I was in the mood to pig out, it has been a while since I have been to a buffet given everything going on currently. I called and they were open so my guest and I headed over. They weren't crazy busy but also weren't dead empty either. They were taking precautions by social distancing seating and one way paths. They did have a limited buffet which was understandable given they cant have a full house. They also had people serving the food to prevent cross contamination from guests. Everyone was required to wear a mask unless they were sitting at their table. Overall, not a bad setup given the requirements and safety they are trying to stay in line with. The food is just average. In a place like this, I typically go for the fried shrimp, fish, things like that because it always seems to be fresher, but overall everything was decent. They do have amazingly delicious egg drop soup, I had two large helpings. Its this deep yellow rich color. Yum!! Definitely flavorful. The one piece of feedback I would give them would be to train the serving staff that when guests say just a little bit, they genuinely mean a little bit. The server was very generous with the helpings even when I asked for a small amount which meant, I did waste a little food since I couldn't take it with. Right now I am sure the company also would appreciate less waste, so they may want to have a conversation about that with their workers. Other than that no complaints. read more

Bad experience we went on October 31 to celebrate my sons birthday dinner and we got there like around 3:30 not even 20 minutes being there we got food that food was so nasty. It was cold. It was been sitting there for a long time when I went to go, tell the server that the cold food was nasty and the food you can eat eat the chicken or anything else. It was nasty so I try to get my refund back. I paid almost $100 and she said that she was gonna give me a refund only just mine because I'm the only one that stand up is just ridiculous. I was complaining with my family and just cause my kids didn't eat anything, even the servers told me to call corporate manager she didn't wanna give me the manager number so was ridiculous. It was nasty food and I will never go again there ever even the bathroom was nasty. Paper towels, everywhere toilet clogged it was gross. I suggest you guys going there. read more

We entered with high hopes, especially after reading online reviews. While there was a large selection of food, most of it tasted the same. I tried four different chicken dishes and we couldn't really tell them apart. In fact, I had to spit out two different things I tried. The photo is of my second attempt to find something edible. The dumpling smelled off. I had to spit out the fried banana. The Vegetable Spring Roll was too greasy. The only thing edible is the Cream Cheese Wonton. The reason I'm even giving two stars is because the wontons were delicious and we appreciated the COVID cautions (requiring the use of masks, the utilization of disposable gloves and tableware, etc). read more

I went there for a late lunch after church today. I have been throwing up the shrimp for the last 2 hours. Worst diarrhea I have ever had. Seriously, very, very sick. for starters three and a half stars but no option for that so here we go. Pay up front, get your table and the feast is on!!!!. There are four rows of food available starting with the cold station with fruit, salads, dressings, desserts and cold sauces. Next up is the hot food, typical chinese takeout dishes like broccoli beef, sweet and sour chicken, fried chicken, fried fish, baked chicken, baked fish, chinese bbq pork ribs (delicious), baked ribs, hot and sour soup, egg drop soup and many other options that will take too long to remember and list. Seriously, there is a lot of protein options as well as a Mongolian bbq area and some sushi rolls in the back corner. They must serve steak at dinner time as there is a sign but none being cooked when i was here for lunch. Interesting observations at this restaurant. In the hour I was there I only saw one person use the Mongolian BBQ. The sushi rolls are not labled and the lady preparing it was so busy talking to one of the other staff members i walked away. Overall the restaurant and buffet lines are very clean and well attended but some of the food i took could have been warmer. I am a former food service worker and hot food is supposed to be kept at 140 degrees. That is hot enough that you should notice. Many of the hot items were warm to cold by the time i sat down to eat. If you like chicken wings, load up, there was plenty. The fried shrimp and fish were pretty good and crispy but the shrimp was mostly breading. Some interesting finds in the buffet options were ground beef enchiladas, garlic bread, baby octopus in some sauce, broccoli chicken if you dont want beef, french fries, some sad looking pizza and one item that i really enjoyed was the cream cheese puffs and the chinese bbq ribs. I could have eaten a hundred of those puffs. A note about the broccoli beef, they are way over tenderizing whatever cheap cut of beef they procure as it was mushy and barely had a consistency denser than the sauce. As stated before the staff was on top of it. I never noticed any food spilled all over the buffet lines, the floor was clean and most of the food was restocked quickly as some of the popular items go quick. Very mediocre Asian buffet, and I've been to many of them. The sushi station had VERY limited offerings...just variations on imitation crab California rolls. No salmon or tuna of any kind. No steamed crab legs or fresh boiled shrimp. Much of the Asian food was overcooked and some of it outright burned (like the Teriyaki chicken). Not good and not worth the $13 senior discount price of lunch. Also lacked coordination. After paying and getting my food, no one brought my drink to the table. Awesome selection, lots of variety. Limited seafood but what I tried was good. Liked all I tried except for spare ribs (a little fattier than I like). Ample selection of great chicken (pineapple chicken was delicious), lots of various soups and rice noodles. To top it off lot and lots of dessert options. Very good for the price. read more

How do people think this place is good is beyond me. Not sure what processed me to come to a buffet maybe it was the too many drinks and I was just really hungry for a lot of food. OMG this place was pretty bad even buzzed! The sushi rolls looked horrifying I didnt touch them most other foods were over cooked, or over seasoned. I am a huge fan of asian buffets and it was only time before I visited Lin's Grand Buffet. I am going to start this review with the food is sub-par at best, but I STILL gave it 4 stars and here is why. When you drive up to Lin's you notice that there is ample parking everywhere. I drive by this place every day and I cannot remember a time the parking lot was not filled with cars. That is usually an indicator. You walk into the facility and you notice how clean and majestic the entire place looks. The asian themed glasswork, the huge stone horses above the buffet along with modern/rustic aged wood tables really brings the place alive. I paid for my meal was seated immediately. Beverages came quick and I was off to ravage the buffet. The buffet is an assortment of every nationality and ethnicity. You could get traditional Chinese food with Mexican enchiladas and Southern fried fish. Ordinarily this would be off-putting, but no where in the name did it say it was a Chinese buffet. The Mongolian grill attendant was prompt and cooked my selection quick. The sushi section had an actual sushi chef working in there and the buffet itself was clean and well stocked. The food is what you would expect from a Buffet. No one goes to a buffet for how "great" the food it, but rather the selection and undoubtedly, the quantity. I polished off 4 plates myself. Some highlights of good tasting food included the soups, Jalapeño Chicken and the deserts. The rest of the food was mediocre and it was hard to discern from the 20 chicken dishes that looked identical. the shrimp was pretty stale and the fresh fruit all had freezer burn after tastes. I am still puzzled why there is a selection of 6 or 7 salad dressings, when all the salads in the trough already come with dressing on them. Despite all of this, our entire meal for 2 including drinks and tax came to $32. That is a win. Most buffets for dinner range in the $15.99 - $18.99 per person. This place was $12 per person. Again, I am hard pressed to find any food connoisseur that goes to buffet for their extraordinary food. You go there for selection. This place was clean, great service, and a steal at $12 per person. I definitely recommend coming here as a budgeted dinner option. Again, it is a buffet for $12. read more

I must say this is the best Chinese buffet I have been to in my life of 60 plus years! The thing that's really good about it is the quality of the food that they use is exceptional which is unusual for buffets. Nothing was greasy or killed with batter. First thing I noticed when we were about to start getting food, there's like no order to how people got their food. People just cutting in front of you left and right. Food wasn't that great.
