Our daughter took us here while we were visiting NY for her graduation for Wagyu Shabu. I normally don't like places with many prices, but since our daughter chose it so we enjoy with her. The prices on the windows are very confusing and more like false advertising for me, the lower prices are for the members which we're not since this is our first time and definitely our last, unless our daughter wants to come here again. So the price is the more expensive one. For me, I prefer straight forward pricing, so this didn't give me good vibes, it's not the money, just the way they advertising and we have to know what we can only have with the price we chose. The restaurant just gives us the specific menu for what we selected to have then we don't have to be denied for what we chose because we selected gold instead of top of the line menu. The place is clean and nice. For $78/per person and only have Australian Wagyu Beef (not really Wagyu) then it's over priced. We did have some premium beef which I liked because of the marble of fat on the beef quite tender and tasty, but only a sampler or whatever they called it. Service with one person is quite inadequate but she's very attentive and pleasant, since she had to run the whole restaurant, sometimes forgets things. The tomato broth was good and everyone liked it. The seafood plate is OK and our sweet shrimps are sweet. Some snow crab legs, jumbo shrimps, fish fillets, nothing to make me go wow. The appetizers tempura is crispy and good. The raw octopus is tasty. The vegetables are fresh and clean. After they denied me the premium beef sampler, I let my daughter to order everything else and I just enjoyed with the family. My daughter seemed to be happy and ate a lot, so I was happy. I've eaten enough shabu, hot pot to know that Australian or American Wagyu are overrated, many of them are tough and chewy, not as tender as normal ribeyes or Brisket that I like. This restaurant Wagyu beef does have marbles of fat in it, so it's tender and not so chewy. So, for the GOLD menu, I don't think it's worth the $78 but for special occasions, it's OK. Service improved later as more staff came on shift. The beef was decent, and we chose the mid-tier menu. Came here to check out their seasonal menu promotion it's about $32 per person with a limited menu. It has all the essentials you need for hotpot plus you get a free plate of Wagyu each. Most of the dishes are self service - fish paste, Fishballs, vegetables, fruits, meatballs, etc. The protein you need to order on the tablet. There's also a lot of side dishes to order from the kitchen: dumplings, sliders, French fries, etc. The French fries were really delicious. I like how the meat slices are sliced so thin! But you definitely need to order more. Each plate is like 4-6 thinly sliced meat. The food overall was quite good. I highly recommend the sukiyaki broth, our group all enjoyed it. The golden broth on the other hand was quite mediocre. There's also free drinks and you get ice cream at the end. I do think the service is a bit slow and they don't clear empty plates often. Saw this new wagyu hot pot place open in flushing with pretty good reviews and had to come try. It's located in the center of flushing commons area and pretty close to the big parking lot. We came on a Saturday at opening time and they were open but some things were not ready yet. The service was fast and efficient, just like how we like it, and the restaurant is nice and spacious, lots of table and can accomondate lots of people. This restaurant is very close to the style of restaurants in China, lots of free stuff that comes with the hot pot buffet package like free fruits, drinks, snacks, side dishes etc. which was really nice, really enjoyed their free jasmine milk tea. The menu was slightly confusing but nothing you can't navigate, the initial course of the wagyu meat was very very good, and the rest of the meat were very good as well, all thinly cut and fresh. We got the gold package and the seafood platter was impressive too. My husband doesn't eat seafood and I wanted to try their seafood so we both got the gold package but couldn't finish most. The side dishes like wagyu sushi and bone marrow were really delicious as well. Some issues I had was that it took forever and ever for the food to come out when it's ordered from the kitchen, when there isn't that many filled tables, and when you have a 90 min time limit to dine, I would expect things to come out quickly. Also, we would order stuff from the menu and some of them would just never come... until the waiter tells us that we can grab them ourselves from the side dish section, then why have it on the menu at all to be ordered...? Overall 4/5: I think this place is worth trying, especially since it offers unique items not typically found at other hot pot spots. The hot pot itself I think was average but the real standout for me was the appetizers. Seating in a booth tucked away in a corner on the first floor was a bit awkward to navigate. The sauce station downstairs was not well maintained and several items were out of stock, but that may have been because it was around 9PM. Second floor seating and sauce station are better. Food 4.5/5: Main complaint is that their menu is really confusing, despite this being my second visit. There are 4 