I love books, especialy mystery books! But If you love food /games / and little drama, it's a fun night. Just don't eat your empanada too fast -- you'll need both hands when it's time to point out the killer of "who done it" Original empanada was my favorite. Next time is the tower to die for!

Welcome to Loaded Empanadas! The restaurant is located on 750 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. They quickly bring out a couple ice waters. For our Sangria Tower we are having the Traditional Red (red wine with orange and blackberry blends), Just Peachy (peach, strawberry, pineapple with white wine) and Lychee Sangria (Champagne with lychee juices). Oh my! What presentation! That's a lot of alcohol! I'll start with the Traditional Red. It's very tasty and not very strong. Each is nicely garnished. I'm now trying the Just Peachy. It's nice! Cute garnish and tasty! Not overly strong. For my next drink, I'm trying the Lychee Sangria. This is probably my favorite! For our meal, we are having the Loaded Empanadas which are going to be Passion Chicken (chicken and mango salsa in passion fruit sauce served with spicy mango sauce), Tropical Sea (sweet maple glaze shrimp, peppers, caramelized pineapple served with a spicy remoulade) and Magic Mojo (Mojo-marinated pork, corn and carrot served with a spicy guacamole sauce). The owner even did a table touch! First up is Magic Mojo (pork). This is good! I love that fruity sauce! I've asked for a hot peppers. They only have malaguetas. What are those? That's a first for me! Let's see how these are! They have kick! Next up is the Passion Chicken. The sauce tastes a bit like mango. I like it! The last one is the Tropical Sea. This is yummy! The sauce is a bit cheesy and yummy! These hot peppers really help me down it all! What a great brunch here! Those empanadas are filling (I only ate 4). What a great meal here!

I love this place so much! Their food is fantastic and home made. The service is incredible annndddd they have so many events taking place all the time, you'll never get bored! There was a murder mystery going on downstairs while we painted away a beach scape upstairs. It was a blast and we'll be back for sure!!

Very good! I placed a mobile order but was a little nervous where I could park because that lots is always crazy. Luckily they have quite a few 15 minute parking spots. I was greeted when I walked in by two friendly members of the staff. It's super cute inside and the music outside was a nice touch. I ordered the passion chicken empanadas with a side of cheese rolls. I've had the empanada at the Brazilian location so I knew what to expect. Very delicious and great portion.

*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2026 menu *** This has been one of my bookmarks for a while now, and when I saw it on the RW list, I picked a date and locked it in. I went for their lunch menu. For the empanada--and there are many--I chose the Cubano with pork, ham, pickle and white cheddar in their special mayo sauce. The empanada was served with a small container of Mojo aioli. The service was Was different from the publisged menu. Course 2 was served first and it was perfect! I ordered the mushroom soup. It was very hearty and served very hot. For the empanada course, the Cubano was a good choice. The flavor that came through the most was the pulled pork. The other ingredients stated on the menu didn;t stand out as much. The mojo aioli was outstanding. For dessert, there isn't a choice at lunch. It is flan and it was very good. It was very close to what my wife's aunt used to make to spoil me. Soft, creamy, with a great flavor, it was a perfect ending to this lunch. I definitely will be back. They also gave me my choice of seating and I chose the back to watch the FIFA match between Canada and Bosnia Herzegovina. What a way to enjoy lunch!

I have had Loaded Empanadas on my list and was glad to see them on Restaurant Week which allowed me to help Three Square. I had their 3 course lunch special at midafternoon. They were not very busy and service was fast and my server Alejandra was friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant has a comfortable vibe with upbeat Latin music. I chose the Tropical Sea Empanada with sweet maple glazed Shrimp, caramelized pineapple and peppers and served with Spicy Remoulade Sauce. The Empanadas come 2 to an order and you can choose baked or fried. The baked take a little longer but that was my choice and did not disappoint. Simply Delicious. My choice of side was Yum Yum Broccoli. Perfectly cooked Brussels Sprouts with roasted garlic and paprika oil. Dessert was Chocolate Mousse. Smooth, intense chocolate with a whipped cream topping. A chocolate overload I look forward to returning as they have many other items that appear appetizing.

I stopped in after getting my hair done next door. First off this place is adorable! Intimate, like it would be good for a date night! There is also an upstairs area! The service was next level! Everyone I encountered was perfect and more than willing to take the time to explain everything on the menu. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick; I maybe waited 15 minutes. On Tuesday they do buy two get one free for tapas so I took advantage! The chicken mango empanadas were fantastic! But everything on the menu looked good! Bacon wrapped dates were a win! Brussel sprouts were good, but a little too sweet for me and the bruschetta like thing was tasty! I would strongly recommend and will return!

