We found this spot by accident. Glad we did. We ordered mini pan fried pork buns (12) was very tasty snd cute. Chinese burrito was everything my son expected it to be. He requested chicken and beef. I only was able to taste two Wagyu dumplings (12). My son took them into his room to eat while watching Netflix. Ha! The Wonton soup broth was packaged separately so you can add the wontons as needed. I ordered from the digital kiosk on the wall. I love it!!! We could have also sat down to eat. Just got around to trying new(ish) spot, grabbed a "Chinese burrito" w/ pork floss for snack. Good flavor, a little pricey at $15 post-tax but order was ready very fast and it was fun to watch them make it. Will come back to try mini dumplings etc at some point read more

We tried the Chinese burrito (customizable, fresh ingredients and made to order by the lovely lady), mini potstickers (meaty juicy crispy), and meat-veggie wonton (packed with ingredients). Found this place through tiktok, and was utterly disappointed. Got 4 soymilks, and it was watered down- why am I paying $12 for hot water? This is bad business for its customers. All of our dumplings were VERY bland and heavily relied on sauce. Would much rather boil my own dumplings from Asian American Food Co over on Taravel for legit handmade dumplings. Jianbing was also a huge disappointment- no sauce whatsoever except for a smear of what tasted like Taco Bell sauce. We also ordered sausage with ours and it was literally just from canned hot dogs. They didn't even pickle the cucumber salad I would rather spend more at DTF, and that's saying a lot!! read more

I have to admit their marketing is lacking, BUT THE FLAVORS AND FOOD ARE NOT. The Beef Shandong Multigrain pancake (mouthful I know) checked all the boxes for me. A little Szechuan spice, a little sweet sauce, a little chewy from the multigrain wrap, with a slight crunch from whatever they put in here. The flavors AND textures were, in my honest opinion, very well balanced leaving me wanting more (I'm eating my 3rd one this week). The pork floss with sausage was good in it's own way, but the beef is still my overall #1 favorite. The mini pan fried Pork bun (pretty much a bun version of XLB), at first thought was just a fad, but were surprisingly delicious and not dry at all. Overall a very surprising find. Came back for lunch as was grocery shopping in area. Had the Mini Pan Fried Buns ( no complaints, very good and skin was crispy), vegetable salad (the woodear fungus salad, could use a little more kick to it otherwise very good), a Beef Stew Soup with hand made noodles which was very tasty. The meat was very tender and flavored well. Hand made noodles were nice and chewy. Young lady who waited on us, second time around, was very conscientious of her customers despite moving in several directions at once. Can't say the same for her male counterpart. We really came back to see if quality has diminished, which am happy to say that it hasn't. Only real issue is that tables were too small. read more

There are now dozens of dumpling places open around SF, so it can be hard to stand out. We really like the beef pancakes you often see on dumpling menus. But this place offered a variation they call a Chinese burrito. You can read about them in other posts. There's a guy right in the front of the restaurant making them. Cool, let's try that out, we thought after walking by. Place is busy with a long line. After waiting awhile, finally seated. We try to order the Chinese burrito. "We're out," the waitress says? Really, like we just saw the dude making them a couple minutes ago. Oh, well. We ordered some dumplings instead, which were fine, but no better than the other dumpling spots in the city, or right across the street for that matter. Then over the next half hour we see a steady stream of those elusive burritos being served all over the dining room. We ask another waitress, the manager I think, if we can order a burrito. "They take too long to make," she says. "Plus it looks like you already ordered enough food." Ah, okay. So if you come here looking to try the crepe aka burrito being made in the window, just know you may, or may not, be allowed to order one. read more

My girlfriend and I love this place. We always get the mini pan fried pot stickers (like a delicious soup dumpling with pan fried crispy bottom). And then we have rotated with the beef noodle soup, the spicy noodle soup (it's not on the menu but written on a paper and taped on the wall- hopefully it isn't just temporary) and the vegetarian scallion oil noodle (also off menu but written on a paper on the wall). Only thing I would change is if they could offer the vegetarian scallion noodle with chicken instead of only as a vegetarian option! read more

Service. 9 of 10. They are genuine servers. Food quality and taste 9 of 10.....only thing to know is that they pork and veggies wonton is not really a wonton. They are dumplings. If you are expecting dumplings then you are getting good value for Money. You have to also be okay with shandong/ shanghai type cruisine. I added their shandong burrito to go. My wife is better at authenticating something like this since she has lived and worked in shanghai. Most important is the servers ate happy and works diligently. read more

Contrary to its namesake, there are no potstickers offered. What they do have are the cutest mini bite size pan fried dumplings, or rather, pan fried xlb without the soup inside. Taste wise, they are just ok. But what blew us away was the "Chinese burrito," a crispy crepe wrap with your choice of 2 meats: beef, sausage (hot dog), chicken and pork sung. Huge. You can see the lady meticulously cooking them from the street side window. (Please don't crowd her!) And their huge Shanghai style wontons with shiitake, shepherd veggie and pork stuffing. I took away a star because today's wonton did not have shiitake in the stuffing...someone forgot to include this crucial ingredient. Last week's version made my taste buds dance. Plus the broth today was missing the teeny tiny shrimps. Maybe it was the lunch rush, but the chef should maintain a certain level of consistency. read more

We were seated and asked what we wanted to drink, gave our order for the wrap with beef & chicken, XLB & mini pan fried pork buns. When asked about our order after a small amount of time - there was a female & male waitstaff- they looked at each other. The female confirmed our order - they figured out that they had packaged it To-Go! They hurriedly unpackaged and plated it - everything was soggy & lukewarm. I made a comment that the wrap was soft and not crunchy - he said 'there are crunchy bits inside'. The XLB & mini pan fried pork buns tasted the same & the wrap was a total bust - literally falling apart. I had high hopes for this restaurant. No offer to make the meal more positive. All in all, today I visited to Mini Postickers was a regreattable mistake. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied. The price of potstickers start at $13.99 for 12 supper small pieces. The minuscule portions, high price, and tasteless dishes left me hungry and robbed. I highly recommend to not come here for dinner or lunch. Please save your money and go somewhere else. read more