pricing tiers. Everyone in a party has to choose the same one, so it can get pricey fast. Higher tiers include seafood and more premium wagyu cuts. You still get unlimited wagyu in the lowest tier but seafood is not included. I think this setup is fine because premium seafood items like lobster and crab tend to clutter the pot and are difficult to deshell while hot but also taste worse after cooled. Although the premium wagyu cuts do taste richer and "melt in your mouth," most of the fat is renders into the broth. Therefore, I don't think hot pot is the best way to enjoy wagyu, so the higher tiers didn't feel worth the price. The best part of the meal was definitely the appetizers and specialty dishes. The wagyu bone marrow was amazing and a must-try but only available to the second tier or up. Ambiance 3.5/5: I think being tucked away in a corner booth made the experience less enjoyable. The table was small for a party of 6, so we constantly had to rearrange dishes whenever new food arrived. Unfortunately service was really lacking. For our first round, my table finished the unlimited plates of meat really fast and then we couldn't find our waiter to put in another order. We were so hungry so when the waiter finally came, we ordered extra in case we couldn't find him again. I'm not sure if it was because our room was secluded but that was a major problem for us. We poked our head out many times but there was no one. There wasn't even a hostess at the front. I felt ok that I saw udon and curry rice on the menu, I was confident my toddler would be full from this buffet but unfortunately they had neither available. That was a major disappointment. The milk tea machine was also empty or out of service. When our waiter returned to tell us last call, we ordered our food and also asked for extra broth because the broth was super low. The meats came but he never returned with the broth. After a long time I had to go out to the middle of the restaurant to flag down a waitress to ask for broth. Right after our broth was filled, our waiter came back and said we were past the time limit and would be charged extra %. We didn't know about that charge but also we couldn't finish the food with an almost empty pot. Their Shabu shabu pots are quite small compared to other places. You can't fill it up much. We told the waiter and he did not charge us for the extra time. It would be ridiculous if we were charged. He also made some comment about us ordering ice cream since we were already over our time limit but of course we wanted the ice cream as it was not our fault. You would think after he calls for last call, we can sit there and enjoy the room and have our quality friend time without having to worry about being charged since we aren't ordering anymore food anyways. Also I couldn't find the waiter to pay the bill. Walked around and waited near our door for a while. I then went to the women's bathroom which had no toilet paper in either stall. I had to stand in front of the bathroom and wait there until I could flag down another waitress for help. It took a while but when I came out, our waiter was standing by the room waiting for me to pay. My friends told me he was annoyed that I wasn't there to pay when he finally showed up. Also there's no oyster sauce. Bring your own. Honestly we collectively felt with the time constraints and lack of service, none of us will be returning. It was not a good experience. The dining room is obviously part of the experience. Food - although it is AYCE, you have to select from the Basic, Silver, Gold or Diamond set, which determines what you get to select from. We ordered the Gold, which gave us a seafood platter per person and bigger selection of Wagyu. You order the broth and the meats and they bring it out to you. Although the meat is obviously going to be tender, the only downside is that all the meat is brought out at once and stacked onto plates into a single column with no description of which cut you are eating. Would have been nicer to see all of the different wagyu cuts at once and get a description. Also on offer are some cooked specialty foods like bone marrow. Been to both the Manhattan and Queens location, and prefer the Queens location as it's more spacious, and veggies, sides for hot pot, and drinks are self-serve. The drink selection is better in the Queens location as well. It's a lot more convenient to have self-serve options, the city location is much smaller and doesn't allow that. Also, hibachi is included in the Queens location and it's not available in the city location. Not that it matters to me because I prefer hot pot to the hibachi, to be honest. I was really excited when I heard that Mikiya finally opened in NYC since I had such a great experience at their California location and heard so many good things about it from friends. Unfortunately, I left a bit disappointed after my visit here. My group ordered the Diamond Set, and given the price point, we were expecting to be wowed. Instead, many items fell short. The seafood hibachi (abalone, scallop, shrimp) and the wagyu rib eye brisket shoulder were overcooked, which really took away from the enjoyment. The wagyu rib eye was especially disappointing--the waitress didn't even ask how we wanted it cooked, and it came out so overdone that I could only bring