This was my third visit to this place in last 4 months. Today I decided to "take for here". I planned to try a pizza with cauliflower crust, but was stopped in tracks because they only offer cauliflower for the larger size. Change of plans - Greek salad. The store offers two options for salads - regular bowl and larger size. I choose the latter. Fresh ingredients, I asked for banana peppers to be added, and my plea was approved. I was in the store around 11:15 am, so it wasn't crowded, but guys looked tired already. Last time the crew was more energized. Depends on personality and, perhaps, a weather. It was 73F and breezy, so,maybe, nobody wants to be at work, when it's so nice outside. At first, I sat on the bar stool. Unfortunately, A/C unit was just overhead plus heavy rock to scare me away. I survived 10% of salad in that cacophony and escaped outside. The music was barely heard, A/C was far away, salad was good. In this specific location there are plenty of seats inside, I just made a wrong choice dropping myself next to A/C.

Trash pizza with toppings piled in the middle

Initially I was excited to come here as my girlfriend loves MOD. I personally prefer Blaze pizza and this visit just confirmed why I like Blaze TEN TIMES more. Not only are they lazy and just threw the toppings literally in a pile in the middle of the pizza. They told me I couldn't add a topping sauce to my BUILD YOUR OWN before it goes in the oven. They can ONLY add it afterwards. What's two seconds walking over to add the xtra sauce onto my pizza? My BUILD YOUR OWN, to be exact. I not to mention the person I assume who was the manager was cracking inappropriate jokes to his co workers about heroine, like wtf is wrong with you man, we can hear and see you joking. Not professional and good was not good 3/10

The pizza's here are always tasty af... dunno if its the Chipotle or Subway style of custom configuring your personal 12" thin crust... but always just SO GOOD. It probably matters if you prefer thicker crusts though... I think for it to be able to cook in 5 mins... that is your only option. LESS CARBS FOR YOU! The drink choices are good, and offer some yummiest organic lemonade and tea options. I like mixing up my own concoctions... and you get more if you chill on the patio. Enjoy the weather while you can here... P.S. Woodman's across the street has the lowest gas prices anywhere AND their excellent basic car wash is only $4

This is the Jimmy Johns of pizza. I went here for the first time today and my son described it as jimmy johns. Wow - what a spot on description. The pizza was ok. And - if you are on a lunch break you could do a lot worse. The food was fast - freaky fast ? - and I liked what I got. The guy helping us was pretty cool too. I should note that my 4 star review is because it is 4 star for what it is - a pseudo fast food place. In the grand scheme of pizza it is a 3 star in taste. They sell beer but it would be like going to subway and drinking beer - still I liked that they offered it. Between the cool wall art and music it was obvious they were trying to make it a cool hangout place and I liked that. There is a sign in the wall that says "this is not a pizza place". If someone can figure this out, let me know. All they sell is pizza. Just saying .... Anyway - in summary - I am glad I went here and the food was ok. A good super fast lunch spot maybe a half step above fast food that I will probably frequent again at some point.

We work in the area and we're great fully given some free pizza coupons! The coupons were incredible as it barely had any limitations on amount of toppings or types of pizza! The staff was sweet and prompt. It must've been a slower day because they were all having a good time and talking amongst each other. It really made the environment friendly and inviting. The pizzas were great, a wonderful char from the oven and super thin crispy crust. Being so close to the location we often avoid the places near work as we get free food anyway. But this was a nice change in pace!

This is a review of a chain style pizza restaurant. While the food served is the same, you will find wildly different experiences depending on staff and management. My wife and I decided to try out the newest location here in Buffalo Grove. We were greeted immediately upon entering and everyone had smiles. I ordered a Meat-Lovers pizza and added bacon and mushrooms. My wife ordered a Ceaser Salad bowl. We also ordered a cinnamon crisp dessert with chocolate dipping sauce. Our orders arrived quickly and with all ingredients correct. The pizza was perfectly cooked and was just as expected. What brought the rating down was my wife's salad. Almost every bit if lettuce was turning brown and the lettuce wasn't properly chopped. When you go to get a forkful of salad, you don't want to get a brown leaf that is over 5" across. This is not acceptable and should have been caught and corrected long before hitting her bowl. Since this store is nearby, we will probably try this place a few more times and see if the service improves, or if it will fall into the "don't bother" category. We shall see...

It's a 10/10 for me Chuck. Literally. The pizza was so fresh all 28 times I visited this location during the pandemic for my me time pizza time. Amazing staff. Freshest lemonade that you can retrieve home for a build your own cocktail.

