I double checked the order slip that was placed on the package and it was marked with both dressings, so I know the mistake wasn't on my end. Regardless, all of the veggies were very fresh and the dressing and hot sauce were very flavorful. Everything was portioned well and the meal was very hearty. It was also packaged in a way that made it easy to take with me to go. They have a lovely spacious outdoor patio that I would have loved to sit on, especially since it was a gorgeous day out. The inside and exterior of the restaurant was also very clean and tidy and bright. The service was friendly but it was busy when I came, so it felt like they were very rushed. While the prices at Mendocino Farms are on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it completely worth it. The salads are original, incredibly tasty, and consistently fantastic. What truly sets this place apart for me is personal: my mother has a chronic illness and often has very little appetite. One of the *only* things she reliably eats--and genuinely enjoys--are the salads here. Even on days when she says she has no appetite at all, the Mendocino Farms salads are a sure thing. The way that this place works, you stand in line, place your order, they give you a number, grab a table (inside or outside) and they will bring out the food to you. Pretty easy and simple. Added 4 ingredients: Tomatoes, Spinach, Red Bell Peppers, Cheddar/Jack Cheese and for an additional Garlic Mushrooms, paid $0.95 cents. (I can't eat my omelette w/out Mushrooms).