myself to eat one piece. Such a waste considering the quality of the cut. The wagyu tartare with avocado also missed the mark. At the California location, it's served differently instead of avocado it is with egg yolk. I really think all locations should stay consistent, especially when it comes to signature dishes. On the positive side, each cut of meats were delicious, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The veggie selection was limited, and there were so many types of mushrooms... which made us wonder what would happen if someone was allergic. For hygiene, please consider using disposable cups at the drink bar. Also, the tables are way too small for all the dishes that come with an all-you-can-eat setup--it got cramped quickly. We went with the Silver Tier, and while the beef was fresh, the portion was tiny. The tom yum broth was way too creamy--felt more like a curry hotpot. The spicy miso broth was also bland, which was disappointing. Seafood was fresh, but the clams were tiny and the fish slices were thinner than my hair. And the lobster? That wasn't a lobster--that was the baby grandchild of a lobster. Like, blink and you'll miss it. We were a party of 3, spent nearly $300, and only had 90 minutes per table. Thing is, the server spent about 30 minutes explaining the menu, and it took forever for the pot to heat up. By the time we were eating, we were already being reminded (multiple times, in front of others!) that our time was almost up. Maybe a timer on each table would help make things less awkward--we definitely felt rushed, and hotpot is meant to be a slow, social meal. Would I come back? Honestly, not at this price. We went to the Mikiya in Northern California a few times and like the food they offer there, but this place in Flushing in NY is way better for the same price. We went in for dinner and there was no wait or line compared to the California location. The food option is way better where they not only serve Wagyu but also seafood. I know most people come to Mikiya for the Wagyu but since we have the yearly membership, having other options for our visit was a nice touch. We did mostly the Japanese Wagyu but we were mostly focus on the dishes that was not offered at other Mikiya locations which were seafood dishes. The Wagyu was really good like always. The server brought our dishes out pretty quickly which we notice at other mikiya locations and why we don't mind paying extra to eat here. The seafood is fresh. We got the live lobster and it was still twitching so we knew it was not frozen. The lobster was good. My older son was surprise that it was still moving since he never had live seafood served to him at a restaurant before. The crab legs and grilled lobster tails were also good. It helped balance the wagyu so we were switching between the wagyu and seafood every round. I also ordered lamb chops which were tender and had good flavor as well as the nigiri and carpaccio. I wish we were able to try everything on the menu but I guess that's an excuse to cone back to visit later. If you like Mikiya and are in NY for a visit, I really recommend the one in Flushing. There are other locations in NYC but they do not have the seafood option when I checked the menu on Yelp. I wish they will bring this extensive menu in the future to their other locations since the price you pay for is well worth it. We love the food, service, and ambience here and Mikiya has never steered us wrong. Great quality of wagyu beef. highly recommend this place for their quality meat, they do not have a spicy broth like the sichuan hotpot, all you need is a good quality meat. and you can taste the freshness of the meat that dip in the sukiyaki broth for couple seconds. there are different packages to choose from, we got the silver package which is decent price still have a lot of things included, including unlimited wagyu nigiri, salmon and yellowtail. the Silver package does not include Japanese A5 wagyu but the Australian wagyu is still taste very great. the perfect marble that are thin sliced and melt in your mouth. The broth gets oily after a while you will need to clean out yourself , which i think it can be improved if they waiter can help clean up the blood and oil on top once a while. fruit, appetizer and sauce bar at the corner is very convenient as well. you also get a seafood platter, i would op-out for that , there's nothing special about that platter unless you get the higher pacakge including the abalone. Some was questioning that you can do a la carte but there isn't. Just different tiers of what AYCE you can do. Basically Standard tier gets you the basic meats and free veggie station next to the sauce station. Silver has the better cuts of meats and some of the seafood choices. Gold has majority of the meats, all the seafoods, and you can choose 1 of the 7 special dishes per person (1serving) Platinum I think has everything from previous but you can have all of the 7 dishes unlimited on top of everything I mentioned before. I recommend the Gold to get the full experience. Bring friends so you guys can all try the 7 special dishes. Tbh it was just okay on the 7 dishes. As for the meats. Even though its AYCE. It can get filling. So definitely vegg up if you can! They have a veggie bar, drinks bar, sauce bar, and dessert bar. The cuts