    Biscuits and Gravy

This was our first visit since we've moved to Tucson. Overall, I would say it was a pretty good experience. The ambience of the place is very cute. It has a lot of old style decor and it has this old pancake house. Feel to it like a place you would find in the Midwest. The staff was very friendly and took our order promptly. The coffee was not good so I absolutely do not recommend drinking any of their coffee. The apricot crêpe was good however I felt the crêpe was a little too thin and dry, so I was really using a lot of the apricot sauce to help moist in it. The biscuits and gravy were good however I felt the gravy was a little too thick, but that's just personal preference. The pancakes were absolutely delicious. If you come here just order the pancakes because those were extremely worth it.

Traditional breakfasts with bacon pancake, crispy potatoes, scrambled eggs and bacon

Millie's Pancake Haus in Trail Dust Town off Tanque Verde is well-known locally for breakfast and their scrumptious pancakes and waffles. My daughter and I had the Traditional breakfast. I opted for Bacon Pancakes with my scrambled eggs and bacon, while my daughter tried the buckwheat waffles. We had little pitchers of maple syrup and their house specialty - Butter Syrup, yup buttery butter syrup! There is also a variety of potato choices from hash browns and traditional home fries to extra crispy ones like I had. Altogether it was a fantastic experience with delicious food. Kid Friendly, quaint atmosphere, super friendly wait staff, great coffee, quick service - Five Stars, Highly Recommend

Consistently delicious hot breakfast, brought quickly by friendly staff, with coffee always refilled. Our favorites are the Millie's country breakfast with eggs, meat, and a pancake or waffle.

Great breakfast eatery. Casual atmosphere with great staff. Had your basic eggs, hash brown and bacon. Friend had a waffle, which looked great. I'll probably try that next time. Located in Trail Dust town, which has the old west vibe. Worth tie visit

Millie's was part of a great afternoon. Inside, the Christmas decorations were still up... delightful. The patio seating was comfortable and plenty of it. Our server, Annie, was tentative and (above and beyond), brought a water bowl for the dogs.

The food is always yummy but the service is always slow. Drinks are so small and you can run out of an ice tea with two gulps.

There are very few German food options in Tucson & I've found their food truck to be my favourite by far, even though their menu is limited to only several delicious different wursts with saurkraut & spicy German mustard. They are only open for a few hours a day, usually 3 times a week in 3-4 different locations. I frequent them in their Picture Rocks location every Tuesday & have never been disappointed.

I love the cozy atmosphere here and Polish decor. I did a to- go order for this though. I tried…read moretheir new vegan pierogies with a filling of mushrooms and buckwheat, caramelized onions and a side of house-made sauerkraut. They forgot to add the dill at first but brought me some when I asked. I added my own sour cream that I make by draining my homemade dairy- free yogurt. I really enjoyed trying their sauerkraut as they make it quite different than the one I make so it was fun and interesting. I enjoyed the pierogies but wished there were more mushrooms in the filling for more mushroom flavor and juiciness. I also wished the onions were more caramelized and browned. The dough didn't make me emotional thinking of my Polish grandma (I literally was brought to tears when I had the soft and tender vegan pierogies at Red Rock Deli in Albuquerque) but it was definitely good still and I am happy they added a vegan option. I hope to see more! It seemed to me like the service here would be great. Adorable place! My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

It definitely delivered where it mattered most, especially for my husband's Polish DNA cravings. The pierogies were good, the gołąbki held their own, and the salad... well, it showed up and did its job. No drama there. The space is where this place really leans in. Cute, full of character, with decor and music that actually make you feel like you've stepped into something authentic. That part gets an easy five stars. Service was warm and genuine. I didn't catch her name, but our server, a lovely young woman with long braids, was attentive, helpful, and made thoughtful suggestions without overdoing it. All in, it's not the kind of place you detour hours for, but if you find yourself nearby and craving something hearty and nostalgic, Polish Cottage fits the bill nicely. Sometimes a meal just needs to hug you a little, and this one did.