Loaded Empanadas was a really nice surprise and an easy recommendation in Vegas. The standout was the Passion Chicken empanada--a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy that totally works with the side sauces, and feels bold without being gimmicky. Definitely not what you expect, in the best way. The ambiance and decor add to the experience, paired with music that makes you curious rather than fading into the background. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, happy to walk you through the menu. Not a life-changing empanada, but a solid find for something quick, flavorful, and a little unexpected. I'd happily come back to try more.

    Dessert: churros (so good)

Attend their Master Empanada cooking class and had a great time! Food, drinks and learning to make empanada all for $45, can't beat this deal. Class started at 6pm in the upstairs area of the restaurant. The owner and the head chef lead the class on how to make empanadas. They demonstrated how the dough is made, how to stuff the empanadas and then we got to take turns making empanadas to take home and cook. We also learned how to make their delicious bacon wrapped dates! While the cooking lesson is being taught you get an order of empanadas, dates wrapped in bacon, some drinks and desserts at the end of class. I had a great time and highly recommend this for a night out or a fun date night.

One word: WOW. The food here was amazing! The service was great and the ambiance was cute. What we ordered as a family of 4: magic mushroom, veggie bomb, tropical sea, shrimp al ajillo, shishito peppers, crème brûlée empanada, churros and an order of chicken bites with fries. They said everything was made in house - even the chicken bites and fries (never from frozen). We were so surprised on the taste. The food was fresh, delicious and even my kids loved it. They are the biggest food critics. Our server gave us recommendations and always checked on us. They even gave our kids a cool ball game to play after we ate our food while we were ready to leave and pay the tab. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant. You won't regret it. Prices are above average when you think of empanadas, but they are in Summerlin and you pay for the experience. We ate everything. No food left for leftovers. We will be back!!!

Sangrias my favorite was the pomegranate, not too sweet
    Christine D.

WOW! This place is a hidden gem in Summerlin for sure! The incredible service was friendly and fast. They're sangria was excellent /not overly sweet. The food was absolutely superb. I've been to Argentina and this place is legit. Our favorite empanada was the meatball with Manchego and the chicken with mango-both so light and flaky (not greasy) Also happy hour starts at 7:00.

We've dined here 3 times with friends and the service is incredible! The food is always wonderful. We've met the owner each time we've been there. She not only works hard but has impeccable customer service. We weren't going to get dessert the last time we visited and she brought us one of everything, on the house.

I heard this place was good, but we have so many restaurants in Las Vegas it's hard to get to all of them. I bought a Groupon to remind me to go check them out. Oh boy, this one did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in the ambiance, the decor & the music sets the tone. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. We didn't try any alcoholic beverages this time, I wanted to save room for the food. But the drinks looked lovely. They have sangria & also by the pitcher. We started with Dates wrapped in bacon, & Popcorn Calamari with honey Sriracha sauce! Then we shared the Garlic Steak Entree with loaded rice & the Classic Empanada we chose it fried & came with a Chile Lime Chimichurri. We finished with flan & churros. It was way too much food but EVERYTHING was so good, we wanted to try this & that. If you are looking for a great dinning experience with everything made in house, come on down for a great & tasty experience. Leave room for dessert! The flan was so light & delicate. The churros had 5 good size, fresh & warm with Carmel & chocolate sauce. We MUST go back! Their happy hour is now only from 7p- close. They also have a special on Tuesday buy 2 empanadas & get 1 free. They also have brunch on Sat & Sun. Only got the dessert pictures. But the presentation of all the courses is fun!

The latter two are vegetarian and I wanted to go for a vegetarian friendly restaurant just for them. The olive oil tasting was my idea so I also had to choose the restaurant. My LTP and I actually went to a different tapas restaurant about a month ago and we loved it. So I wanted to try one of these again. Our tasting was scheduled to start at 6:00pm and I booked a reservation for 4:00pm through OpenTable. They have a very spacious patio, but due to the excessive heat warning in place at the time, we decided to dine inside. I didn't look at their hours of operation beforehand, so when we walked in, it was empty. Then I noticed that they open at 4:00pm on Saturday's and we were literally the first customers inside. We got a spacious table near the back of the restaurant, where our waiter for the day was Zach. He explained to us that all their food on the menu is based out of Spain, especially the paella, which takes about 40 minutes to cook and is meant to serve about two-four people. We started off with some drinks, where I got the mango margarita, my LTP and my dad respectively got the Atomic Duck and the El Pato Loco Mexican Lager from Able Baker, and my mom and my best friend's mom and stepdad shared a bottle of Chardonnay. While the margarita was on a bit of the sweet side compared to other margaritas I've had, it was still really good and it had a really fruity taste to it. We ordered the following and all six of us shared most of them; short rib pintxo, pork belly pave, patatas bravas, ole mis croquetas, iberico dates, and chicken tinga/braise short rib empanadas. Initially, I ordered just the chicken tinga for myself and my LTP was supposed to get the braise short rib, but my plate had chicken tinga and braise short rib together. That was ok, though, because both the chicken and short rib were absolutely delicious. The short rib pintxo came on a stick, with the rib falling off the stick as I took the first bite out of it. The pork belly pave was cooked perfectly. The patatas brava were spicy, but I would say 'good' spicy. The croquetas were overall one of my favorites; when I sliced it down the middle with my fork, the mashed potato filling spilled out of it. Hands down, Tres was a fantastic restaurant. The portions weren't too big or too small and everything here was so good. Would love to sit on their patio when the weather becomes cooler!