here seem a lot better then other places I've been to. Came here on a Saturday evening. Didn't need a reservation, they seated us right away which was great! We sat upstairs, the waiter was super nice and explained the menu and checked on us constantly! If you ask them, they can provide plastic bags to put your clothes in so they don't end up smelling at the end of your meal. My bf and I got the Diamond Set $98 (all items unlimited) bcus we just wanted to order everything! However as we started ordering, I was quite disappointed that a lot of items were not available. The Diamond is supposed to include unlimited carpaccio and unlimited nigiri, but they didn't have any carpaccio (salmon/yellowtail) and no nigiri (salmon/yellowtail), except for wagyu nigiri. They also didn't have the Norway Lobster from the specialty items list :( I also asked for a pasteurized egg which is supposed to come with the sukiyaki broth, but when they brought it to me, it was this strange watered down egg mixture which I ended up not using. We tried almost everything else and the food was pretty tasty and fresh. What I liked the most were the Japanese A5 Wagyu Chuck ribeye, the bone marrow, and the snow crab chawanmushi. The seafood selection was good. I liked the abalone, scallops and the snow crab. Clams were decent too but some were a bit sandy. Loved the Häagen-Dazs ice-cream at the end. The decor was cute and they had plenty of seating. Unlimited drinks station includes specialty drinks: plum drink, matcha lemonade drink, calpico, and Assam milk tea. Food - 4.5/5 Came here for the first time with my girlfriend and decided to splurge on the Diamond tier for $98. We got the Sukiyaki broth (5/5) and the house broth (3.5/5). The sukiyaki was flavored well; strong notes of soy with medium sweetness. The meats we dipped in the sukiyaki didn't require extra dipping sauces. The house broth was a tad underflavored, and didn't really taste of much. The A5 Wagyu was 5/5 in quality, taste, and flavor. Our favorite cut was the A5 Chuck Ribeye which had a nice balance of fat and meat. We also got 1 of each of the special items; lobster tail with horseradish sauce 3.5/5; overcooked and horseradish sauce was slightly overpowering, lamb chop 4/5; seasoned and grilled well. Grilled fish 3/5; just plain grilled fish. Service - 5/5 Our waiter was excellent. He explained the menu and the tiers well, provided us with recommendations and was very attentive. Initially I did not know what to think of this place as it is ayce wagyu shabu. There were different tiers but I went with the basic wagyu set as I felt American wagyu would taste the same as Australian wagyu once it was boiled. However, I did really enjoy the salmon carpaccio and would've enjoyed it in unlimited quantity as part of the silver set. But the basic set sufficed. We didn't get anything from the fried menu so can't speak on that. The unlimited nigiri was alright, order some to try and didn't get anymore. There was quite of bit of rice with the nigiri as well. I recommend scooping out some of the soup into a small bowl so you can enjoy it while you eat without the fattiness from cooking all the meat. I really liked the sukiyaki broth. They had a sauce making station. The unlimited veggies included taro, corn, cabbage, and enoki. They had small bowls of seaweed salad, cold small clams and wasabi octopus which I loved, however they didn't refill these that much. They also had noodles to grab at the bar. The dessert selection was mochi donuts and mini egg tarts and there were dragon fruit and grapes. The drinks were calpico, plum juice, matcha lemonade and milk tea. As someone who loves milk tea, this one wasn't good and I opted out for the plum juice. Service was great, they came by often to ask for additional orders and clear away empty trays. They refilled the broth. The meal ended with either strawberry or vanilla ice cream from Haagen Daz. There was an option for Taiwanese vanilla ice cream. Mikiya opened not too long ago right next to Wagyu Palace. While both restaurants spotlights wagyu, Mikiya is hot pot while Wagyu Palace is BBQ. After reading reviews for both spots, I decided to go to Mikiya because of the negative reviews for Wagyu Palace's service. Mikiya's reviews were the opposite -- praised for their attentive service. I say all this because when I actually went to Mikiya, my experience was the complete opposite from what I expected/what I read. I made a reservation for 4 at 5:30pm on a Thursday. We arrived early at 4:30pm and waited by the front for the host. No greeting when we arrived. He was on the phone but proceeded to answer two calls without at least acknowledging us or told us to wait. Obviously he saw us waiting because when we walked outside for a bit, he looked up from the phone, thinking we were leaving. Finally after like 10-15 mins of waiting for him, I told him we had a reservation but was early. We had to wait another 5-10 minutes for him to set up our table. We were seated right by the stair area where there was a bit of a draft coming in and it was cold. We chose the silver level set ($55/pp) which includes unlimited selected Wagyu meat, carpaccio, nigiri and select seasonal seafood. If you become a member, pricing is discounted. Each person also got to select one specialty dish. The sweet shrimp was big