I would've put 5 stars but... My family and I came to check out this place because we really like Mediterranean food. We walked up to the counter to read the menu since we were new to the place and the cashier Kendyl didn't seem very friendly at all. No welcome, no hi, or any acknowledgment at all. Once we were ordering the cashier was so rude. Her body language was just flat out rude and she rolled her eyes at us while we were ordering. The place is really nice though and super clean. Unfortunately they didn't have the other meat besides the gyro meat which was super disappointing. The food was pretty good although really wish we got more pita for the hummus. In all honesty I'm not sure if we'll be back but good to know for next time. read more

This one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants. My husband and decided to try this new location, we've tried their other location and we loved it. I have to say, I wasn't impressed with the staffs customer service nor the quality of the food. My pitta bread was a bit hard and the hummus had a unusual taste. I come here quite often and the food is always good. Customer service is good too. There are vegetarian and vegan options. Standout items are the Luna Vida Vegetarian Bowl and Santorini Bowl with falafel. Their fries are good too if you order them there but if you get them to go, they become soggy. I think it has to do with the type of box they are put in. They don't have ranch but they have garlic feta dip which is honestly better. It is AMAZING. Luna Grill doesn't show up on the map when I search vegetarian or vegan food. That needs to be changed. You are losing out on business by not saying you have vegetarian and vegan food, when you have quite a lot to offer. read more

Great food and service. I had an issue with my credit card and the cashier, Richard, was very quick to help me. After several unsuccessful attempts, my card was declined. Without hesitation, Richard paid for my order. Richard told me not to worry about it , And proceeded on to help the next customer. I was left surprised and thankful. It was very much appreciated. This used to be my family's fave restaurant before the pandemic. This year, incl. yesterday, the food is terrible! The salmon, which was burned and over cooked (see pic) smelled rancid and fishy, as if it were fried in old catfish oil. They either didn't use actual basmati rice but instead used cheapo rice OR they boiled the total life out of the rice. Salad dressing was bitter. Avoid this place, it is not the same as before! I usually come here after work since it's nearby and the food is good. My usual is the gyro plate. Sometimes the gyro can be salty on some days, there's a good amount of salad and rice with a roasted tomato on the side on the large platter. For drinks, they do have fountain soda along with lemonade, pomegranate limeade, and blue sky soda (Mandarin Lime). They take card. The restrooms are kept clean and the staff is nice. They do have an app with a rewards clubs. The place can get packed with all the office people working nearby. read more

It was very very good with that today order the same thing I don't know what the heck I got because it wasn't the Apple wrap it had the kale olives that I hate cucumbers, feta cheese and some other stuff I didn't ask I did not ask for that and that's what I got.