We had a party of 10. We made reservations and the table was ready. Our server was very nice and helpful. My wife was feeling hot and out of no where, the server came with a mini handheld fan and plopped it on the table which was awesome. We ordered Pepperoni Thin, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 cheese thin, Gfree Pepperoni, Gfree Penne with meat sauce, Brussels, and Onion Rings. The pizza was crisp and the cheese was nicely cooked. I really love the sauce as it has a nice little sweetness to it. The Brussels were good and roasted perfectly and had a nice drizzle of sauce. The onion rings were large and had crunchy. The server was very attentive and funny. We really appreciated the fan! They also had live music. I def will be back here.

They have pull fire shares on the eastern window which help with her heat however whoever is facing the window will still get blinded by the sunlight that does make out through the shades so sit appropriately! My dish was the Italian Cobb, it was very tasty with enriching you expect in a Cobb - Mixed greens, bacon, avocado, tomato, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives (mostly green and a few too many!), gorgonzola cheese, and red onion. I asked for the balsamic vinaigrette on the side and it was nicely balanced with sweet vinegar, garlic and olive oil. My better half got a small thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza and the crust was nice and crispy but not as thing as D'Agostino's. The other couples ordered the Monday 1/2 price cheeseburger, the chicken salad, the soup & salad combo and a veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was quite tasteless...it needed a stronger cheese and/or more flavorful tomato sauce. They have a nice sounding happy hour 3-6 weekdays so I think we will return for that.

This is kind of rare today, so I wanted to mention this on Yelp. Phoned in an order like I normally do, half barbecue chicken on the crispy side, baked, potato, salad, etc.. came to the store to pick up 20 minutes after I ordered, - they looked up my name, my phone number, my address $ no order was in the system! I was very frustrated, when the polite girl behind the register said she would put the order in now, as there's no order in the system. "It happens sometimes". The challenge I have is it's 5:45 in the evening and now I have to sit in the car for 30 additional minutes to wait for an order that I already ordered. A gentleman came from the back in the kitchen who appeared to be the manager on staff, to the front of the store and offered to pay for the entire dinner for free. He recognized that I'm a regular customer. He did what what you're supposed to do for customer service purposes in these types of situations,, but unfortunately, in today's business climate this is not as common as it should be. I went from being very upset, to being shocked and very happy. Bottom line is Nino's cares about their customers, and I wanted everyone to know about this very respectful offer of kindness and excellent customer service turning Lemons into Lemonade !!!

First off, they charged $1.60 for the extra topping, which was pepperoni, and I think I counted maybe six pieces on the whole pizza. A little light for the upcharge. Walking in though, the place was clean, small, but efficient. They had pizza by the slice, fresh pies coming out of the oven, and a pretty big menu with lots of options. While waiting for my personal pizza, I looked over and saw a rotating display full of fresh slices -- sausage, specialty pizzas, etc. I ended up grabbing an Italian beef slice with sweet and hot peppers after another customer told me it was really good. Threw in an RC Cola and a side of ranch too. Total came out to around $16. Got back to work and started with the Italian beef slice. It was cold, which I won't knock too hard because who knows how long it had been sitting there. I was told it was spicy, but honestly not really. You could tell by the way the slice fell apart while eating it that it had probably been sitting for a bit. As for the personal pizza, it was cheesy, decent amount of pepperoni, and not overloaded with sauce, which I liked. But overall... it just lacked flavor. I can't fully put my finger on it, but it feels like it's missing something. Maybe seasoning? Salt? Not sure. That said, service was good, prices weren't terrible, and I do like the concept. Cheap, quick, fast lunch spot. I'd probably give it another try.

I'm a New Yorker, and although I enjoy a good Chicago deep dish, I still favor NY style pizzas. And this one is the best I can remember in Chicago. I've tried a lot. The crust is almost perfect. Well baked, crusty, chewy, and tasty. Lots of air at the edges and a great bite throughout. We had the sausage and peppers pizza. The sausage was crumbled across interior with fresh peppers. The sauce could have had a little more flavor, but it was very good - not too salty like so many others- and nicely spread across the inside of the pie. The crust held the toppings nicely- there was no mush in the middle. We also ordered a pear and pecan salad. Lots of pear squares, plenty of pecans, and a generous amount of greens. The soup of the day was a Tuscan soup - lots of beans, some sausage, cheese, and a flavorful broth. Fresh and homemade. And very good. Oh, and a pitcher of water came to our table with our plates and silverware. No issues. No problems. (From earlier reviews, we had been concerned about the availability of tap water. Ours was fine.). There was a reasonable selection of beer- including craft beers- at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our meal. Ordering at the counter was easy and efficient. Prices were reasonable and the value was good. We found the service to be pleasant, friendly, and timely. We will be back to try other pizzas and look forward to it.