and sooo buttery. It was really good. The unlimited nigiri was also delicious and dare I say best part of my meal. Really annoyed that we kept ordering the yellowtail nigiri but it just never came. I think they probably didn't have it but the server should've told us that. There's an appetizer, veggie and fruit station but it was barely stocked. Also comes with unlimited drinks with a soda foundation, plum teas, etc. I thought the milk tea was really good. Overall, our meal was good, food was good but the service was mediocre. Some of the stuff we ordered took a while to come. Our waiter barely smiled or said much. The host from the beginning came over and told us we had to order our last round, which was strange since we had at least 30-45 minutes left of the 90 min dining limit. We ordered one last round of nigiri since we were pretty full by then. That last round took a while to even come and our server even came and asked us if we wanted to order anything else, which made us go huh? Since the host said we had to order last round. Anyways, another lady came by shortly while we were waiting for the nigiri and asked us if we still wanted our nigiri before someone brought it over. Of course, we still want our food ... what?? Anyways, that was weird. Overall, we were just caught off guard with the bad service here despite all the good reviews. But I guess there's always that one bad review, right? For $55 pp, i think you do get a decent amount of good quality meats and seafood but during the time i went, there seemed to be items that weren't available. Finally got a chance to try this spot out! There are several packages you can choose from, each one giving you a different amount of AYCE options. Our server was awesome and explained every option to us. We ended up going with the Gold set for $78 a person. With the Gold set, you can only get 1 order of the Japanese A5 wagyu chuck ribeye & shoulder cut, but the Australian wagyu and the Japanese wagyu brisket are AYCE. You can also get a bunch of different seafood options. There is a ton of variety too when it comes to the vegetables, sides, fruits, and drinks too - which included calpico and milk tea! Wow, pleasantly surprised with this AYCE hot pot spot! There are 4 different tiers you can choose from: Basic, Silver, Gold, & Diamond. Everyone in your table has to get the same tier. We ordered the silver tier & it was more than enough! It came out to be $70 after tip and tax. ORDER THE SUKIYAKI BROTH - a must. Silver tier comes with Australian & American Wagyu, Nigiri (my fave was the Wagyu & Salmon), Carpaccio, seafood (clams, scallop, shrimp), appetizers, and one special dish - I ordered the lobster tail. There is a self serve bar for veggies, noodles, drinks, and fruits. There is also a sauce bar but we barely used our sauce cuz the sukiyaki broth was so flavorful. We ended with Haagan-Dazs ice cream (vanilla and strawberry). We were all STUFFED at the end!! Overall, the value for the quality of food you get is amazing!! This place is SOOOOO GOOD!!! The quality you get wayyyy surpasses the price. So so so worth it!! The meat was so good that I forgot to take a picture! It was SO buttery and juicy, I think about it at least twice a week. I can't wait to go back!!! Also I love how extensive the menu is, there's just so much to experience. The specialty dishes are so unique and quality. Only thing I was sad about is that they were out of sashimi besides salmon, but that's okay because salmon is my favorite anyways. The service was very quick and attentive and the place wasn't fully packed so there was no wait. Everything is delicious. Unlimited milk tea and fountain drinks are pretty much worth it on their own. I came to this place 2 times! I really like the food and layout of this restaurant. I have been to the Mikiya in Manhattan but it does not compare to this Flushing Mikiya. The first time I got the basic set (just to see how the food and service are) and the second time I got the diamond set. The flushing one has a unlimited drink station that you can fill yourself. They got a great selection including milk tea. They also have a station for sauce, and side dishes, and desserts. However, the desserts kept running out and I never got to try them. Both times I came to this AYCE waygu restaurant, I didn't have to wait long. We were seated very fast but the first time I was here it was very packed. Therefore the the service was slower and my food came out slower (which I completely understand). However, the I had to remind the server 3 times about the the last call food order I placed because it never came out. We really enjoyed the diamond set because we got unlimited specialty dish. I love seafood was that was amazing. It would be better if they didn't overcooked the lobster tail thou. The best meat cut was the Japanese A5 ribeye. My table kept ordering that cut but there were times when the server secretly place another type of meat on our table. We had to call it out later on because they did that to us a few times. Ok went back today nov 1st 2025... prices are the same... but u get less! So I had to update the rating. The value used to be so much better for the diamond set... now even when paying for the diamond set(price still the same as it was) u don't really get the unlimited specialty dishes