It was date night and we wanted a place that had a coursed meal and was off the strip. We found A Different Beast had all you can eat and a pre fixed menu. This was great and exactly what we were looking for; something different and fun. We had a lot of small bites and we added their mocktail and alcohol drink pairings. Nearly everything we had we absolutely LOVED. Once we went through the menu and tasted everything, we were able to pick the items that we loved and wanted to taste again. And also when you're shelling out some good $$$$, you want to leave the place FULL. *********************************************************** Final thoughts: I would love to go try this place again. I believe they change their menu often. All the plates are beautiful which should go unsaid, but I literally took no photos of all the plates we had, so you're just going to have to trust me. Pro Tip: Highly recommended that you make a reservation. You can skip the wine/alcohol pairings/mock-tail pairings. While they do "enhance" the experience, I wouldn't say they made my experience to the next level.

Nice restaurant with high ceiling, warm decor and a small wine glass cellar that you can see from most anywhere you sit in the restaurant. The moment we arrived to the moment we left, service was amazing. Timo was a waiter and was so attentive to us. Great recommendations and we enjoyed it all. Our water glasses and water bottle on the table were never empty. Timo and support staff were great. You have a few AYCE options and we did the $65pp. The first 3 items on this menu are only provided once while the rest of the food menu is unlimited. You have 90mins to dine. We actually only ordered up to 2 on a few items as we actually did get pretty full. The appetizer size food items were all flavorful and most served on crostini. Some were savory amd refreshing. Great sauces to complement the fish or meat. We had 3 dessert options. We did the cheesecake and the white chocolate pudding. Omfg, loving the rich creaminess of the pudding with sea salt sprinkled and topped with tiny roasted marshmallows. The cheesecake is not served with anything but it's not plain at all. It's beautifully buttery and light. 2 things that stood out: The chef came out to chat with us which was so enjoyable. The food and service were already great and the chef's attention to each table was a topper. Timo, our waiter cleaned our table of crumbs and provided new folks and napkins so that we can enjoy dessert. We appreciated that. All went well and we will visit again. Totally recommend ADB!

Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.

It felt like the perfect mix of lounge and restaurant energy, making it great for both celebrations and date nights. The food was really good as well. We had the miso salmon, Hamachi fried rice tacos, Caesar salad, and shrimp, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The tacos were definitely one of my favorites and something I'd order again. I also appreciated their drink menu. They have a great variety of cocktails, but I especially loved that they offer non alcoholic drinks that still look and feel elevated instead of just being an afterthought. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food made this a really enjoyable experience. You can tell a lot of thought went into the aesthetic and overall vibe of the place. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again, especially for a date night or girls night.

However, I did return when the business was better prepared and it was a great experience overall. The Wagyu sliders , and teriyaki short ribs were my absolute favorite . The oxtail fried rice was about 7/10. The Brussel sprouts were phenomenal , teriyaki tacos were a little salty but creative, the chicken wings were fried well but lacked flavor ,& the cocktails were mid . Regina was our server and although she was spread thin she was still checking on us and taking our orders. I was disappointed to learn they only had vanilla ice cream for dessert. I would like to see a dessert menu with some variety. The playlist/music went perfect with the vibe of this place and I truly enjoyed the ambiance. There's still room for improvement here, I know it's also supposed to be a lounge and I was told there would be a DJ on the weekends but I have yet to see that vibe .

It wasn't busy when we arrived on Sunday afternoon so it didn't take long at all to get our orders. My friend and I had the same thing and it was delicious. I really love the creamy ice cream and the honeycomb is something I don't get every day, so it's a real treat. There are monthly specials and different soft-serve flavors and combos to choose from. They also offer cotton candy items as well as tea drinks and shakes. The establishment has lots of seating and it's very clean.

We stopped in about an hour before they closed, and they were out of stock of a few of the things we wanted which is fine due to the fact we went so close to them closing. We ended up getting the classic vanilla with honey and if you have not had it, it is 100% worth a stop. Prices are reasonable enough, the place is clean, however being nit-picky I dont care for the layout where you order feels like a pinch point between the seating, people coming in-out and ordering, feels disorganized, register should be moved to the front side where the water case is. No points lost for that, just a suggestion. Where they lose a star is the customer service, the guy who helped us clearly did not care about customer service, and provided the absolute bare minimum required to get us in and out. Overall, great ice cream and I would highly recommend trying it.
