect combination of flavors fresh ingredients! I bought a sack of them to give to my employees, friends and family. All with equal enthusiasm. This place will be huge one day. Please never change your style and authenticity.

Go early as there is a wait and in summer it is to hot to sit outside. Great interior retro diner style The bread is great. We ordered the beef steak sandwich and the hot bbq chicken sandwich along with the watermelon drink. As I states the bread is really good. Found the beef sandwich greasy with minimal taste impact. The chicken sandwich had some serious spicy heat. There were to many jalapeños on the sandwich. Had to scrap the excess off The watermelon drink was refreshing. Although was heavy on the sugar.

I have been to Let's Toast when they were just in their food truck. I love the atmosphere they have created with their brick and mortar. The line went very fast and the woman helping at the counter was sweet. I will admit i enjoyed the bulgogi sandwich better when i tried them out in their food truck.

Went on Sunday at 2pm- it was popping! We waited in line for abt 35-45m and then abt 10-15m for the food. Seating is limited inside so keep an eye out while waiting in line to snag seats before your order is ready. We ordered the BEC and The Bulgogi Cheesesteak, as well as 2 watermelon juices, it came to $48. The food was delicious, that watermelon juice is too good, and they will cut your sandwich in half upon request. Please don't let the prices deter you, the experience and flavors are worth a try. Peace

Good food, great service, anytime I order a breakfast that I can't finish I'm probably going to be satisfied this sandwich was heavy, loaded with perfectly cooked egg, lots of crispy bacon and amazing bread! The vibe is cool, I didn't enjoy waiting in such a long line but what do you expect for a hip, new and very poppin place! I'll wait, when the food tastes like this. However I would prefer to order online and pick up.

Delicious and fresh! Look this is a small spot in the Uptown plaza. They recently went from food truck to brick and mortar, which I give mad props! It's still new and very popular but worth the wait! The staff work hard and diligently and are very friendly. A limited menu but that's why it works. Korean sammies on toasted milk bread jammed pack full of flavor. Oh and the watermelon freeze drink? So refreshing. Continue to give them all the love and support, Phoenix!

Menu (Limited offerings, at this time), but 2 of 3 savory sandwiches I ordered & tried were good.

Finally got a chance to check this place out. It's my understanding that this business originally started as a Food Truck and they opened a brick & mortar location in the Uptown Plaza. It's a small store front with only 3-4 person table tops & 6 bar stool seats at a counter inside and they do have a few tables outside. Upon entering you are immediately in front of the place to submit your order. This place was full and a small line for ordering. The gentleman that took my order was friendly & professional. I opted to try the bulgogi cheesesteak and bacon & egg sandwiches to go. They have a limited menu which is fine. By the time I had gotten home, it was still fairly warm and it was packaged well. Everything was cooked properly and seasoned well. Definitely worth the trip for me from the east valley.

Well good heavens!!!!!!! This place started as a food truck at the Central Ave Farmers market and was always packed. They have a Brick and Mortar now in Uptown Plaza. Lots of Foodie buzz. I wandered a bit until I finally saw it tucked in the corner next to Ellies and Lather. You can get your bath products after.lol So, I had a job in the area today and thought I would stop by on the way home since I have heard about them nonstop for ages. EVERYTHING was great. The decor is super cute. I Love the 50S STYLE DINER red chairs and the hilarious bread pillows. It is a tad harder for me to go out these days since my heart attack but I did not feel rushed at all. I was allowed to take my time so I had fun watching. I appreciate that. It is a smaller place but I feel a lot of folks get," takeaway to go" here. SAT at the counter bar area and got to watch the staff make these amazing sandwiches. Unbeknownst to me the owner was the gentleman doing 100 things at once right in front of me. Shawn was super nice. I am a gabber when it comes to good food. I felt bad. I like to chew people's ears off when it comes to history of food ideas. Lol pun intended of course. Haha! And Shawn the owner is personable, professional, in the ditches doing the work, and very accommodatingly friendly. I wanted to jump up to help. By the way, they are hiring. The sandwiches are freaking delish and huge. I ended up taking half home. Not a bad thing. Okay, a few things to know. The menu is small only two types of sandwiches and a desert style toast. Let me tell you I am going back to try all three. The inside is small. They do have tables outside, no misters that I saw though. Yet us Phx people love good food because it stayed packed the entire time I was there.Of course 95 degrees is winter to us. Haha I did not get a drink but it seemed the watermelon drink was very popular. They do have non diet soda in the cooler. Coke products and a self serve water station. No diet that I saw so I stuck with water. Not sure if they sell coffee. Sorry I did not notice. I think not. The idea is unique and popular and oh so so good. The owner tops it even higher. I am happy to see a small business thrive. Nice to meet you Shawn and friends. NY friends it is not on a Kaiser but check them out on a different version of a home town favorite. The milk bread is so good. Phillie friends check out their steak sandwich version. Price point is around 15 dollars a sandwich. I got 2 meals out of it.

This place is so cool looking and only makes a few sandwiches. Their homemade milk bread was super soft and I ordered the bulgogi cheesesteak. The sandwich had lots of cheese and a welcome fried egg inside. Definitely washed it down with the cool refreshing watermelon slushie. Lines can get long and there is really no place to sit as they only had a few tables inside along with several stools, 3 tables outside but not when it's 108 degrees. Must try and support the mom and pop business. Both owners were there were extremely hard and I wish them great success.

Man I had to go two days in a row I can tell you its all about that milk bread so nice and fluffy and toasted perfectly 1st day I got the bulgogi with jalapeño and the spicy sauce no egg for me pure Heaven 2nd day i got the spicy chicken that was grate too a skip the soda and get the watermelon slushy please be patient with these guys they just opened there super busy

Finally! I would have to travel back to Japan to get a tastier sandwich than this! Happy to support a husband and wife small business from the beginning. Ive followed these sandos since the first few farmers market appearances. Owners are super friendly and truly enjoy their customers. The bacon and egg is my favorite. These are hearty and delicious. A full meal, no way you can finish it in one sitting. It's a simple menu and it's perfect. Just in time for summer the watermelon juice is a refreshing delight. So Yummy. Nice to go packaging available or enjoy the fresh new restaurant, beautiful vintage vibe with modern touches throughout. Cant wait to be back!

I know some of you are uneducated about the quality of a meatball sandwich & that's ok, I'm not judging so do not be offended. To begin... This is a neighborhood place just like back east , nestled in a neighborhood on the corner hidden from the strip mall garbage. When you come here, and you better, do not be distracted by the path to tasty food. It is in an older neighborhood with minimal parking but fantastic personalities, service & FOOD! Back to the real topic... Meatball Sandwich; when you ask what is the cheese that use & the owner is educated on quality be states "Provolone on the bottom, Mozzarella on top" just know you're in the right place! The flavor is top notch, added some cherry peppers to spice it up just right, bell peppers & onions are standard. Took it to go, drove about 20 minutes to where I needed to be, the aroma was teasing me, the concern of the sandwich being cold or soggy rang in my mind while driving the 17 to the 10.. I was nervous, anxious & salivating.... Opening the togo container to see the glorious sandwich! The meatballs are still hot, the sauce is holding place & the bread is still bread, not some soggy remnant of dough! Thank you for the pride, quality & tasty sandwich.