like they used to offer, instead u just choose 5 per person. Also they removed a bunch of items. Crab legs and the oven baked lobsters were just some that were removed. Nigiri's are gone. Didn't know they switched it up like 1.5 months ago... So basically, u pay the same but less than what they used to offer. An AYCE wagyu hotpot spot that is pretty good for what you pay. You can choose whichever price point you prefer with the higher levels offering more premium cuts such as Japanese A5 wagyu. Our group ended up choosing the silver tier which offered unlimited Australian wagyu, one speciality dish (I chose sweet shrimp), and unlimited wagyu/salmon/yellowtail nigiri/sashimi. There's also other items like fruits, vegetables, gyudon. The variety alone makes this AYCE hotpot spot worth it. All the food is delicious and of good quality. The seating areas are clean and nice. The music isn't too loud. Service is fast but because of the chaos of both the size of the groups and the sheer quantity of people makes some of the orders get lost. My friend brought me here for dinner for my birthday. The place was very clean. The service was the topnotch. The waiter explained everything throughly yet the menu was still overwhelming. We got the gold set. The Japanese A5 Wagyu was delicious but we didn't realize it was limited to one order. The menu is very confusing. Please simplify it so it's clear. The other beef was okay. We settled for Australian Brisket. The seafood was all frozen except for the mantis shrimp. We didn't enjoy the seafood as much as we thought we would. We're both seafood lovers, and it just mid. The vegetables and fruits were very fresh. The broths were pretty bland. They also have juice and bubble tea which is also included in the price. I came across this place via targeted advertising on Instagram some time ago but hadn't taken the time to check it out until now. Went with my partner and his co-workers that recommended going. When I entered I recognized it as the place I'd seen on Instagram. The decor is interesting and well designed. The ambiance is very quaint and inviting. Just be careful if you are using the stairs as they can get slippery, so be careful. There were many tables, each situated strategically and spacious enough to accommodate many. Ordering is kinda complicated unless you already know what you want as the menu can be a little daunting as to what each level allows and doesn't. The food options are great but my favorite is the wagyu, so soft and succulent. I was kinda disappointed with the Snow Crab and Lobster offerings as they seemed lacking in size. There are 4 different broths available. The ones ordered (Tomato & House Broth) for our table didn't really hit the spot for me. Not that they weren't tasty but just didn't match my expectations. Drinks are unlimited which is a plus. Desserts are limited based in availability. As for the sauce cart, make sure to stack up as this goes fast. I got the $98 non-member price set, including unlimited specialty foods, all kinds of premium wagyu beef, and the newly rolled out seasonal seafood menu (Flushing branch only). Notable mention to the amazing oysters, as well as sweet shrimp and bone marrow with toast. Tried the Australian wagyu as well and somehow it felt better than the Japanese ones? Three different parts of beef to choose from regardless. If you're not into wagyu, then there are cheaper all you can options to pick from. Every table has spacious seating and area to place food. You can go out to the drinks, sauce, little snacks areas to grab stuff. Also pots of curried wagyu and rice at the front. They were ok. Not too crowded during a weekend day time. I have really mixed felling about this place. The first time I came here was early October. We didn't have a reservation and with a party of 4 it was about 10 mins wait. It was really busy so our waiter was barely there to provide us service. We sat at the fist floor. Drinks, veggie, dessert and some appetizers were self served. We had half sukiyaki and half ponzu broth. For the appetizer we had bone marrow. It was pretty delicious. We had the salmon sashimi and it was pretty good too. We didn't really order much of the appetizers because we didn't want to get too full from appetizers. The meats were pretty fresh. Our favorite is the brisket. The only thing we liked from the seafood platter is the scallops. I came here a second time last week and I made a reservation through Yelp for 6 people. We still waited for an hour before we were seated. For whatever the reason they sat parties of 6 and 7 who came after us with no reservation before us. We had asked multiple times and they kept telling us it's a few more minutes and it ended up being a hour. I was really disappointed. It really was no point of making a reservation, coming on time just to wait another hour. They ended up giving us 2 tables next to each other on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd the floor the only self serve are the drinks and like 2 selection of fruits. Everything else must be ordered. To save time the staff just gave us one of everything (meat, appetizers and seafood). Both time we opt for the gold but I think silver would've been just fine. Both time we definitely didn't make our moneys worth and the experience was nothing too special.
