On my first visit, I was lucky enough to be helped by Gabi, an amazing and incredibly helpful employee. She took the time to walk me through the menu, guiding me through all the delicious options. Her warm and supportive demeanor made the experience even better as I chose my dish. I ended up trying the chicken with chipotle sauce, and wow--what a perfect pairing with the chicken's seasoning. To top it all off, Gabi surprised me with a cookie at the end, making the experience feel extra special. Went by Luna Grill to enjoy something different that wasn't fast food, I ordered the chicken kebab, hummus, and white rice. The kebab was amazing tasting, with a nice amazing taste. I never enjoyed hummus but here at Luna Grill, it was so good I actually enjoyed it for the very first time! Finally with the white rice, nice and simple, as rice should be. Service was very nice and didn't see any problems with them! The vibes of the place was nice and clean with the teal color. It was a calming place to be in personally! I absolutely love this place. I went in last week 30 min before closing feeling bad because I truly wanted to dine in because I had a long & busy day but from start to finish all employees gave great service. I even looked at the cooks to see their reaction and they were focused on their orders. I was the only one there as they started to clean to close and I expressed my apologies & Aranza was so kind and reassured me I was completely fine. Food is amazing, we always get the stuffed grape leaves and a chicken & shrimp plate because it's always fantastic. Seriously, if you're looking for a healthier dinner that also blows away what sad burger you might have considered.....this is the place. Shereen is super nice too and had great recommendations. I usually have my usual, the pita falafel crunch with a side of fries, at different locations, and even this location! But this time, it was EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT I really had to go to the manager and tell her about it! I told her about my delight in the sandwich that I bought and asked her to tell the cook who made. This was our first visit and i have to say my husband and i were impressed. The food was so flavorful and I liked that there was more than one tea option. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. This will definitely be a new spot for us. They have outside seating but it was windy so we will try that next time. Very clean and the staff knows there the warmest and coolest seats are. Food was pretty good, I just had the bistro plate with the peach n burrata which I highly recommend but man definitely come in during their slow time, around 2-4pm or else it gets super packed. Luna Grill is our go-to casual dining restaurant. Food is always tasty and more healthful than other similar eateries. They have a good variety of meats and vegetarian offerings. We've also found that the food is prepared the same location to location. So we always try to find a Luna Grill when we're in an unfamiliar area. On 2/7 we were served by Isme and Danny. Overall, I think Luna Grill is great! This particular Luna seems to still be struggling. I have been here 33 minutes for a to go order. They said it would still be another 5 minutes. Someone needs to look into this. I would hate for it to close down because of poor service. As I picked up my food, I mentioned something. The manager gave me a card worth $17 toward a free meal. This is my go to place when I choose to eat out. After a long workout I needed good protein fuel. I ordered online but noticed that I couldn't modify extra protein for the make your own bowl option.
