The service at this salon was wonderful!! I booked my visit last minute and the women were happy to help me. We had good conversations (which I initiated) while I was getting my gel mani and regular pedi. Jenny did my pedicure and Thuy did my manicure. They were very polite and noticed that I kept eyeing other colors. Jenny called it and said, I know that you want to change colors! Which one do you want? Just say it... We want to be happy so choose the one you want. It's okay, you can keep changing your mind. lol After finishing my Pedi, she gave me a really nice foot massage and I definitely extended it! Thuy filed my nails perfectly and she even got the SIDES and the tips without me asking her too! If you get your nails done, you know what I'm talking about! While she was finishing up my nails, Jenny gave me an impromptu neck massage... How could she know that I absolutely needed that! Lucky for me, there was no wait at that time, so she was able to be generous enough to do it. Those two rock! Furthermore, Everyone in there, is so hardworking and their service in excellent. Stephanie one of the owner's family members, was running around back and forth to make sure everything was as it should be. She was so helpful when it came to servicing all of the customers and helping her staff. I would rate them 10 stars if possible. Visit them and tip them good, they deserve it!! read more

Just went to get my nails done for a friend wedding this Sunday, they help me choose this pink color, i kidda hesitate at first but turn out to be perfect. everyone keep compliment on my nails. this is always my favorite place to go get my nail and eye brown done. i dont get why other people is always said its too pricey. But at the end, i think it totally worth it because the place is always clean. The enviroment is so relaxing, u can just sit there and relax and enjoy the time there. - no complain - and the worker always so nice, always offer tee and water to any customer (never see them didnt offer any drink to anyone so ). It should be minus star doesn't deserve a one star even! I've been here couple times but today it was the WORST experience! Stephanie was so impatient when she did my manicure kept asking me to place the hand at certain angle and gave me attitude which I was ok at first people having bad days sometimes untill she filed my left index finger meat bleeding! I said it hurt! She was like oh sorry not sincere at all. I was expecting at least some kind of discount or anything but NO her RBF calmly no guilt at all told me no discount with NO apology! I walked by this place a few times each week, and i finally had the time to check this place out. I had my eye brows waxed, and the person who did it was lovely, and did a fantastic job. I also had my mani/pedi done. They did a good job on that too. This place is neat and clean, and overall it's big. It was a relaxing experience through each services i had, and i couldnt ask for more. I live in the neighborhood, and now that i tried this place out, and liked it, i dont have to go far to find a good nail salon. Overall, the owner and employees were really generous. That's a plus. I went here last week, and i loved it. I've been to other nail salons, and most of them are somewhat small places. This salon is big, so you don't feel crowded when you're in there. This salon has variety of services that they have to offer. So, it's not a typical boring nail salon. They don't do just nail, but facial treaments as well. The price for each services are reasonable. Above anything else, i love the service the employees gave me, and the owner is nice person too. The best nail salon I've been to in the city no joke. I've been to nail salons all over the city, south bay and east bay. The polish selection was huge here after all whats the point if there's no cute colors, and were all new (old polish chips faster.) Lots of magazines and everything was very clean. A 10 min. massage comes with the mani pedi! Its very relaxing too, I wasn't being asked if I wanted products, wax, designs, blah blah blah. I happened to need a mani/pedi around my neighborhood and i saw this place. The place looks nice and clean, so i went in. All i wanted was a simple mani/pedi, and they handled it with precision. Although the employees weren't seem talkative, but in a way i like it quiet too with that relaxing music they played. Everything went smoothly from the moment i walked in and out. Ahh definitely a place for calm and relaxation. I'm all about Mani/pedis and this place does just that - simultaneously! Spacious, comfy with plenty of cute pillows to cuddle, CLEAN, and fully staffed. It is a bit pricier than your average nail salon but it's worth it. They provide a sugar scrub, lemon slices and flower petals to top it off! I also recently learned they have other pedi treatments to spoil yourself with. Kick off your shoes here. read more

I was up here visiting my friend and we decided to stop in for a manicure and pedicure. My manicure and pedicure was awesome!!! Relaxing and exactly what I needed. The people there are friendly and really helpful. They helped me put on my sandals, which is the hardest part for me to do, I always manage to mess up my toes if I do it myself... this place does quality work for a fair price, I'll be sure to stop by this place when I'm back up here. read more
