Chris replaced my torn screen in less than 30 minutes out in front of my house on the flatbed work station trailer. They gave me a 2 hour arrival window and through texting informed me of an ETA. We have a big dog that tore our first screen. I originally requested a standard screen with a pet grill. When Robert arrived he suggested that I try the pet proof screen. It has a two year warranty and all I have to do is call and they will replace it within that warranty time frame.
